all correct! with our old 2D - anytime frm 16wks (all things being equal); then d new technology 3D/4Ds can detect sex sometime from 13 wks like u rightly read.

since u're nt ready for announcements &feeling uneasy wif ur present body reactions, u may alternate taking ur first meal frm home(if possible), in d presence of co-workers or excuse urself to eat@ d canteen without stating exactly where u're off to (if it's close by). this way, they may nt witness it all. lol
it's all a matter of time&it will be worth it after all

it is well with u.God doesn't want u having an unhealthy baby as a result of abnormal cell
division, poor quality sperm or egg, hence this.
abt d evacuation, u may wait a little as it is believed that a woman’s body is capable of passing tissue on its own and there may be no need for a D&C bt u may however want it done if dt's ur doctor's candid advice or u're planning on having d tissue examined to determine a reason for such occurrence.
whichever u decide, God's got u&as ur body heals, double blessings follow!
