Your own is good. The last time i flew Aero to Uyo, i only got cookies, one small juice that is like caprisonne and two butter mint sweet.
I didn't expect a 3course meal but i expected the cookies to at least taste nice but it was trash.
I just sipped the juice and slept off.

MS set in real hard this week any small thing I don puke* can't even take any thing aside from the diluted Ribena I hope am not writing letter to pile o. + all my life I have never felt this tired I hardly get off bed for 10mins per day and that's trips to the toilet o. Dear seniors who don pass my stage please share how you overcome yours o.

My own MS was also terrible. I was admitted several times. Just try and find any light food you can take down else you'll be depriving your baby of nutrients. Try peppersoup and unripe plantain.
Talk to your doc about Navidoxine (B6). It's what helped me at the long run. The day i started taking it, the terrible symptoms stopped.
Generally, don't stay too long without food cus it makes it worse. I know its easier said than done. But soon it'll be over wink

I really love her look. Its beautiful and gorgeous. But i think she chose the wrong hairdo. With all that going on with her outfit, her hair shouldn't be a distraction. Would have preferred a sleek ponytail or updo. That will be classy

I had a very funny experience during my first antenatal visit. When I got there, I was given a container to produce my urine, all I thought was they wanted to do pregnancy test for me since it was my first visit. I gave them my urine and the nurse said negative. I was like NEGATIVE or what did you say? She said yes, that it s negative. I was like no, it cant be negative, it has to be positive, the nurse looked at me in amazement and said POSITIVE ke. I asked them to let me see the doctor ASAP, I immediately called darling husband who is a doctor too and told him that my pregnancy test came back negative, he was giving me some explanations I wasn't ready to listen to. I went back to the nurse to retake the urine test, they said its negative. I started fighting. And that was the point one of the nurses reasoned with me and asked me if I was a first timer. I said yes, and they all bursted into laughter. I was confused, they later told me it wasn't pregnancy test, it was protein and glucose test which I wouldn't want to be positive at all. Its just the filters that made her face look glass-like and artificial. I wonder why people have to insult her while sharing their opinion. Its very disrespectful

Teamie this confusion of pregnacare and prescribed anc drugs is sometimes tiring. But please don't take both.
One mama recommended i resume taking the pregnacare at 4months. I stopped at 2months due to the reaction to my ms.
So you can choose to take any of them, either the pregnacare or the ANC drugs.

How did your first anc class go? Me i have funny stories to share o. Like how i went there i sat down without taking number. People just dey enter dey take number, and i just balance with my googles.
