I received 1 4px Singapore post today again. 5 down 16 to go. I have received refund for all 5 that has arrived.

When I collected 2 on Monday I was shocked. I felt it was one in a million chance. But receiving 2 more today shows that it’s not a miracle. I think many others will soon start to receive theirs as well

My mistake. I meant to write received October. The order was July. Tracking still shows hand over to airline

Just get the email and upload.

It will change to valid after the given five days if you are sure tacking doesn’t say it’s in destination country. Just insist you did not receive it and you want your money back

Just to notify those who are not aware: dispute now takes 12 days and 23 hours for the seller to respond before aliexpress steps in

I just received an email from AliExpress that my item is at my local post office. Tracking is showing delivery failed...how should I wait before going to check at the postoffice?

If you are in Lagos the post office should have called you by now so go as soon as you can. If you are outside Lagos wait at least a week. Some people claimed the PO provided their parcels after they lied about receiving their call. You can try that if you want. Since they are mad, we can all kuku be mad together. As for me and my PO we have a good understanding and I have never had a missing parcel. Even after AE has notified me that my parcel is in destination country I’m not always bothered because I know it may take a while but it will still get delivered to me. I can’t really complain because they always deliver to my house at no cost(except it’s a big item then I’m charged 500naira at My gate). At least they spare me the hassle of driving to the PO and wasting my time

Maddddddd oooooooo!!! I just received 2 parcels shipped by 4px Singapore post OM Pro!!! One of them was ordered may 29 and the other april 30. I have since received refund for both, ordered same thing from another seller who shipped via cainiao and both have since been delivered. Perhaps there is light at the end of tunnel.... both of them are still showing *hand over to airline when tracked

I really do not understand why 4px is collecting parcels going to Nigeria when they know it will end in disappearing act. I wonder how full their storage or dump site looks like by now. It’s tiring mehn

At this point all of them are shit. Just order and commot eye you will receive ur parcel one day one day. Just stay away from 4px Singapore post unregistered mail

I had a parcel like this also that was in transit country for 2 months. I think they store them wherever they keep their outgoing cargo. It later updated to *preparing to depart transit country or GMT. And when it is on the way it will update to *departed transit county or GMT Only then should you suspect that it’s in naija whether or not you see *arrived at destination country

Also if you open dispute after BP has run out and your package is still in transit country you will get your refund

Wawuuu. I just tracked one of my Cainiao item ordered 6th of this month. It has arrived destination country today. But I’m not expecting it soon sha because of all mighty Nipost

Lemme guess, it's 4px Singapore post. If that's the case, your chances of getting it is in God's hands. I've not received any order placed via that courier since this pandemic but who knows?? It might still reach us, probably when we least expect it.
You have no other choice than to wait.
Also ask for a refund as and when due.

Lol some of my February orders Shipped via China post that Iv totally forgotten about and has since been refunded got delivered this month. We may never see the shadow of some of our 4px orders but I have a feeling that some of them may surprisingly get delivered to us sometime in 2021

If it’s registered mail shipped with 4px then yes (I have received 3)...u still have hope. But if it’s unregistered mail I.e tracking number Starting with *UB. Just forgerrit. I have 28 pending since February that never came and more likely never will.

Shameless is an understatement. I strongly feel the problem we are facing is due to fault of the workers themselves and not necessary the federal govt most times. They just do whatever they like and say what ever they want. I called and sent an email with my tracking number ( it has been on despatched to overseas since july) I was told that it’s not in the country yet. And because I had a feeling they gave me mumu reply I decided to ask about another order that has been delivered to me already ooo since August but still showing despatched to overseas also. And I was still told that it is also yet to arrive the country.
I swear since the beginning of this year I have heard many dumb statements from some of these Nipost workers that I can’t even repeat here because the info is sooo wrong and foolish.

Ok thank you I guess I misunderstood the write up. My own understanding of it is that all the accumulated points would be added every month. I never paid attention to it so I didn’t notice the format they normally use. But I became so anxious now that I’m so close to getting to the next member level

Pls who knows how this points thing really works? The information says points will be added 8th of every Next month for me. But Iv been a platinum member since feb 2020 and no points have been added since then. I know I won’t just get to the next level until I have more than 1500 points. But at least the number of my points is supposed to be goin up since I shop a lot and do all the necessary things to upgrade.

I haven't gotten a refund before but I hear that you won't be refunded the shipping fee. So if there was a shipping fee for that order try deducting it and then see if it makes up for the difference.
