TLS android app. That's what I used. I have been on it since the day of my biometric all that I used to see were the two green ticks. Then yesterday evening I decided to input my credentials " bum it was three green ticks that is there...
Hi , have you also check on the UK website to verify if all the buttons have changed to green?..

When you log in your application there is a place you can track your application, have you check to verify that all buttons are now green.

Good day everyone. Pls am in the process of submitting my application and a bit confused on something.
1. For those that recently submitted did you submit the appendix2 form.
2. do I have to print out the application form I filled online along with me on the day of my biometric.
3. I will like to include some pictures to my application, but I don’t know how to go about it. I will really appreciate you response. Thanks
1.Appendix2 is not compulsory. i did not submit it.
2. No not necessary. just print out for your copy or download and save for future applications.
3. copy pictures of you and your partner, wedding pictures, pictures with both family. copy it, paste on word and write details of all pictures. i.e picture taking in Nigeria with my partner in 2003. etc. after that save it and convert it to pdf. just make sure it is 5mb, because if it is more, the application will not upload it. you can also reduce it by using ilovepdf.

Goodmorning all. For someone who wants to apply for spousal but the passport will expire nov next year. Should the person get a new passport before applying or apply with this same passport. Anyone has an idea on what should be done? I'm asking cause the settlement visa should be fr 2yrs.
u can only get a new passport when your passport has expired OR about to expire in two months. I am not sure if they will agree to renew it.
The settlement visa is two and half years, but as far as the passport is valid for six months, you can apply and when you get to the UK, u can renew it.

Still check if it is possible for you to renew. If it is possible better for you, than renewing in the UK with their stress

I dont think there is any point spending money messaging them..If your application has exceeded 12wks they would send you an email to inform you your application is taking longer to process.
Applications take anywhere from 12weeks to 24 weeks so be patient.
I pray so. Thank u

Hello house is it compulsory to mention in one's application, that one will be travelling to other Schengen countries?

If one did not mention it in the France application cover letter, can the person still travel to other Schengen countries when the person gets the France visa?

Thank you for your response.

Hello everyone. I applied for visiting Visa but was refused on the ground that I couldn't justify inflow of funds in the statement. The statement quoted by the ECO is different from what I submitted. I did not submit a zenith account statement and do not have such balance in the fcmb statement I submitted. It is clear that there was a mix up of documents by the ECO. Please who has experienced something like this and/or knows how to right this error?

Hello
Please I am about making an application and want to be sure I have all documents.
I have a valid IELTS General. Will this suffice?
I also have a HND, will this suffice for the NARIC certificate?
What about people who have spouses that do not have formal education, what do they do?
Yes the valid IELTS general will suffice.

For HND , I am not sure if it will suffice, because NARIC requires degree that was taught in English.

Pple who have spouses that do not have formal education need to practice on line the IELTS test and seat for the A1 as beginners, but if they speak English well, they go for B1 which takes them to further applications in the UK.

They only need to do IELTS if no formal education

You can apply in Dec against Feb travel. Regarding flight just make a reservation for that time (Feb) no need to make your application complex.

Good morning house, if someone has a two years UK visa and will like to travel to the UK in December 2021 and also want to travel to France around Feb next year. For the UK visit, the person is intending spending two months in the UK and also travel to France. E.g will be traveling to the UK end of December and will stay in the UK from Jan and Feb ending, so he is intending to travel to France around Feb by train from the UK.

My question is if the person can apply for a France visa around December and state the traveling time in Feb next year, can they agree to give the person the visa for that Feb next year OR they will like the person to travel within the time the person applied?

My second question is how will the person book flight ticket since the first travel is to the UK first and from the UK take a train to France. how can one book a flight that can convince France visa officer? kindly advise, please.

Many thanks for your responses.

Hello Gurus,

Please I need your urgent advice. I recently got engaged to my GF who is a Nigerian and also British citizen.

I intend to apply for the family visa (6 month) with the intention of us getting married in the UK.

Now, seeing the UK site, there is spousal visa for 2yrs + and also the fiance/fiancee visa for 6 months with the intention of getting married within that period after arrival in the UK.

However they also stated that provision of marriage certificate is also a strong factor for visa success.

I am so confused right now because the plan is to use the fiancée/fiancé 6month visa type as we are not yet legally married.

I am so confused. I need help on how to go about this. Hope to get a response soon.
They are three process u can go about it.

1. Marriage visa allows you to come to uk, get married and come bk to home country and apply for spousa visa of 2.5 years. The marriage visa is a case where your wife can not come to Nigeria or you guys feel like getting married abroad. As soon as you get the marriage certificate, you go through the process of spouse visa if all requirements are met.

The other one is spouse visa where you both got married in home country in registry and apply for the visa having meet all requirements. U get a 2.5 years visa, u have permission to work. After 2.5 you go through the process of Further leave to remain for 2.5 years, then indenfite leave to remain and British citizen.

The fiancé visa is when u are engaged and want to get married. The visa doesn't need marriage certificate because u are going to uk to get married and apply for spousa visa. All you need to show is evident that you have been friends and intention to apply for fiancé visa with all the supporting documents to show that you want to get marry. Evidence like the registry you will use, just something to show proof of marriage.

For the fiancé visa your sponsor need to meet all requirements like the financial requirement, accommodation, You need to write IELTS test, or if you have a degree taught in English u apply for naric and TB.

The fiancé visa you are given six months to enter UK and get married, as you come to uk, get married and apply for spousa visa which u will get 2.5 years.
The fiancé visa u are just given six months, u can't work with it. Also in fiancé visa you don't pay for IHs , only payment is visa fees. But when you want to apply for spousa visa in the UK ,u pay the IHS.

Fiancé visa route is quiet expensive BC you are paying double the visa fees.
