[quote author=george4CHRIST post=39306028]If she is truly your wife, she will come back to you. Before I got married my wife was a stunch Catholic while me a pentecostal. But she agreed to follow my own religion. So I believe love conquered everything. I don't think she was a Staunch Catholic bro. No offence meant. Was she a legionary, an altar girl, a Chorister, a Charismatic, a devotee of the Blessed Sacrament, a Lector, the Divine Mercy devotee, Confraternity of the body and blood devotee ? Now that's what it means to be a STAUNCH catholic not just being a communicant |

Mekky05: Its the same way that Protestants/Pentecostal families issue out there own order! I have 1st hand experience and info about this stuff,so Op chin up and go look for a wife. You've opened up this thread for peeps who don't have "wisdom" to start insulting and bashing the Catholic church. The rate at which pentecostal churches breed hate and rage for Catholic leaves much to be desired! Don't mind the intolerant hypocrites. That's how one came to a Catholic Church One Sunday during Holy Mass and had the guts to be distributing invitation flyers and handbills for one revival programme. He would have smelt a rod if we are radicals and had handled him roughly. Programme your love to die instantly if and when you are non Catholic and meets a STAUNCH Catholic Lady, coz she will not shift grounds. Someone talked about Christian unity and I ask, where was that Unity when all these groups left the fold? They never gave that Unity a Chance and now want the "Victims" to give it a chance during marriage. Some of the reasons Catholics cherish catholic marriages is due to the fact that they seldom collapses. The doctrine stands against Divorce @ every little provocation or irreconcilable differences as we have gotten used to hear. Also with reference to the Passion of Christ, the Catholic faith presents suffering and hard times as part of life and test of faith in God rather than seeing life as a bed full of roses. This helps Catholic marriages a lot to truly stand in poverty and in wealth, in health and in sickness till death really part the union. |

Oliseh just lied. How can you ask your captain to keep quiet or be excused from the dinner? And he is implying that Enyeama wasnt embarrased by that statement.
Oliseh will dig his own grave. Watch it.
This even calls to mind the saying that whatsoever you sow, you shall reap. The mafia you once birthed will be resurrected in our Eagles to haunt you. This is the beginning.

Politics › Re: Fulani Herdsmen Working For Boko Haram – Falae by modestdude(m): 9:27am On Sep 26, 2015 |
HungerBAD: There is something fishy about this whole kidnap thing.
I do agree he was kidnapped, but the intelligence and how this whole operation was carried out, to me seems more sophisticated than what a fulani cattle handler can pull.
The phoning.
The every 4 hours tactical maneuvers.
The way the ransom was paid.
How he was dropped off at Owo.
Everything shows an organized setting here, that goes beyond people, who ordinarily are nomads. Those kidnappers are Boko Haram in disguise as Herdsmen. They have run out of fund to prosecute the devilish activities. So their sleeper cells are everywhere sourcing funds for the 'ministry'. Don't be surprised they left Maidugiri with herds of cattles to beat security and avert suspicion. Boko Haram has come to the SW, we are just living in denial. God help us and save us |
Politics › Re: KIDNAP: I Slept On Bare Ground, Trekked Several Kilometres — Falae by modestdude(m): 8:22pm On Sep 25, 2015 |
Eziachi: You really think those that you see with the cattles are the real owners of the herd? They are employees. The more reason why they would want to hit it big and own their own herd. My bottomline is there is no exception to criminality when it comes to tribe. Don't appear defensive like an advocate by saying the fulani herdsmen haven't seen millions before and don't know what it is or cannot be associated with such criminal act. Shalom |

Eziachi: Because there are no criminal person called Fulani Herdsmen. What next, Fulani mechanics? You Nigeria paint every event with tribal colours. Instead of treating it for what it was, ie kidnapping a Man by some criminals.
Rather the tribe of the kidnapper had become the focus, as if there are no kidnappings in other parts of your country. One of the biggest challenges regarding security in Igboland for example is kidnapping. Was it done by Fulani herdsmen? Nupe meat sellers or Ijebu garri makers?
When a drug mule is caught, no one talks about the crime but the tribe of the person, when millions from that tribe probably do not know what a narcotic looks like. Instead of this incident to be investigated properly and find the root cause, everybody including the IG, who may not even had any crime investigative experience himself is busy talking trash, And like most crimes, this could easily be an inside job, until another big shot is kidnapped. Thousands are kidnapped each year and their families are left on their own without the privilege of having the president jumping in to assist. Former Governor Udenwa' chief of staff was kidnapped and kept in captivity for over a year prior to the 2011 election. His family were left on their own. When he was eventually released after millions were paid in ransom, the man was never the same till this day, both mentally and physically. Where would a Fulani herdsman put 100 million cash? How many knew what a million looks like? You were actually making sense till you got to the last sentence where you made nonsense of the the sense. Don't look down or belittle a fulani herdsman, no matter how shabbily or simply dressed he may look with his water bottle. Those herdsmen are millionaires and move about with their millions but woe betide you if try to rob them, they will transform you to one of their cows and make you graze on grass for eternity. Also if you think they are not intelligent and sophisticated, know it that intelligence doesn't come with education. We have natural intelligence and criminal intelligence. Moreover, they are well informed than you and i with their world wide receiver hanged over their necks. They listen to news, programmes, and probably know what kidnapping for ransom in Nigeria is, and how effective it can be carried out with arms. |

Progress2468: My broda it's not rubbish, This is part of The company's Corporate social responsibility to it's host communities who feel the direct negative impact of their operations such as air and noise pollution. Even if it's only the hold up that is caused when their truck is about to park it's a he'll of inconvinence.
If all the companies in Nigeria can toll this line by being socially responsible to its host communities, we'll experience improved development across the country,. my broda, this is a good intention gone bad. Corporate social responsibility to host communities should start and end in those communities. No need to broadcast it to the world when its on going. You can do that after the scheme or project is achieved. Guiness Nigeria apparently has a bad Public relations Officer |
