elantraceey:And a very big joke at that with no purpose of existence.. |
Sometimes some things baffle one, so as small as this lady is she can take control of a Boeing passenger plane when she is on seat as the pilot, a plane that massive and is many times bigger and heavier than her. Well that is all there is to a good brain nd not brawn. |
yarimo:ODE is ur first and last names and everyone on here knows that YARIMO is stupid and is an imbecilic fool. |
yarimo:I know u tell ur father same nd wake him up every morning with kicks, u mannerless dolt.. |
agbangam:For where nd re u sure u re in Nigeria ?Electricity has gone from bad to worse since A. P. C took over ,and with the attendant exorbitant bills for supplying us darkness. In my area for example we hardly see the light ,and everybody now seems to be used to it and resort to buying fuel to power their generators without complaints.,it would even be better to forgo these useless DISCO's and rely solely on generators or solar electricity... The cost of living, dollar exchange rate and numerous others re A. P. C's sins against Nigerians...We re really suffering in this country because in other climes, their government is up nd doing and subsidize certain things for them but wat's our government doing/done for Nigerians... Absolutely nothing and every election year they still ve the temerity to canvass for votes from us...... |
Dalek:FFK might not ve been at the meeting bt wat i want u to know is that Tony Blair's visit wasn't coincidental, it means sth and I surely believe that the owners of Nigeria re definitely cooking sth. It was in this country that northern governors only were invited to meet with Obama during Jonathan's presidency.. It was also in this same country that Prince Charles of Great Britain visited the North just before the 2015 presidential elections, and we all saw wat happened thereafter. I know that all the foregoing re speculative and subjective bt also know that there is no smoke without fire..... |
seunmsg:Ur head dey there jor, I ve always said that the North won't handover to Osibanjo, they will never allow this to happen, if they feel they ve been boxed into a corner, they may instigate a coup detat through which the VP would be by-passed ..They re just too hungry and desperate for power so much that they will do anything to get it and Osibanjo could even be arranged in a cross fire, the northerners re that desperate.... Moreover they see the Yorubas like a conquered people that they can always ride roughshod over, after all we saw very similar cases in the past where they treated them with utter disdain nd disrespect.. It will do the Yorubas a lot of good if they can stand up to the northerners once nd for all because their obsession with power is getting too irritating now as if they re the only ones eligible to rule.. |
And one will be wondering y Nollywood keeps churning out sub-standard films, the time spent in producing is ridiculously small, no proper on set actions, no proper editing and they basically spend next to nothing on the movies.,no quality, story line and quality re zero. They continue to think that movie acting is an all comer affair where the number of films u churn out the more popular u get... . Amaka Igwe of blessed memory, Tchidi Tchikere, NEK movies were some of the very exceptional movie directors then in the days of yore.. |
Paul Craig Robert once said it is an irony of some sort that Russia seems to be the only rational country in a room filled up with some other crazies including the US. He said it's funny that they re the ones preaching peace even with their well documented no-nonsense attitude while the others re hell bent on destabilization... |
Does he ve an option? And who knows he wants to remain so that he can continue to wreak his havoc from within... |
mysticwarrior:And in addition to this, when those Afghan rebels were asked the toughest opponents that they ve had an encounter with, and between the Russians and the Americans, they opted for the Russians whom they said were tougher and more determined than their American counterparts ...Russian soldiers re no push over like we saw in Syria very recently where an undercover officer called a pilot of the Russian Air Force upon himself because he had very limited time to plan his escape and his wish was granted because he had very limited time nd didn't want to be taken away by rebels and tortured so he called the "bombs upon himself ",so to speak... And also we saw wat they(Russia's Armed Forces) were able to achieve in Syria within a very limited time-frame.Anerican soldiers re equally good but they "chest -beat "a lot thru their media and so many novices tend to believe this oddity... |
ollah1:I am impressed there re still a handful of people who dare to question the rubbish the MSM dish out regularly. U ve said a cotton picking mouthful.I followed all ur comments on this topic and I can say that u hit the bull's eye in all of them although I disagree with just a few of them but in all u ve succinctly put ur points across without doubt. Keep it up.. |
[quote author=SmartyPants post=58148465]Just as oil may be the driving factor behind most middle eastern invasions, safety is another very important concern. That was the whole reason the US went into Afghanistan. There was no oil there. I beg to disagree ,the main reasons the US went into Afghanistan were two , the first being that they wanted to serve the Russians the same humiliation they suffered in Vietnam ,a war in which they were disgraced by a third world rag-tag military that was ably aided by Russia. According to an American retired war general who said ,"the Afghanistan war served the right purpose of paying the Russians back in their own coins for the role they played in America's disastrous outing in Vietnam" The second reason was to secure the opium trade for their pharmaceutical industry. And although I agree with some of the other points that u stated bt there re still some I don't subject to. ... |
ollah1:Very nice question . |
The guy is just an imbecilic idiot,no wonder Obasanjo described Nigerian lecturers as "skirt-chasing and hand-out selling individuals.I know he wouldn't ve yielded to this kind of punishment in his under-graduate days when they were always ready to go on "ALUTA" for the most flimsy and silly reason.. Well he knows they re all kids, and he feels he can ride roughshod over them without a repercussion . Can't any of the students even 'arrange ' him outside the school premises to teach him a lesson of his life..... How can a graduate express himself or his ideas confidently with this kind of treatment? Then after sometime they will churn out statistics showing that most Nigerian graduates re unemployable, how would they with this kind of treatment that demoralises and deflates their ego and self-worth..... |
