To avert further bloodshed, the second leg should be played in a neutral stadium......if not...... |
My position remains, I will never trade anything without fundamentals. what sites can u get the news to help trade fundamentals? |

you didnt bother to add the cost? |
Triangles1:who is peter? the one that dances or the one that does the most singing? |
spyder880:Thanks for your prompt response. Making the formwork reusable was an eye opener for me |
Chief Spyder, well-done sir. I always enjoy your threads. very educative and straightforward. I have a question though, on your suspended slab/decking, why did you use to spread that nylon? Asides from preventing leakage of concrete, does it have any other advantages? thanks |
it is only land that secured that you can build on. So I advise you to fence the plot, maybe 4 or 5 courses. Another option is to plant trees along the perimeter of your plot if you don't have money for fencing. In order to know how to plan your cash flow, you need an idea of the total cost of the project, to do this you need a design from an architect, depending on the design, you may or may not need a structural Engr. Then a quantity surveyor will cost. With a cost in hand, you can now begin to plan. |
That ratio is for plastering sir unless you're Dangote Lol. I definitely am not Dangote. I won't mind meeting him though. So what's the mix ratio that works for you for block setting? |
olukaygold:ok sir. thanks for the feedback. i will try it out one of these days. I usually Assume a bag to 50 9'' blocks at a miax-ratio of 1:6. which will imply 1 bags to about 12-14 head pans of sand |
olukaygold:I doubt this estimate of 1 bag to 100 blocks. except maybe with a very "interesting'' mix ratio |
Timtol:well done. Great work so far. my first observation is about the method of compaction. I personally prefer the tradition of spreading and compacting in layers to this method of filling everywhere up then soaking it with water. Though I can understand that compacting in layers will take time which you might not have. Secondly, the wire mesh should be raised up by spacers. It should be in the top section of the concrete for it to be fully optimised. Well done sir. Keep up the good work. |
Hello nairalanders, i want to know if i can build this type of house in three months. All funds are available and Money is not really a problem, i want to know if it's very possible to build like blocks of flats in three months, i am even thinking of two months but i was told it's impossible. It's very possible to achieve in two months however, from experience, I would advice you rush the building carcas after which you can you. You can now take your time with finishing. If you rush the finishing, you may end up spending twice. Also, while rushing to complete, make sure compaction is properly done before casting your oversite concrete (German floor). I have seen many buildings rise up very fast but with many flaws. Cheers. |
Woe betides any man who thinks he can "chop and clean mouth" with these set of ladies. It's most likely that the covenant with these demons is ancestral. Many men are suffering today and don't even know the source of their problems. Only spiritually conscious men will recognize these evil and pray against it |
This is lovely....just met a beautiful Isoko lady and I think she might just be the one. How can I melt a ladies heart in Isoko? Am Yoruba and have no idea what soever But I know she will love it. Please help a brother |
My honest suggestion, government should work alongside the security agencies and acknowledge current realities. That N100 being paid by okada and driver's should be "subsidized" . Government should pay the security operatives the money and then make sure every police signs an undertaking that he/she will be dismissed and prosecuted if found guilty. Well renumerated Under cover agents like these should the. Be sent to different locations at different times to arrest scape goats. This is the solution...I think |
ABU picture without Dan Fodio hostel picture....is that one ABU? |
This shows that pictures does help one remember. I didn't remember the story but as soon as I saw the pics, I remembered immediately. Congrats. You now have experience in baby skin matters now |
If you have prayed, then have faith that God has forgiven you. The next things is....... forgive yourself and move on. You are on the right part. Don't mind what people will say. |
Any ideas about the cost implications? |
My own question is about your 800k Job. Can you link up someone with a degree in engineering and years of experience for that job of yours or even a lower version. What type of certifications are needed to land such jobs? As for Canada, personally I don't have the urge to leave Nigeria just yet. Not that of I see an opportunity I won't go o, but it's not just one of my priorities at the moment. I could go on a vacation and return but with this present salary sef, even vacation is a long thing |
O boy,10k for space. That's serious Shine your eyes for Lagos |
bukatyne:This is the best advice OP. Follow it and you will be fine. I also suggest that you consecrate , rededicate your life to Jesus. Pray and fast and ask Jesus to save your marriage. Your wife is most likely manipulated by demons of insubordination and malice, that's why it's so easy for her to go on malice for my months. It is also evident in her relationship with family members alike. Trust me, she is being manipulated. Raise a prayer alter in your home and wage war on these demons else your home is at stake. Forget the fact that she's prayerful, the Bible says the prayer of a sinner is an abomination unto God." Except if the prayer is that of repentance. My Bro, praaayy. Asides that no solution. Jesus wi help you |
