The exfoliating soap
These are what I will be using for the exfoliating soap

Ingredients:
Ghana soap
Camwood
Bergamot
Orangepeel
Tumeric
Palmkernel oil
Cinnamon powder

I will add all these together and bath with it

The process
I will be adding baking soda during bath to massage my body,and before that time, I would add Epsom salt in the water, rub my body with either sheabutter or palmoil, then bath with the soap

Remember, I won't add any of this to my face, just for the body, i will concentrate it on my knee,elbow, and back with tiny pimple.

Do not use this mixture if you do not have a deep moisturizing cream., because it can be very drying. I will never use this as my regular soap

For sometimes now, I have been very busy and my skincare has been zero.

I have some little bumps on my knee area and tiny pimple on a side of my back.
My body is peeling as well due to dryness and not moisturizing enough. My skin is dull, my hair is dry and breaking (I have a natural hair) due to neglect. All these inspired me to create this thread
I will be making an exfoliating soap,and be doing two daily moisturizing to solve this problem, so if you also want to achieve a smother skin, let's do it together

Firstly, I will be creating a strong exfoliating black soap. This soap will clear all the tiny bumps in less than 3days, and it would glow the skin.

Then I will be following it with a deep moisturizing cream and night gentle exfoliating cream

Please follow this thread and make comments on your progress if you use this mixture. Also feel free to ask any question or point any error

Solution is in 3stages
1. Diet and water
2. Exfoliation, toning,moisturizing
3. Sleep

I finished university at age 19
I don't think I was rushed, it just happened naturally, I was the best in my classes and thus the need to promote me, and when I registered for primary school exam, I passed more than all my seniors, so parents just allowed me to go to JSS1
I will be clocking 24 soon and yet, no Job even after finishing both Undergraduate and post graduate at 22. Not just graduating but graduating as the best student in both, what if I was still in 300level? Or I'm just graduating with a second class lower at age 24? It means I would never find a job in Nigeria.
Well, I don't hope getting any Job anymore, I have passed that age, I have bigger dreams now, very big ones.
I just look at my classmates but can't help pitying them, especially those doing their PHD already, they have no hope, no single hope

WHY I HATE POLICEMEN

My hatred for policemen has been since childhood, this is my story.

I grew up seeing people say Oonishagbako, wooni kobae, (You will not be unfortunate), for instance, mans wife was about to give birth, and he was stopped from taking her to the hospital because a robbery happened around where hes gonna passed, or a sick person wont go to hospital because they killed someone in a street hes gonna pass, walking around the area where a bad thing happen.
I used to argue that this is wrong, what sort of prayer is that, then my parents/old people would start telling me evil stories of Agbako. also,as I was growing, I would join sometimes in watching Nollywood movies, and they will still show an innocent man that got locked up for years for things he knows nothing about, and the Agbako prayer continues

So many churches, mosques will not allow person to hear word again, they turned innocent getting punished for another man's sin as a normal thing even if you have emergency to attend to because of these useless people in black uniform. Thats my story, we need justice, not taking innocent people walking in the street an hour after robbery, and asking them to pay huge money, if they can't, they automatically become the robber, while the real robbers walk free
