What's OHSAS 45001 pls? I know of the outdated OHSAS 18001 and the newly adopted ISO 45001. What's the bolded about?

The certificate you have in Health, Safety and Environment; is it NEBOSH, IOSH or ISO 45001 or ISPON MEMBERSHIP certificate?
The certificate you have in project management; is it CAPM or PMP.
If not, you better fill in your pry, sec and degree certificate and rest.

I've noticed the varse majority of people complaining about Redmi are those who have used only their budget/entry level devices. Users of Midrange, Higher Midrange devices hardly complain about it.

They buy Budget/Entry level devices from Redmi and expect it to perform better than a Midrange or Higher Midrange device made by Tecno or Infinix. That's the real problem there.

To make it worse, they bring in the Iphone argument, forgetting that Iphones make only flagship devices. Even Iphone 6 series was the best Apple had to offer the year it was released.

Dear friend, you compared LG with the original phone that was posted and I posted that the phone (LG), you're using to compare has a better chipset than the phone that was posted.
LG V40 and LG G8 has Snapdragon 845 and 855 chipsets respectively which were flagship back then. It's better than the chipset in the posted phone.

You obviously don't understand phone specifications. Iphone 12 is a flagship device and there are tonnes of other factors that determines a camera output. Camera resolution (48MP) is one of those factors. Iphone 12's camera resolution may be 12MP but all other determining factors are up there. You just simply want to bring it down. Iphone 12 is almost triple the price of Poco X3 pro, if not quadruple sef

You can't compare a flagship chipset with a midrange cheapest. It's obviously better. Talk of it being better than A-13 Bionic chipset, that may be on paper but Apple's optimization should make a big difference when it comes to real life performance.

As someone in BSU, studying Medicine and from benue let me explain this.

Maybe it's corruption but maybe it's not.

Benue State University can accommodate only about 50-90 medical students at a time.

That is the quota allocated to them.

Now out of these, the university picks 2 of the highest scorers from each local government.

That's a total of 48-50 people for the quota. So why his jamb score might be high, he may not be among the top scorer in his local government.

And some people from other local governments with 250+ might gain admission if they are the highest in their LGA.

There are no doubts slots for big men and women with connections. But at least 50 candidates are by merit. And to get in by merit, you must be among the two highest scorer in your local government.

If you are from places like Otukpo, Makurdi and some top LGA, you'll find it difficult to get into the med school because there's always one or two persons with just one score ahead of you and you'll be thrown to either anatomy, physiology or biochemistry