wintersnow:A very huge joke at that, nothing good is working ,it's only the bad and evil things that re thriving well in the midst of all these confusions.. It's been from one bad news to the other since our "PRESIDO " went AWOL..The politicians put us in this mess that we ve found ourselves, they don't care, they re so selfish and wicked, this present crop of politicians ve no business with governance because they re just too ill-equipped for such a task. The political class still don't appear to ve learnt sth from the 60s and 70s which ultimately led to the death of those republics back then... Is it that there is a dearth of responsible politicians because of how they emerge from within the parties or what?... |
andyomar:To what end? This is the part that I am yet to understand, what and how do they gain from sponsoring them?Mind u, I am disputing ur claims herein... |
It was this same gov who cried when EFCC came knocking at his door the first time, and yet they won't act right when on the seat of power, they always forget that a time would come for retribution.nd this ought to be their moral compass bt instead they still choose to be thieves and pilfer our collective patrimony. I just wish the case could be followed up and if found guilty be made to serve his punishment without fear or favor ,bt by the way wat do I know since this is a funny country... |
authority2006:Yeah I got ur points though esp as per setting a precedence but the whole thing would still be rigged esp if the legislator affected belongs to a clique in the National Assembly.. |
psucc:Whomsoever thought recalling Dino from the Senate was possible in Nigeria needs to ve his head checked. The senators re just too corrupt nd desperate, and they know that a successful recall of one of them would just be a matter of time before it gets to the rest of them. So they will do everything legal or illegal to thwart any such moves.. |
justseyi:Bt is it kk if they re the ones doing the killings? Other ethnic groups ve always been at the receiving end nd it's only natural that they re also made to get a dose of their concoction too. No sane person is happy when people re getting killed bt these Fulani militias excesses re just one too many. |
Kobicove:Mr. Man did u read thru the post at all? because the incident happened in Argentina and not Spain... |
"Ask yourself why their people have all lost their voice while the north persicute their brother? "End of quote.... All seems quiet on the western front esp Tinubu and their vitriolic press that were at the forefront of the campaign of calumny against Buhari's predecessor whom we knew wasn't perfect though just like every other human with an Achilles heel, but the yorubas made it worse by painting the guy as someone who was grossly incompetent. They re now at the receiving end and they don't want to be seen as going back to their vomit or it might even be they re dead scared of Buhari hence the complacency.... |
And finally the Fulanis meet their match ...Is the Nigerian Army for Nigerians or the Fulanis ? because I don't know y they re always quick to rise to their defence esp when they re at the receiving end.... |
Will this still prevent wealthy Nigerians esp the state governor from going abroad for medical check-ups?.. |
ipodstinks:In ur dreams abi? Don't u know that when any northerner say a thing, u just ve to look closely to know who is actually dictating the tune, they re subtly passing a message across and I believe that they would deploy all the weapons in their arsenal to prevent Osibanjo from assuming that position.. They ve even said they hope to complete their eight - year tenure and if possible extend it. What do these people take other parts of the country for? They act like they own the country with so much gusto and impunity... |
It's time Namdi Kanu went back to his comfort zone in kuje because he is seriously itching to go back there .... |
NwaAmaikpe:I know u re definitely going to modify this ur post Into those ur puerile and irritating posts... Back to the topic :i wouldn't be surprised if Evans is set free at the end of this charade, y won't the man's life be in danger when the police were busy reeling out the names and identities of the kingpin's victims There re still some members of his gang that re yet to be apprehended and re still running loose in the outside world. They were just too quick to expose their modus operandi ,they should ve known fully well that other criminals would learn and perfect it into sth more formidable..... They have finally succeeded in putting the innocent citizens that survived the gang's gulag in harm's way. |
Truth be told, Buhari ceased to be an ordinary citizen immediately he won that election, so nothing about him is private anymore because he is now the country's property, so y would his address be in hausa language? Abeg ,Shehu Sanni should look for sth more sensible to say or better still,he should just keep quiet instead of offending our sensibilities... |
[quote author=businesslawyer post=57864118]Haba this is not true. I may disagree with the Governors policies and actions. I was in Lokoja recently and i saw the completed Revenue House a beutiful edifice for public servants to work in. The rehabilitation of Lokoja township roads, street lights and some good road constructions in the East of the State. This transformer is definitely not his first project pls stick to the truth when you post information to the public. Thank you. I am glad u said "revenue building ",is it not to still fill the state's coffers into which he can dip his filthy fingers, the guy is just a failure,if we must call a spade a spade. He is not even supposed to go near anything like commissioning of a transformer because it's just too petty nd minute for a supposed governor... |
Gradually the chicken is coming home to roost, u can't sow the wind and not expect to reap the whirlwind.. |
I like the way he was voted in and given the opportunity to redeem Nigeria, at least we all can see what he has to offer which is zilch. If he hadn't been given the opportunity,we would ve heard stuffs like :"Buhari, the best president we never had, " We re all witnesses to what he has to offer.. |
