This could be one of the reason why n3xt refused to accept the valuation by QsFemi.

He had already made some concessions on the price of blocks and cement. (I can't also remember the price of cement and block being as low as N3000 and N200 respectively this year).

Hence, he wanted a more "practical" valuation that would reflect his initial concessions.

Nevertheless n3xt, these issues can be resolved offline. This combative approach with a client is uncalled for.

Especially for one, who gave you a great benefit of doubt in awarding the contract to you.

Tidy this completely with somehow before 2022 and let peace reign.

With all due respect, let N3xt speak for himself. This is now between him and the parties, observers just need to be silent.

Nah, the money’s long gone. Even if he wanted to pay, he simply DOES NOT HAVE IT because the path he chose long ago does not bless. No matter how many actual and fictitious projects he claims to be handling, there’s no money. If the victims were fraudsters who didn’t work for their money, N3xt would suffer no consequences but you cannot take the money of someone that does legit work and not suffer for it. Do folks realize it’s been over a decade of cursed earnings already? Imagine accumulating a crap load of curses over more than 10 years? His supporters will flood here with grandiose grammar and worthless, time-wasting, money value-eroding solutions like “go to court “ but they will never give him #1 of business. They just like to watch him entertain them with pics and fabu stories and run Google to research information they need. Those supporters are always in the background, 2011, 2015, 2016, last March/April and even lately. They will say anything to keep him posting for their entertainment but you will never hear that they gave him an actual build contract.

If you work for your money, the onus is on you to protect it. God no go shame us!

What the smart people do see is a pattern of deceit spanning at least 10 years and multiple cases. Not limited to builds alone but expanded to manipulating/ posting photos with intent to deceive. I have highlighted a few already but there are many more photo stories that present a false image.

I check my bag and I gave him N500, he mumbled something probably a thank you or something then he walked away, he didn't even move like 3 steps from me before he use the money to buy 2 meatpies and drink, I was looking at him and he was looking at me eyeball to eyeball.
He didn't care that he lied to me to get this money, the lady sitting next to me just tap me and said "eya na lie he dey lie o, if I know you say you go give am money, I for stop u"
Tell at this point, what should I do, fight him?? Demand of my money back?? There is nothing I can do but let go, the next day God rewarded me with more than that.

From what I am seeing is that you are angry, you work hard for your money and some of the people you have helped here, you feel or in some cases is very certain they scammed you out of your money and you are very angry, all I am saying is let go of the anger and put everything to God (I dont know whether you are religious or not).
You helping is from your good heart and God will surely reward you, if they are scammers they will surely meet their Waterloo because no matter how much FBI, CIA, NASA or interpol skills you used there is always that smart scammer that will slip through the cracks.

Reminds me of the one busted this morning, Victor Gabriel, scamming dating back to 2018 and still doing the same thing going into 2022. No progress, no promotion, awon “givers never lack” crew, professional scammers heaping coals on their own heads and justifying their crimes.

Msld tag Moonie911 to donate to you if nobody else does. Even if you’re a scammer, it doesn’t matter to her because “givers never lack” so “It's doesn't matter whether you are helping scammers or not.” Makes you wonder where people like Chidinma started from before diverting to full scale murder for material gain.

Unfortunately, the Mods keep deleting threads instead of just closing them. Deleting them helps the scammers to obliterate their footprint and try again with a different username. Locking the thread ensures that information like bank account number, name and telephone numbers remain on the site and can be investigated and matched when new scams are introduced.

Please stop deleting scam threads, just lock them instead. Thank you!

When I check my favourite pages on Instagram, there is always that one person always begging and I hate it so much not until something happened to me, I was broke depressed and had no hope, I removed my pride and ask for help online just like the ones I use to see online that i used to scorned only for me to be offered help.
I remember the day I was so happy, at this moment I am not going to say I am broke or something, I invested the money I have but I didn't budget for Christmas and since everyone is doing one thing or the other for Christmas, I wanted to be like them that's why I keep asking.
It's okay because God have answered my prayers, I can celebrate Christmas in style this year.

Ma'am I know there are many scammers in nairaland, always in one thread or the other always asking for help but sometimes some of them are actually very genuine, if I wasn't I wouldn't have gotten the help I wanted so badly.
Some have no hope in real life and let go of their pride to ask online maybe God favour will locate them.
Yesterday I gave out 2k as giveaway not that I have much, this morning I was bless with so many folds and folds of that money.
It's doesn't matter whether you are helping scammers or not because you will not know the genuine persons but one thing in life is that once you give, God will always reward you.

I work clean for my money and I do not take what’s not mine so yes, it matters to me whom I give it to. Not everyone lives on the proceeds of crime and has no qualms extending their loot to criminals. Of course, scammers have a different mindset from mine, reason why I’m not going from thread to thread with criminal intent.
