Be aware of your moods and how you communicate. You may not realise how much of an impact you have on your team as a manager. You may know you are in a bad mood about someone hitting your car on your way to work this morning but your staff may feel that they have done something wrong if they don’t know this! When you are always harsh on your team no one might be able to figure out when you are happy or sad. Be aware of how and what you communicate. Your team will pick up on it. 7. Have Fun
Having fun at work can help make the work easier for everyone, forge positive relationships and strengthen your team. There is usually room for more fun in any work environment, but if the nature of your work makes that difficult, be sure to schedule fun activities when you can. Meeting for lunch or drinks after work can help build relationships and help your team to see you and each other in a new light. If you create a positive work atmosphere it also becomes easier to deal with challenges as they arise. Mtn only had bad service last night / this morning. They've been reliable since unlike Airtel that really scam their customers. I've been a victim of Airtel night browsing scam and I tell you it wasn't funny . Just try and manage or switch to other plans /network

I really wish to express my disappointment to both Mtn Nigeria and by extension Nigerian Communication Commission NCC, who allowed Nigeria Mtn to be waking innocent Nigerian up in the middle of the night and scamming us in the name of Mtn Midnight browsing for N25. This is the 3rd time am getting such stress in a month now. Just last night I was trying to register the online job by Nigerian civil service commission which couldn’t go by the day. I woke up by 2am and register for midnight browsing with mtn but as usual not internet network available. I called customer care who ask me to exercise pertinent while she forward my complaint to the engineering section. We all know how the engineering section work, it take hours to attend you complaint or even days. My annoyance is that they deducted my money at the same time fail to deliver. I remember last 16th august, I subscribed Glo bb N1400 on a friends advice and it hit the wall because my phone is not android not BB. I called the Glo Customer Care and my money got reverted. Which I use to subscribe for 2gb at N1000. this is the time for Nigerian Communication Commission NCC to show Nigerians they are really working, mtn shouldn’t get away with this mischief. I believe Nigerian Communication Commission NCC can make Mtn to refund customers whenever they are unable to deliver the services. We all know this is a very hard time in Nigeria and people should learn to make life easy for other, and I pray this my Open Letter gets to the appropriate authorities and Nigerian Communication Commission NCC

Thevenine: After Airtel released this 2G data pack, a lot of Naija bloggers came up with various (actually all the same) ways to make the 2G only plan work with 3G network. Many of us will agree that this walk arounds didn't work. (3G/4G Otptimizer, Script Manager and co).
So, I did my own research and found out that Airtel India also launched the same plan about 4/5 years ago. I'm sure we all know that the only set of people more desperate for internet cheats than Nigerians are Indians. It turns out our 9ja bloggers got the Script Manager stuff from the Indians and judging from the numerous comments in the numerous Indian sites I went through, Script Manager didn't work for them either.
Now, the method I'm about to show you guys is very frustrating and is meant for those who have already subscribed for the plan. (I can't advise my enemy to do this plan)
This is it:
1. Turn off your data 2. Set your preferred network type to 2G only 3. Turn on your data 4. If you are already downloading a file, the download should resume at this point (Move to step 6) 5. If you are not downloading anything, open any webpage in your browser. 6. Without turning off your data, set your preferred network type to 3G only.
N.B: You can only use 10MB at a time both on 2G and 3G before you have to reset the network. When your download pauses or your browser shows "Your current data balance is zero", repeat steps 1-6.
P.S: Funnily, I've used about 2.8GB this way but upon checking my data balance, it shows that I haven't used more than 200MB. So, what I deduced is that the data reads only when you're on 2G. I'll update this post with my testimony if I can use more than 7GB before it expires.