Most likely that they have been brainwashed to think that their "political enemies" can infect them under the guise of testing them. The way Nigerians think is twisted at times |
Have you forgotten you are addressing Nigerians? Pipeline burst, people will still rush and "fetch" at the expense of their lives, Dead big fish washed ashore, Dem go still butcher am even without know the cause of death A place where the general slogan is "na something must kill man" I believe this warning is more like saying," we Don talk our own, if una like ,make una kill una sef" |
Na real 'Hmmmmm' matter o. That is the only thing to say at this point in time. But let us add the few words below to our 'Hmmmm'... Our Darling Daddy last speech was like, to us, was like ….… ok ok ok, Sebi you people are tired of keeping safe at home, Alright alright. I release you all to go and die if you wish to die. By 4th of May your desire to die is granted to you. Just give me one more week to make you stay alive. By 4th of May you are free to go out and die, your dying can be possible between 8am to 6pm. If you escape death within those hours then you can still enjoy my arms of love, to keep you safe between hours 8pm to 6am. But I remain steadfast in keeping your children alive. So schools remain shut down. I will also be blameless before God and man, so all churches mosques night clubs weddings birthday parties etc, remain shut down till further notice. No beer joints or amala or isi-ewu or Barbecue or Suya spots or joints shall entertain sitting, buy ur food as take away and waka, if you like sit down and drink, virus lives on surfaces of tables at least between 2 and 4 days, so you can sit and eat and drink on table surfaces at joints or restaurant. Sebi you have superpowers…Tooooorrhhhh. I will still be merciful unto you, So not all businesses will open. I had thought Kano will learn from Lagos, Abuja and Ogun lockdown, I never knew they were so dumb, Henceforth let me save their lives they are thereby shut down for 2 weeks, they have died stupidly enough, washing infected hands and drinking the water, such foolery in quantum measure! So your staying locked down is now your personal choice. I have tried my best. You have all the rights to continue to work from home stock your home with food drinks and toiletries and remain locked down personally. I have removed my hands from saving you. If you wish you can lock down your family and only you will go out and get them daily bread and know that it’s only you out there while your wife and children are safe and locked down. It is your choice. If you like dont take absolute care when out there. If you like bring the virus home to your family. It is your choice. The people I sent to give you money food and palliative, they swallowed some of it. I can't come and kill my self. I have tried, a father has many children, amongst them you have the Esaus and the Jacob’s, You have the Judas and the Peters. It also comes to a time in the life of a father, he tells all his children both good and bad, that this is how much I can be of help. I have tried , you are of age to know what to do. If you like choose death and go out any how, If you like choose life and continue to stay home. Dont think I am happy releasing you by May 4th. You all have tied my hands ….plus those who ate and swallowed your palliative and those who have been cursing me that i locked you up because I hate you…Toooorhh you are now free to go out If you like, Don’t wear mask always, Don’t wash your hands every 20 minutes. Continue to shake hands and hug people you have missed during the lockdown. Continue to receive yeye visitors in your home especially those of you with underlined health conditions and aged parents. Don’t take sanitizers with you when going out. Don’t use bleach to clean surfaces. Don’t do social distancing. Sebi virus is virus. During HIV and AIDS we still have many of you who damn consequences and do have sex without condoms. So who am I to force you to use face mask? If you choose to die by May 4th. I release you to go and do whatever you want to yourself, But as for me, my house hold and for all sane Nigerians, (and for all of us @), we shall choose to live. We Rise!!
It's all man for himself now o.

It's the laws time this time around |
Almost 20% hmmm. What's the population of Kano sef? This is serious.... Oh lord, unto your hands we commit Nigeria o. |
DaudaTheSexyGuy:Hehe, very funny. Am sure he will be giving account of all the sex he had now in the great beyond. Hehe very funny ![]() |
Having a couple of this "machines" in the Northeast will go a long way in demoralizing Boko boys. Snipers will just drop them randomly from distances. They will constantly be under threat. Am even thinking about something sef o. Can't this Corona virus be weaponised? Just drop some in the midst of Boko boys and let the virus do the rest. |
How do think you are going to win this spiritual battles when you keep pouring your semen (glory) in the wrong hole premaritaly? How do you even have the conscience and boldness to cast and bind ? |
