The last time Nigeria political parties had ideologies was 1992/19993 when IBB structured it.
But the ones we have now be it PDP, APC or whatever, it's zero ideology. That's why a man in KOWA or APC can conveniently cross carpet AA.

If you understand the law you will read where the court said the Primart was inconclusive.... PDP can’t gain from that.... Remember the Supreme Court has ruled that it’s the party that owns the ticket and not the candidate. I’m sure the Appeal court will correct the mistake.

According to the law of the land, for a party to field a candidate, primary election must have been carried out either direct or indirect. And here we are, the court is saying that a party couldn't carry out a primary election, hence her ELIGIBILITY to field a candidate is questionable. I doubt if you 've reason it in this light.

Nigeria judiciary and lazy youths are almost becoming the same. Court asked somebody that won general election to vacate for the loser just because of party primary election. Well, Supreme Court would remind the judge about Rivers case between Amaechi and Celestine Omehia. APC won. In this case only APC candidate can claim the mandate given to APC. Nigeria Judiciary.

In Rivers State, Omehia was already a governor before Supreme Court asked him to handover to Amaechi. All other contestants from other parties wa7nt a fresh election, it was not granted

The Kano Judgement ordered PDP to organize a fresh primary... How come the same rule didn’t apply to the APC when the court can confirm that the primary was inconclusive.

In kano, the election is yet to be conducted while the election has been conducted in this case. The premise you used as precedence is thereby invalid.
