This clearly shows the success ratio of movies made solely for fans and the ones made for both fans and general audience alike.

Because, last last the General public is way more plentiful than dedicated fans/fandoms. And Their support determines how well movies perform not just by hardcore fans.

For example it was mainly dedicated fans who even helped Shazam gross that much by watching the movie 3-5x in theaters. The greater General public couldn't get enough of Endgame and were saving the last money for it after splurging on Captain Marvel.

and who do you blame for that? Of course it was the fans who campaigned for the cut, n0t the public. Wb had failed the general audience to n0t care so much for the dceu. Had shazam being released under disney-marvel banner, it would've gr0ssed m0re. Now, do the maths t0 see why the general audience didn't turn out for snyder cut. Or why 84 did bigger numbers. Pers0nally, i wasn't expecting the general audience to turn up for it Jl n0r did i expect a fresh RT. Wb did the damage. The general audience see Jl snyder cut as same m0vie with additi0nal scenes, they'd rather watch s0mething fresh and that's why 84 did numbers aside the pander to female dem0graph. It's just like having an Endgame cut n0w, m0st people w0n't turn up for it. For example, deadp0ol 2 vs the pg cut of deadp0ol 2 that was released in cinemas. D0n't expect much general audience excitement for dceu releases aside the big characters. You guys should learn to judge based on logical reasoning. Last week you accused WB of leaking ZSJL without proof even when same thing happened to Wanda Vision. If I asked you how this leak affected ZSJL negatively now, you can't explain o because as it stands ZSJL is a mega success.

News already have it that Jason is pleased with the outcome of ZSJL but the media and people then to react to the negative ones.

Some fans too are not helping and making the fanbase look bad. For example, there's one particular guy who was bragging how ZSJL will destroy WW84 viewing numbers on HBOmax. I warned him to chill but he didn't listen.

Yes, ZSJL broke huge records and decimated others, but still didn't beat WW84 by a fraction at the moment (they're close though) Hopefully, another analytics will come out to give a better report.

From a management angle, WB would look as if their decision was right. From a fan angle, WB ain't right.

Right now, the best thing to do is to convince Jason on the reason why the Snyderverse should continue.

Everyone’s just focusing on the JL characters but Zack did Stepphenwolf bad- stabbed in the back by Aquaman, knockout punched by Supes, beheaded by Wonder Woman and finally head crushed by Darkseid. That’s too much humiliation for Stepphenwolf. On top of that the humiliation in the hands of De Saad and the 50,000 more worlds to deliver to Darkseid is heart breaking. But if I'm not mistaken they reshot and added the last scene (Nightmare sequence) and the fight between Superman and the rest of the Justice League and the scene at Starr labs where he was resurrected and the scenes involving their assault on Steppenwolf's stronghold etc.

aside the knightmare scene, no resh0ot was d0ne. C0me on, no actor was paid to c0me back. They did just cos of 1 scene and snyder. The only other actor that had a sh0ot was harry lennix. Everything had been shot. We saw those scenes on the trailer back in 2017.

I have only watched 35 mins of his Justice League movie and the narration is superb. What was WB thinking sef when they suppressed this vision for Geoff Johns own?

Only Zack can expunged a page in comic to live movie accurately, no any other director out there can do that....
One small part I love so much was when Steppenwolf was doing battle with Amazonians, after they tried to capture him with ropes and archery (not really a spoiler, cause tv spot gave part away) and after defeating them then he "POPPED OUT HIS CHEST FOR THE ARROWS TO FALL OFF and IMMEDIATELY TURNED HIS HEAD TO THE DIRECTION of Amazonians running away with the mother-box!....
That singular scene alone was cinematic... It shows how badass Steppenwolf is...
I don't really no why Whedon omitted so many important and great scenes, or was he there to destroy DCEU or Zack's chances left.... That's a question for WB to answer....

Geoff Johns made them alter everything. He had his own vision of how 'things' should be. He once said it in an interview that now he has full control of both DC movie and TV series, He's happy. He desperately wanted to be the Kevin Feige of DC. Do you notice that after Joss Whedon's JL, some top tier DC characters from the movies were used in DC series? That must have been Geoff Johns pitch. He wanted to make the movies like CW shows: funny with no stakes. He calls it making the movies have a heart and soul. This is also what we got from his Wonder Woman's writing.
