Did you even read my submission? or your hopelessness drove you straight to the quote button without any sort of intensive perusal at my post. Like I rightly insinuated; The PDP has been the one in power for some time now before the bat of leadership was handed over to the present administration, and whatever problems it is, we're facing today, truth is that the PDP has contributed to it.
Ask yourself, all these allegedly looted money we see in the papers everyday, how did they come about? Wasn't there a government in charge when individuals were ruthlessly stashing away the country's funds? How come all these things passed under 'the government' s nose without them detecting or opposing it?

Truth is that they're all looters! wicked and heartless thieves at that. and I as well agree that the present government hasn't been up and doing lately but for PDP to come out and start pointing fingers when we all know they aren't better - is hypocrisy and foolishness.


I still maintain that, for PDP to earn back the people's trust, they need to go back to the drawing board. Work a great deal on their self extirpated image, and start raising intellectually constructive criticisms that will move the country forward.

They spent one year blaming jonathan and his blind supporters were foolishly carried along with it.
Look at Real madrid. They have just won the champions league. As at the time zidane took over from benitez in january,they were 5th in the spanish league,dropping points weekly,team morale was low,there was lack of cohesion but zidane didn't waste a moment to complain or blame the 'past administration',he didn't set the team into further retrogression(as buhari is doing as an excuse to rebuild),instead he went straight to work to stem the tide of retrogression and move the team forward till they finished just a point behind the eventual winners Barca and went ahead to lift the champions league.
That's what you call progressive!
Now compare that with Buhari who is like a coach that inherited a top flight team and was busy all thru the season blaming the previous coach till he dragged his team into a lower division within one year

PDP should rather be ashamed of themselves. I'm not a fanatic of any of the parties neither am i in support of the mis-rule by this present administration but i think what we need from the PDP right now is criticisms that are 'pretty much', very constructive.

PDP doesn't have any moral jurisdiction or whatsoever to start calling or pointing fingers when they've been the ones in power for about 16years now and nothing to show for it. I think these guys are all thesame and if at-all they really want to make-up for their mistakes - they should start taking steps that'll convince the populace by first; being a credible opposition and by suggesting lasting solutions to the problems we're presently in.

-Reinforced concrete beam
For this project and for most buildings in Nigeria( except timber buildings) , a Reinforced concrete beam is the most suitable choise.
Since its a reinfroced concrete beam, Every criteria governing design and construction of reinforced concrete elements given by BS8110 must be satisfied.
As you must have observed, We chained the lintel round the building.
We did so for two main reasons.
- To give the building extra structural rigidity
- To make renovation of the building by our clients easy.

The headcourse is the last course of your blockwork. It can be a reinforced concrete beam or a block.
A reinforced concrete beam would be used as the headcourse for the exterior walls while 9 and 6 inches hollow block would be used as the headcourse for interior walls were applicable
A reinforced concrete beam has been selected as the head course for the exterior walls to form a support for the roof truss and distribute the load of the roof evenly around the exterior walls.
