High tarrif and high cost of importation will encouraged them to produce and local production here in Nigeria.
And will force them to produce power/electricity needed for production, which is rather epileptic.

But first, let government lead by example by banning Importation of fuel!

the word amazing has another meaning then, cos i don't know how tecno and amazing would be in the sane senstence
Ain't hard to tell.

Amazing means "although Tecno phones are crap, someone still has to do the dirty job of promoting them!"

Heard you scream "Gionee shill!" ? Like mention of Gionee's sending very cold chills down a Tecno's shill's spine? Chill, you ain't seen nothing yet.

They have been producing durable and affordable phones with amazing specs
Tecno made it possible that, no matter how much you earn, you can own a smartphone, learn to appreciate. haba!
Give it up bro, Tecno phones are crap, durable doesn't qualify them in any way. You can't feign ignorance of even the mess that obtains at Tecno's CarlCare service centers where people end up frustrated by incompetent engineers, and Crappy phones that will continue to develop faults, after every "repair". You don't think this information should be made public? And you busy bragging about those Crappy rubbish Tecno nonsense phones? Or aren't there any other reasonable phone brands that you should be promoting, instead of Techy? No! ?

Same with the one built at oyingbo

How do you expected some selling pepper not worth 200000 to pay 3million for 2 years and other service charges
Sometimes, it seem like govts like those of Fashola, hated to see the poor thrive.
Properties › Re: Is Tejuosho Market Yaba A Waste? by mindtricks: 9:20am On Jan 04, 2016
MrAwePresident:
So far we commend the Lagos state govt on the rehabilitation of the market, but times have changed. Upon arrival at the store you will notice its now a ghost Mall. Hardly do u see customers patronizing the market, its mostly filled with Retailers.

The problem; the world at large and even Nigeria have become more accustomed to buying via eCommerce stores like KONGA and AMAZON etc.
The Solution; that structure is wasting the best use is to turn it into Office Space but then again most Nigerians still have the employment mentality hence the utmost solution is to turn it into an ''Effective'' tertiary institution as our country continues to grow in size as we will be the 3rd largest in world by the year 2050 with an estimated population surpassing the USA it would be a good investment in educating this populace.

What do you think?
The govt of Fashola, had consistently remained elitist and cared only little about the poor, reason for the mamoth Tejuosho market structure which now may remain desolate, wasting away. The govt had always thought they would have their selfish way, there are one such times they are proved wrong.

Back to the topic:

What baffles me about some Nigerians is, when they leave their abodes and sight a gathering of 5 and 6 people in the streets shouting "Ole Ole Ole" they will not only join the Chorus, but help in Bringing tires, Fuel, matches etc to burn the poor thief.

In this instance,
they care less about the So called Rule Of Law,

They care less about the tribe.

They care less about what and how much was "Stolen".

They don't even want to know whether the offence was actually committed.

But all they will want is, Jungle Justice immediately...

However, when corrupt politicians who are alleged to have stolen Billions are taken into custody, you begin to hear trash like witch hunting, Rule of Law, Ethnicity, PDP, APC and other useless inanities from the same pretenders.

May Thunder Strike anybody who ask for bails for these idiotuss!

Ndi Ara!
If bail is bad in these cases, they should simply take it out of constitution rather than ridicule it.

Needless comparison.

For the conscious and well researched minds, Gionee.

For the inexperienced, uninformed and gullibles, and jobless shills and paid trolls they'd say Techy? No!

mogreen22:
exactly this, its very annoying. They never have the parts. One would spend his hard earned money to buy a device, it would get faulty and all i would be hearing is we don't have the parts
Seem like you have experienced the crappy service they render over there.

Rather than Tecno and their carlcare service centre spend money to buy parts for the phones, they are churning out, they will rather spend money on all these jobless Tecno marketers here online to keep lying to people and coercing unsuspecting newbies to keep buying their substandard phones.

A visit to carlcare Opebi Lagos, Tecno's main service centre in Lagos says it all.

Funny enough last time I went there at Opebi, some of their staff even confirmed to me their fears about Gionee, and confided in me the preference people, even among them over there have for Gionee phones.

And they keep confusing themselves that good phones with international repute like Gionee, Xiaomi, etc are not here to stay.

Abeg, anyone eying this this Gionee P5w should ignore those Tecno liars and go for the device.

Before you take him seriously, check through his posts and tell me if he is not a mere marketer for crappy Tecno. He cannot recommend any other phone make for you but Tecno, because that is what he is paid to do.

gone are the days where 12months warranty was the norm. Every serious brand tries to add up to the number of months, but thrn tecno still stuck in the stone ages
Hard truth is that what Tecno and their carlcare, service centre at their head office Opebi Lagos offers leaves much to be desired. Imagine that it was impossible to "fix" my Tecno phone under their "waranty" without going back repeatedly with that same issue being unresolved or a new fault developing and they expect one to take them seriously and not switch? This was similar to what many have experienced with them, and common among what they will tell you sometimes at carlcare is that they do not have parts for you to wait endlessly, sometimes months without solutions.

Stop wasting your time. People are wising up and cannot afford to waste their money on those cheap plastics called Tecno.

Tecno, must start by doing the needful, not by sending a swarm of jobless bees and trolls and shills to keep hovering about seeking for unsuspecting newbies to confuse.

Good evening!

Nigerians are funny people. They go bezerk the moment they hear the name "Tecno". I wonder why.

Y'all shouting Xiaomi , take a chill pill. The phone may not even get to Nigeria on time. Its when the hype is dead that they will now launch it here.
Best thing to do to rubbish like Tecno craps is to dump em in trashcan where they belong.
Having had my fair share of horrible experience with Tecno, and their incompetent carlcare service (which one carlcaresophia keeps directing people here), just like many other ex-Tecno fans, I cant but lend my voice.

Will it stop my phone from lagging and getting hot?
Dude, If you really do have this issue unlike many others and no headway, you may want to consider doing a total factory reset of your phone, and if issue persists, think of heading to their service centre to get the possible best help you can from them. They might end up changing the phone there if it comes to that. All the best.

Guy u try, but phone dogfights are not done that way. U need to have both phones in ur hand to be able to make a comparison. It doesn't make sense comparing just on specs and other people's review. Just look at the camera shootout, u had to lift a picture taken by another reviewer and compare with urs. Picture quality are based on lots of factors. The environment, the lightning condition etc. So it would have been better if u had both phones and take pictures at the same environmental and lighting conditions.
Mind dropping a few lines, your comparison of these devices.

Sorry bro. If you linked it with your phone number or alternate emails, you may stand a chance if the number has not been changed already.
Such issues with yahoo can be hopeless if you dont have those options to explore.
