wr0ng! How about the lives that were lost during the smallville and metropolis fight, the soldiers that died, dr emil hamilt0n (supes doct0r in the c0mics), the world engine destructi0n. In m0s u can feel a sense of danger, people valueing their lives and n0t throwing of 0ne liners or the villain joking when destroying things. The film felt rushed to me. The only sequence l liked was the hulk scene where he spat on the fl0or during his clash with t0ny. Funny, it was then that i kind of felt t0ny's danger but after t0ny defeated hulk, it l0st me.

I'm planning to see avengers on Monday but the reviews I'm getting is not bad or great either. My friend told me that ultron is a comedian that makes ancient jokes, ironman beating hulk, no loki. Damn! another thought provoking marvel movie.

not that the movie isn't good but its generic and things are over done. in the movie i didn't feel any sense of danger even when ultron is supposed to be dangerous. but for instance in man of steel, you felt supes weakness, and all and you felt people dying.

What isn't reasonable about the discussion? That we are criticizing the age of ultron for being what it is or what critics are saying? What's great about the movie if not for cap, hulk, iron man, thor, widow and so for meeting the second time? The film is good but not that good and unoriginal. if it was like the winter soldier i'll praise it but now its a mock up of the avengers, man of steel and transformers.

Superstory! Go and check imdb now it has reduced to 8.2 am sure in the following days it will reduce. Marvel has hypnotized people, they will see anything so far the marvel logo is on it. Am not going to contribute to marvel finances by seeing this movie in a cinema. I will download it illegally from a torrent website and watch it anytime I feel like going to sleep. DC succeeds with realism-laced heroes and Marv does with popcorn appeal. While I'm unapologetically DC, I have to agree that it works for Marvel but truthfully, it's only going to last in the short term. DC uses strong storylines and themes that resonate with even oddball viewers while if u don't dig the action, you won't dig the Marvel.

As concerns this trailer...JEEZ, its got us talking about the entire comic world and it didn't even show the Green Lantern, Wonder Woman or Aqua-Man (lets praise the Lord Vinnie Chase wasn't cast for the role). If that doesn't tell you all that its going to break some Avatar type records then y'all be tripping.

I orgasm when I remember Batfleck! Shhiiiiiitttt! I love that casting! Fecking hell I do! Also I saw Gal Gadot in the WW costume and she looks fabulous. Lets not get too hung up on acting chops, all these actors need are decent skills, not everyone can bring a character to life like Ledger did for the Joker.

Mhen i so love dc. now my prayer is let gl be a dark, gritty film. cops aren't lighthearted in real world sense so why would green lantern be light. i need the blackest night storyline in the film where the dead come back as black lanterns. that'll be epic.

You are not wrong. Many people are complaining about the movie. The constant one liners, an underutilized villain, the romance between hulk and black widow which wasn't referenced in the other films etc are some of the complaints I've seen. Am not surprised even I didn't like the trailer. Wow I didn't know thread is still going

From the trailers you shall know them. i've seen the movie but a cinema record version. the film could best serve as a comedy. nothing in it is taken seriously and it's as if the movie is an apology to man of steel's criticisms. but i like the quicksilver character though. now am wondering how this would lead to civil war cos i don't see how and why.

Lool this is funny. Was wondering how long it'd take for the DC fanboys to attack. The reviews have generally been good. It presently has tomato score of 85, is 9.2 on IMDB & has a 7.2 score on metacritic. These are the 3 most trusted movie review outlets. It's worth noting that these are early reviews as the movie has only been released in some european countries & most critics haven't seen it yet. Therefore the movie rating will definitely fluctuate for some days.
However we can assume that AoU will not rate as high as Avengers did, It certainly doesn't mean it's not great, as i think most people had unrealistic expectations for the movie. Saying Ultron is unmemorable is incorrect as no review i read said that. What they're generally saying is he's a good villain but not on the same level as Wilson Fisk & Loki. Those are the best two villains the MCU has produced.

stop being in denial bro. Ultr0n isn't mem0rable. When they say he isn't on par with kingpin and loki it means there's n0thing special about him.

