If they wanted to evict two housemates, Tacha , Tacha , Tacha would have said goodbye to the house No. Mike had the highest, followed by tacha, followed by omoshola then followed by jeff. I guess you didn't watch the live eviction ... ask around |

Several housemates that has left the house are rooting for Omashola. It speaks alot. I think omashola definitely has been the realest for them and others are putting up antics and silly affectations to win. A classic case of dont stand outside to judge them... go closer and judge. Bigbrother has even seen something in him thats why he refused to evict two housemate yesterday. I sincerely hope he wins.... he truly represent a true average nigerian; the struggles, the anger, the spirit, the drive.
imho, mike and omashola has been the realest tho

Kingkun69: you just proved his point even more oga first u said a 1st class in any uni can bag one in covenant but not the other way around doesn't that just tell u there is serious bias in public unis also u want to throw a globally accepted method of measuring unis away due to the fact that they only rate the facilities and conditions guy pls read what you actually wrote Abeg all u did was actually show the reasons covenant is better like bro come on you should go and actually do ur research because this is atrocious Continue wallowing in foolishness. It's okay as long as you don't drag others to it. We all know too well that any CU student wont best a first from our Nigerian public uni. Someone who has gone through a more rigorous process of training and scrutiny will definitely outshine one who was subjected to a lesser one. Little wonder why the ones from public uni always do wonders when they go abroad, why wont they perform in a more better environment! In case u dont know 90% of students in CU are those who couldn't pass jamb exam. Shame! |

Alanpoza007: In all kind of rankings out there, Times Higher, webometrics, QS and what have you, Covenant trumps your overrated Uniben. Only the likes of UI should talk when discussing Covenant, not an unrated school like Uniben. Are you normal? How can you say Uniben is overrated? To think that such statement stems from a discussion involving covenant, I need to ask if you're a graduate. Do you think there is any 1st class from Uniben, Unilag, Oau and other federal uni that wont bag a 1st in covenant? The same can't be said for CU first class students, a fact you know very well. That poo about QS, webometric and whatever rating you highlighted is a component of several stuffs like functional laboratory, library, H.O.D on seat, excellent classrooms etc. It's not a function of good students. You better do your research before taking rubbish and exposing the pitfalls of being a CU student |

JustMellow: Hello Miscellaneous,
Its best to have a Statement of Interest relating to the research areas of at least 1-2 of the faculty of the shortlisted DLI of choice. The SOI is needed to secure a potential supervisor, then the same SOI can also be improved to secure an admission. Hope its clear now?
Best of luck! Thanks JustMellow. It's perfectly understood. |

Sports › Afcon2019: 10 Key Points To Note After Super Eagles Third Place Victory by Miscellaneous(op): 11:42pm On Jul 17, 2019 |
Well, we would have lifted the trophy if not for the maladroit coach. Indubitably, his ineptitude cost us the cherished trophy. However, there are still positives to take from the tournament.
1. African teams are not ready to take centre stage wherever football is the subject of discussion. The Germans, Argentines, Brazilians, French and other continental giants only need to apply pressure on every player and then we fidget, become weary in few minutes and then we break. The Argentines always use this tactics on the SE. The Algerians used that on us. We need to use that on others. We need to employ ghenghen techniques on every man on the pitch till we get the goal. Bully them on field with pace and strength!
2. We do not need "hungry home boys" to play for the super eagles. After earning millions, these boys always see no reason to kick the football with any pinch of alacrity. They have no passion for football and perhaps it is the reason why Omeruo is the only player from the previously assembled "hungry boys" from 2013 afcon. Football was once entertaining when such was fashionable but those days are long gone. When it matters most, experience and confidence will certainly give Africans and super eagles the edge. Evidence of this is seen when many clamoured for osimehin, Onuachu and onyekuru over Ighalo. Providentially, Ighalo was taken off and didnt even play the first half in some games but we all know how it turned out. Ighalo is still our best choice and ironically, by all standards, he is a bad striker!
3. SE need a good assistant coach(must be a Nigerian) to support Gernot Rohr - since he will be retained. The man lacks ability to make spontaneous and smart calls during the game. Who removes Chukwueze and replace with onyekuru at such point in a game? Algerians were not making use of midfield because they knew ndidi and etebo wouldn't allow. They resorted to long crosses inorder to neutralise our midfield but the coach was simply dumbfounded and on his knees begging for mercy. He had no tactics and have been playing teams also without till Algeria tested his grit.
4. Iwobi!! Call him anything... a senseless, useless and wasteful player, anything. He is the best man I could see on the pitch on every occasion. Though I have my reservations about him, I still feel he (and chukwueze) has a lot to offer the team than they did and actually didn't largely due to wrong tactics by the coach or worse, no tactics. Iwobi and chukwueze are promising players who could actually link themselves up in the midfield and forward. The coach has alot to do.
5. Ndidi has proven himself to be a nice "blocking 4." He finally cleared our doubts to the detriment of mikel. However, as with several eagles player, his long passes were not excellent and sometimes I wonder if he saw anyone before making the cross. He needs to work on it if he wants to make a mark in the SE history.
6. Moses simon, Onuachu, Mikel, Musa, Ogu, Akpieyi should drop their boots. Their services were excellent but SE needs to move forward. I find it very difficult to understand want simon is good at and seriously, how did he make the team? Musa, by his afcon display, has finally told us that age has caught up with him. Aside the fact that he surprisingly couldn't net a goal, his passes were extremely poor. He had good runs especially with the SA but to those who take football as a pastime, Musa was just there to add up the numbers. Mikel, as always, was a shadow of himself; Onuachu, like Kanu, is not suited to a team that can't give excellent crosses up front or can't support him with dribbles up front; Akpieyi, well let me not spoil his future. |

Juleskiki: Long Post Alert.... Wow, I crafted this testimony a long time ago to inspire someone. My admission process was not an easy one, but when it was time God showed up. I applied to 2 schools late last year against fall 2019. By March 2019 they both sent me a refusal letter. I felt really bad, after the whole struggle of getting a supervisor and all. So I started looking for another supervisor, luckily one got back to me and after the interview and all. He offered me a spot in his lab. And in less than 3 weeks I was admitted with full funding.

JOHNSONSOLAFUNMI: It's OK that Messi blamed the refree for favouring the opponent. But what about when Messi blamed the football pitch for the loss against columbia. For god sake all the 22 players were on the same pitch. It's not like Messi was on the different pitch. Messi should just stop making excuses now that higuain is not there to be blamed
He faked retirement last copa when he blasted that penalty kick into mars
Now it's corruption, I don't blame him, I blamed Paraguay for missing that penalty
Eran ileya lasanlasan While it's okay to comment, we are not happy reading silly ones. Apart from messi, several other players complained about the pitch. I think it will do you a lot of good to make research before dishing out nonsense. |
