Thanks for the swift response Missade, the reason why i asked is because I just mailed one of their top bosses and he asked me to send my c.v to his Etisalat's email address.. So i was wondering if they still call people......

missade: That's the new format. Expect a phone interview with questions like what is customer service? Phone etiquette and what happens in a call center. Also the qualities of a goood customerr care rep.
If u scale thru, they will send a link for an online assessment personality test. Answer as fast as u can(6-10 mins). Note that a lot of peoople are dropped at this stage.
After which u get an invite for the CBT test and multitasking.
Then u get invited for buddy/interview session where u get to view the work environs and also get interviewed.
And then medicals!!! So, best of luck and stay blessed.

@ Missade, please do u know if they still recruit?

Relixy2k: People are recruited monthly and the recruitment is very much on. Your Mtn isn't the issue at all, I used both glo and mtn as my number last year in the recruitment, you will still be given an etisalat staff line. The issue of the recruitment is not so open as d contracting firm no longer handles it. Send ur cv to careers@etisalat.com.ng and be prayerful and if you know a manager or a top officer, implore the person to help.

Preshioux: wrote the exam on 14th, did my interview on 17th..the test is english, statistics and current affairs..the pay is 40k/month for 6month as a graduate trainee..pls dont kill ursef wit gmats, d interview is tough sha..but i did great
