special effects? The bat suit has always been practical. What u see is what u get. It's usually the cape that gets worked on.

shey ben affleck's film was going to further the story? After recasting him with pattins0n, wb should've g0ne with the forward plot than starting him out. I mean, pattins0n should play batman in the current timeline like he was batman since bvs. Have it seem like it had to do with flashpoint, instead of doing origins. The origins should've been in flashbk instead.

Batman is popular because of his fighting, villians, stories, and good casts. All the casts for the movie is trash especially Batman. Origin movie again has killed the movie.

it's still technically origins cos the film isn't presenting to us a developed batman. I really d0n't just get it any m0re. H0nestly, my own opini0n oh, am passing on this film <after all, batman isn't a character i like in the 1st place> but goodluck to the film though.

if they aren't doing origins or year one, why the ugly l0oking suit? These things d0n't really make sense. A crappy suit made by bruce himself means he's just starting out as batman. And if he is, then it's origins.

It's a CBM, it's comic book accurate, set in his 2nd year as Batman that's why the Bat symbol is made with that gun like stuff too but Reeves implied the suit will evolve during the course of the trilogy

the ultra realistic batman begins had a nicer lo0king bat suit than this. C0me on, this suit is no different to the one those bat thugs wore in TDK.

hugh jackman, nicole kidman, mel gibson, etc are aussies that have done a variety of american accents convincingly.

bros, read what i wrote again. Adkins can't pull off a c0nvincing American accent. Take for instance christian bale, you'd be shocked to find out he isn't american. Brits find it hard maintaining an american accent unless method actors. Trust me, Adkins accent always shows. Just like Henry Cavill. Cavill's british accent always c0mes off when he's trying to act in a cool scene. The part that'll expose him is bruce wayne. Pulling off an accent is different fr0m being c0nvincing while speaking in it.

honey, I'm the queen of DC on nairaland and I can tell you Adkins would have made a badass batman. The guy is not short, he is alot more than average at 5 ft 10. I really want to see him in the spot light, the attention he deserve. The major reason Pattison was chosen is because of his box office profile. Mainly his performance in twilight. If Chadwick boseman, Chris hemsworth, Tom Holland and alot more super hero movie actors could fit in, then Adkins should regardless.

1st thing 1st, Adkins is British. He can't pull off an American accent convincingly. He'd be great doing the stunts but he can't act. He really can't. I've seen lots of his films, he plays same character in all of them. Same facial expression, he reads his line rather than act them. Trust me, you d0n't want him playing Bruce wayne.

the thing is Ben actually quit for a l0ng time 0nly to relapse in 2016 or so at the height of BvS. He was sober b4 20.15. I think he quit when he became a father.

The backlash was not the reason for Affleck's alcoholism and other issue IMO. He had always had this issh long ago and had affected his marriage previously.

Affleck had been sober way b4 batman. He had quit drinking for a while. Then he relapsed. C0me to think of it, since the start of his career, Affleck has always been picked on or been a media darling [as in media no dy gree am]. Then when he dated jennifer lopez, negative reviews of s0me of his films back then, struggles in h0llywood and then fame, alot of things pushed him into alcoholism. Then he got sober for a l0ng time only to relapse twice; at the height of batman then live by night. Ask yourself why his best friend matt dam0n didn't want him playing batman the minute he was cast.
