Who knows how long is it now, that it takes to get one’s passport booklet back from the USA Embassy, after a successful visa interview?

Well, you can. From experiences of people, it can sometimes complicate things . They’ll begin to ask you questions about the person - when last you saw him, is he a citizen? How did he get is citizenship? Is he the one sponsoring you? Most importantly, they think, with you having a US citizen relation, it can make it easy for you to immigrate. It’s always good to avoid that part if you can, otherwise be ready to defend whatever questions asked about the person. Note - I make this response not as a US visa expert but drawn

Well, from my knowledge…if the person got their citizenship through tourist visa and then decided to stay back and sort themselves, it may affect u going , as they feel he can coach u to go same route. (Just saying oo). Sometimes you can be lucky and they won’t even think towards that side.

A 221g interview is a follow-up interview for applicants who qualify for interview waiver (drop box) but are required to provide additional information to complete the visa process.
So, the visa application is temporarily put on hold and the applicant is asked to schedule a follow-up interview which is called a 221g interview.

Im not sure why I was asked to come for interview

but I suspect period of stay due to child birth.

my last visa in 2020 i renewed in january when the visa was expiring in sept was given two years but visa expiry was in Jan 2022 as against sept if i had waited

Need advice guys!!

Did my biometrics on the 23rd of July and got a non straightforward email on the 28th
Sent numerous paid emails and called 3 times but was told a decision hasn't been made on my application
Noticed a slight inconsistency on my application. My transcript was addressed to my agents office and not the school, although the school issued me cas with same transcript. My TB test also has the main address of my school, and not my actual study centre

Kindly advice me guys.. please ��. I'm exhausted, afraid, anxious and depressed. It's been over 3 weeks, PRIORITY SERVICE.
