the disciples tarried for his outpouring from heaven,the holy ghost did not return to heaven after that,he stayed on earth.you don't need to tarry anymore,all you need is to believe.

[b]yeah all that is just allegory and symbolism. basically what happened is that the saints ( Jesus Christ ) got awoken by john the baptist ( meaning they were spiritually asleep and then the forerunners who were woken up first who are called john the baptist had to teach jesus christ the esoteric knowledge of the bible to wake them up in what is known as john the baptist baptizing christ. ) . so this was the roman empire and when christ started waking up, they started preaching against all the wickedness of the roman empire, basically they were radicals or what some would call anti-conformists. so the roman empire saw them as a threat and tried everyway to neutralize them ( what is allegorically presented as called herod trying to kill all the boys 2 years old and younger ). eventually they end up neutralizing them and the saints all ran to egypt to hide out for a while. during this period the forerunners aka john the baptist were left behind and conquered by the roman empire and corrupted back into doing evil things of the world ( allegorically presented as john the baptist being beheaded ). so the forerunners eventually drifted back into roman wicked customs ( not unlike how the whole world is americanized today ) . roman empire eventually lost their power. jesus christ heard about it in egypt, returned to israel, saw john the baptist ( the forerunners ) all corrupted and doing whatever evil wicked ways they partook of in those days, and had to reconvert them and awaken them to the ways of Yah. and thats how it happened[/b]

you are mistaken.the work of the holy ghost during conversion is different from his work during the baptism of the holy ghost.

Is it by speaking in tongues? What if I live in sin and speak in tongues, do I still have him? And how do I know I do? And what if I'm not speaking in tongues really but I'm being 'carried':-D away by 'everybody-does-it-so-let-me-do-too' syndrome?
Is it by hearing his voice?Is he my conscience?
Is it by the laying on of hands? What if the person that laid hands on me is not accepted of God, can he still transfer the holy spirit?
