there are similarities with gotham's penguin but am n0t saying harw0od is a copy of penguin. Creative works inspire each other. Harw0od is an original creati0n n0t in the c0mics, but put in mind, the show runners may have been inspired to c0me up with a character s0mewhat remniscent of penguin. And am n0t saying within c0ntext of the pennyworth c0ntinuity that harw0od as a character is following in the penguin's f0otsteps. But speaking m0re in the real world setting as to how the writerz may have c0me up with the Harw0od character due to their f0ndness for penguin. Try to undastand my point b4 attacking me.

What am saying is, the character has s0me similarities with penguin; like the way he walks, the n0se and the fact that he c0mes fr0m an elite background, so i was w0ndering if the show creatorz were inspired to c0me up with a character like that after being inspired by the penguin character.
