It was confirmed from the test you did that you were having ulcer, then you need to stay away from all kinds of food that can trigger the symptoms. Stay away from any oily foods, both grandnut and palm oil, avoid junk foods (noodles) as well. Be your own doctor by observing the types of food you eat that usually trigger the symptoms. Also avoid any pepperish food. Avoid Drinking of carbonated drinks and alcohol. Don't eat when your food is still very hot. It started last June when i woked up early morning, i was very weak and tired i couldn't able to eat, so i waited for almost a week whether i will be okay but no improvement.

So i went to the hospital i was asked to conduct a test and the test came out as h.pylori that i have ulcer and indigestion problem .

The doctor recommended some drugs to me like Omeprazole, amoxicillin and Clarithromycin. After taking all the drugs i still feel the symptoms.

I went back to the hospital the doctor told me to take another test, i told the doctor that i don't have any money so they told me to increase the dosage of all the drugs.

After that still same thing, i dont what to do again. what's bothering me now it is the way i'm losing a lot of weight, people are asking if i'm sick i will just lie to them that I'm keeping fitness thats why/

I have taken alot of blood tonics and fruit's still my weight didn't improve any bit. I noticed anytime i eat or finished eat that is when the symptoms will wake up like i want to throwing up, increased in belching, infact i dey pooping like woman about ot give birth.

I always have to forced the poop out, abeg make una help me check weda some foods wey i dey eat dey make d symptoms worst like apple, watermelon, banana, chin-chin, indo-mie, biscuits,rice ,sometimes like semovita.

i don't eat hard food if i do dat means I'm looking for problem, abeg my people make una help me again d matter don tire me, i would have liked to go back to the hospital but i don't have any money now to conduct another tests.

i need an advise what to do infact excess of drinking alot of water do make me belches, anything i eat will trigger the symptoms, sometimes the thing go dey be like say fire dey inside my belle dey dance.

There is this neighbour of mine that parked in on December 2021, a married man with three kids; two daughters and a son,the eldest daughter should be around 14 years old while the son and the last daughter should be about 4 & 2 years respectively.

We where living in peace although one has to make tolerance a friend for there to be peace.
These my neighbour's eldest daughter to be honest is morally bankrupted, she steals and lies without remorse.

My neighbour's wife always try to cover up her daughter bad behaviours. During christmas time 2022, I noticed a sudden suspicious behaviours from my neighbours wife towards me in particular; she does as if am a diabolic person, as a cool headed guy I focused on my life until on January 21 2023 when I heard the worst words towards my dignity and reputation as a common person;

Fellow nairalanders guess what? My neighbours wife accused me of poisoning his two little kids.

As a cool guy and from what i learnt never to take action when angry, I maintained like its nothing but told our landlord.

My neighbour who is a driver usually travels and can stay there for weeks, so I have to wait for the man of the house to return and hear from him before taking action, so on 29 January he returned, a general yard meeting processed; he was asked to explain more on the accusation from his wife towards me and this was what he said;

"Someone in our yard premises poisoned his children using mirinda and biscuit" that we all are lucky nothing happened to his kids otherwise he will call the police to arrest everybody in our yard.

When asked how he found out that it was someone from our yard and what sickness his children suffered; he said that his children were vomiting blood in the middle of the night, and he went to a spiritual doctor who told him that it was someone from the yard he lives in.

Please Nairalanders what will I do cause I have tried to let go of this heavy accusation but it havent been easy and to make matters worse the once loved innocent easy going guy have become a depressed soul due to the crack on my previous solid reputation.

Please anyone with a good pragmatic solution should help a brother.

Since your landlord is aware of the issue, you failed to tell us your landlord's position concerning the matter. Regardless of that, please involve the police about this matter because I foresee bigger issue with your neighbor in the future if you continue to live in that house.

Bros you're in a very difficult and serious situation, I feel your pains and the agonies you're passing through, but outright withdrawal of this injection may not help you at this period, so I will advise that you should start reducing the dosage of the injection till your body system get back to normal. I was once addicted sleeping drug, using 4 tablets at a time, what actually helped was the gradual withdrawal of taking the drug by reducing the dosage until my body system got back to normal. It started when I lost someone dear to me, I almost ran mad, they had to call a local nurse who administered an injection to me, the thing off me, when I woke up it started again, I was given another dose, it got me so high that I don't know anything again until I slept off again.

This is how I started requesting for it, I started taking it to get over the trauma, the lady noticed I was getting addicted she refused giving me saying it's dangerous, I had to call my pharmacist friend to get regular supplies, though he didn't stop warning me but I'm already addicted taking it every 4hours, trying to stop when I started seeing the damages but I couldn't.

The fatigue that will follow is unbearable, I will end up taking it to feel okay again. I attached a picture of my hands with the damage.