Brainiac and Ultron only have surface details as similar. Their motivations, origins and personality are completely different. Sentry is one of many marvels answer to superman back when marvel's superheroes were all about realism(funny how things change). This one being basically a superman that got addicted to his powers.
As for transformer the only thing similar about both of them is that they are robots and that is stretching it.

For similarities in comics, you can get away with a lot of things as long as you change the name and symbol.

Sentry is an alien life force manifested in a serum enhanced human. Sentry & Supes are very similar down to the S on their costumes but Sentry has additional powers plus the mental instability. I don't know who is stronger though. The similarities are so much that it's almost certain he is a ripoff . Braniac & Ultron hmmm. As similar as they are i don't think they were meant as copycats. Their personalities are very different despite the fact that they're both villains.

False. There is no way Cap is a Superman ripoff. Their origin stories, powers and abilities aren't similar sef. The closest Marvel hero that resembles Supes is Sentry. If you say that one is a ripoff i can understand.
Namor was created in 1939, 3 years before Aquaman was released with the same power set

If my memory is right, DC started it by copying both Batman &Superman from established characters, The Shadow and Gladiator. For every Green arrow/Hawkeye, i can point out Namor/Aquaman.
So stop the fanboy war and enjoy just learn to enjoy your superheroes

captain america is superman without the cape and flight. Hawkeye is oliver queen without m0ney, black widow is black canary/laurel lance without s0nic scream hulk is s0l0m0n grundy with green skin and a superhero instead of villain, antman is the at0m/ray palmer. Marvel's original character i can think of is spiderman. X men? Is a dc rip off of d0om patrol. Where their head is in a wheel chair and they are also misfits to the society.

Gray hulk is the smartest version of hulk, very tricky, still strong but not as strong as the others, he's the original hulk. Green hulk is the usual hulk most often depicted. He has the usual "the angrier he gets the stronger he gets". Red hulk s the strongest, infinite power levrls as he not only emits radiation but absorbs it, even cosmic levels. He's usually potrayed as a villain. The other colours of hulk , yellow, blue...they're other versions that are not bruce banner or if they are -blue- not canon. I think blue is from a dc/marvel crossover sef, see that's something to thank the companies for.

Hulk talks, usually in short sentences. Like "Hulk no like" etc. When he rationalizes he usually speaks out . He communicates and even has arguements, depending on the version of hulk. His reasoning is usually funny too. He spoke in avengers, just not much, like he usually does.
I understand, the writers may have included that. We tend to blame directors for everything. I've noticed Snyder in particular has many haters, dunno why. I enjoyed his previous movies, i hope this one is no different

bruce banner's hulk's the green one. As far as i knw he's never being red, blue, yellow or grey. The grey's the oldest versi0n that was rewritten to be the green one. The red hulk is ross, betty's father. The blue's A b0mb, bruce's friend. Bruce's hulk is green.

In 5 years time, Marvel will have made 10 more movies at the very least, so you can bet your money i'll be waiting. The Avengers will never be forgotten, will always be the inspiration for BvS or Justice League, the 1st superhero movie utilizing a shared universe. The Hulk is actually two personalities-Banner & the grey beast. In the Hulk state, Hulk is usually in control but retains Banner's thoughts & memories, as well as his own. Hulk actually has different states-Red, Gray, Green...but lemme break it down for you.Depending on how the transformation takes place, Banner gets more or less control. In the ship, Hulk forces the change and carries out his vendetta on Black Widow for decieving him, then Thor intervenes and it devolves. At the battle of new york, Banner self-transforms and has more control, you can see that when he saved Iron Man for Banner, and you can see the beast when he punches Thor.The psychology of Hulk is a whole textbook if you're interested.
