Jst abt a tablespoon to a glass&highly beneficial to d body bt it's fine if u can't tolerate it. It reduces d frequency if u're one who breaks down easily wif typhoid/malaria fever, stressed, rids d body of toxins, etc. works for weight loss too. I advise ulcer patients against taking it tho, unless certified by a doc.

I think you should reduce it or start again with a small quantity, while u gradually increase it. You may make it warm this time.

Making myself as an example:
I'm normally one who can't tolerate anything in my stomach early in the morning, so twasnt pleasant when I started d '(warm) water on empty stomach' therapy.
So i started with half a glass. Even with this, i wld rush to d toilet almst immediately bt it helped rid my body of toxins as I always feel light afterwards- no constipation, etc.

So I advice u continue to increase it gradually till ur body gets used to it.
Over time,u can start adding lime/lemon juice to get better results.

Anyway, I'll say it's a life lesson to you. Remember this when tables turn cos many of such people were once in your shoes.

He said he's an orphan who couldn't further when he should. Now he works&has decided to return to school.

The Kogi State House of Assembly has lost one of its members, John Abah.

He was a lawmaker representing Ibaji Constituency in the Assembly where he was serving a second term.

Abah died on Wednesday in an Abuja hospital after a protracted illness.

Governor Yahaya Bello has expressed sadness over the death of the lawmaker.

Bello in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Onogwu Muhammed, described the late Abah as a loyal and dedicated stalwart of the All Progressives Congress in the state whose contributions to the stability and growth of the party remain overwhelming.
