The fact that you police your wife's underwear is just incredible to me... Besides the bonus of not having to worry about panty lines, thongs are actually wayyy more comfortable than gargantuan briefs, or what have you. If we're taking it a bit further and talking fashion, the v-string is best looking class of thong (IMO). I personally think the cut of the g-string a bit ugly, but it's not like I know they're there or care, unlike some people who walk around with the unsightly view of their entire panty-line showing under a dress, white pants, leggings, jeggings, etc. When I see that it's like I'm seeing someone exit a bathroom with a trail of tissue in their wake. I experience second-hand embarrassment, and battle with the idea discreetly approaching them. Thank you very much... nothing like g-string abeg. makes the woman looks sexier. makes d man hornier. puts fire in the bedroom. great sex afterwards.. |
guy, from experience, pls go and do DNA test on those kids... probably, probably I say, they may not be yours... from experience! |
is it a genuine company? |

@taiwogurl, how did the interview go with icls on Tuesday? |
its been like this since childhood... I find it hard to sleep . most nights I am up till about 3:00am... used to it. |
guy, don't bother coming o. its a stone throw from my home. u want sell beer or u want serve people Wey come drink beer? no mind them. don't waste your transport pls. |
I saw an advert on dealdey.com for professional CD re-writting shit. since dealdey.com is a site that normally advertises for products with reduced prices, promo price, I decided to give it a trial. the promo price was N1400. At the end of everything, and after the CV was rewritten for me with a cover letter, I discovered two things. 1. that my former CV was better 2. the cover letter I was also using before, written by the combination of my younger brother's head and mine, had no difference with one I paid for. finally, my advice: believe in yourself and your abilities. Getting a job is the Grace of God, not by CV. |
yes I got the invite today for an interview for Monday, which was later shifted in another text to Tuesday... what position pls cos I can't remember applying to them. |
Guy, abeg relocate sharply... the solution is in your hands. and if u will relocate, I beg u, not to tell any member of your family of your intention. Not even your mother or dad. just wake up while de are sleeping and move. polygamous home, tufiakpa.... |
Yeah, its annoying, but what will u do? some people would accept it but its actually not what I want. My brother, Nigeria is tough. Really tough! but don't give up.... keep pushing. someday, the good doors will open. |
went for their interview sometimes in late April this year. They offered me N20k as salary. And it was a marketing job in which I am expected to at least meet a target of N200k monthly as minimum I can get. I wasn't angry cos after all my papa no give me job. But then I just asked myself, so upon my B.Sc degree, with a professional certificate in Banking & Finance, na N20k go be my salary? it was left for me to either accept it or refuse it, and I know I can't be a slave to anybody, so I told them what they normally tell people who come for interview, ''I shall get back to you''... the lady who interviewed was so pretty and about 26 years of age, and up till now she still calls me about the offer. That's their Opebi branch. Anyway, sometimes in life on your way to the top, those are some things you will face that can either challenge you to strive more or weaken u and make u give up. |
funny Nigerians... na mouth we get, actions we no sabi.. someone suggested a good idea for us all to go on twitter and with the hash tag #No2FcmbNUbaslavery , those who actually did is just a hand full... abeg make we learn to take actions. talk is cheap and it does nothing to address any situation, but action goes a long way. #No2FcmbnUbaSlavery |

SCAM.... |
@OP , I wish I asked questions like this four, five years back before graduating. You are on the right part and Human Resource is a nice department in any organization. Please, take time to read about it online. And immediately after Nysc while waiting for a job, pls just go and apply for CIPM. u can read that online too. like what d poster above wrote, you can also go for your master's degree in Industrial and Personnel Management. |
]U gatecratchd b/c u r based in Lag. It wuldn't hav been funny 4 Some1 4rm a far place, for instance ABJ or Kaduna like me. It was a well orchestrated sham of recruitmnt my broda. I stil can't believ I came 2 Lag b/c of d sham. Am try hard to 4get 2day in a hurry. As u rightly put it, u applied 4 graduate trainee as advertisd by d coy, only to be told u were being interviewd for auditing whether u hav accountin knowledge or not, does it make sense? It's well. my brother, I understand your pain. Really, its not easy for those coming from other states. one guy came from East, I think its Enugu and he got here this morning, on his way last night, his trouser got hooked to something in the bus he boarded and got torn at the kneel all cos of this interview today. I felt for him though and the feeling became intensed when we all heard that its 50k. Imagine with all the stress he went through to be told his salary is 50k if eventually he is taken. Nigeria is hard and may God crown our individual effort according to our desires. |
I applied for the management trainee job with GBNL.. I was not contacted for the interview, a friend of mine told me dat the interview would take place today. my friend also like me was not contacted for it, but I gate crashed it and did the interview, to the Glory of God. They offered 50k... asked if I am ready to travel to all parts of the country even if na Maiduguri, of coz I accepted to see if they will call me later, at least make me self get the belief say I fit pass interview na. I thought it was management trainee but they started asking me if I have knowledge of Auditing and Accounting and I read Political Science. its actually a nice place to work, the environment is good. the receptionist was friendly, BUT 50K SMALL especially if you don't have a place to stay around Lekki/ajah. on the other hand, if I am called to work with them, I will GLADLY accept with the 50k, na starting point and gathering of experience. |
guy, na marketing things..... Attended their interview last week Monday and they offered me N20k as salary. Am expected to meet a target of AT LEAST N200k monthly. my monthly transport to n fro is N15,750. from the N20k monthly salary, I am expected to dress well all d time. from the N20k monthly salary, I would feed myself. my take after a thorough thinking, Offer rejected! |
This write up is probably from the book, Think like a man, Act like a lady.... |

when this same mistake happened with the first test, at least they were on twitter sending tweets and replying to tweets, but today, they are not even saying anything on their twitter handle. Its frustrating! they should at least have at the back of their minds that they are dealing with humans for the sake of dignity! |
some people are shouting clear rigging. but where a child of less than 10years was seen voting in d north, nobody said anything. I also pity those who are busy protesting in Rivers State for Rotimi Amaechi. Rotimi Amaechi's 5 children (all boys) are all in the USA, while some people are carrying it on their heads. why are his children not among the protesters? who daft can people be. GEJ will still win and nothing will happen. |
I am a man. I have read all the comments and am ashamed for what men are advising. guy, your wife is your wife and your mum has no right to ask for the pixs. you must protect your wife first. how can you say u don't know wat to do? u r married for goodness sake. y must your mother slap your wife? did your fathers mother ever slap her? why didn't she ask for the pix while your still in d house? my brother, protect your wife first and kids. You are not a child. or mother shouldn't think she has say over your wife and think she can just barge in anytime to ask for anything and expect to get. just don't blame your wife. want does your want to do with those pix self? am suspecting her for witchcraft. |
wow, beautiful house. waiting for Etcetera to do his private investigation to prove her right or Genevieve. Naija celebrities can form o. |
fellow nairalanders , I just watched a video online where I saw the governorship candidate of APC Mr. Ambode having his bath in d bush with blood, chanting incantation in d bush. this is serious. if u r on Facebook, pls search for this name, Archbishop Samson Benjamin, and click on the link he posted yesterday. its not a funny thing. its a serious cause for alarm. |
