EducationRe: What Was Your Unforgettable Experience In Exam Hall? by Mordson:
My most unforgettable experience was when I came late for my Chemistry paper during my GCE exams.

I had a habitual knack for tardiness. I used to come late to any appointment including school. So, this exam was no exception. My examination center for the GCE exams was the main center for the whole state, notorious for having the meanest exam invigilators. I came late for the Chemistry paper when it was already 30 minutes into the Chemistry exam.

The head invigilator stopped me at the entrance and quizzed me on my reason for coming late, to which I gave a spurious reason. She said she would allow me into the exam hall after thoroughly searching me.

Ladies and gentlemen, this Jezebel of a woman that would rot in hell gave me something akin to a strip search after which she gleefully turned up with several incriminating stash of pieces of paper which I had scribbled notes for use in the chemistry exam. cry

I was thoroughly humiliated by the tramp and barred from writing the Chemistry paper which meant an automatic 'F' for me. I felt like my world had ended. I felt I should just die and leave this godforsaken world! What would I tell my dad and mum?

In my heart I cursed the witch and prayed to God to make her die a miserable death, and If I had the means back then, I swear I would have sent assassins after her. She was a very notorious teacher in that school and was despised by all the students. If the woman is still alive today, she should be in her Seventies.

Needless to say, that single incident has remained indelible in my mind and taught me a valuable lesson about tardiness/late coming.

Heavy handed judgement. Child defilement and rape is a terrible crime, but I think a sentence of around 3 years should have been appropriate.

The pastor's stupidity knows no bounds. Now he has put himself into needles trouble.

You know the country you're in. A country that plays double standards, where herdsmen are allowed to carry AK-47 rifles and all kinds of ammunition while other citizens are not. I don't know the kinda preaching you're doing that warrants carrying a gun like that.

Now they're going to make you a scapegoat.

NewManFred:
I've actually had sex a number of times. I won't say I enjoyed every moment of it; I think sex is too much work especially considering the fact that I'm not really enjoying it. The parts I enjoy is the pre-intimacy, pressing breast and maybe the kissing part, but I hate the penetration. Waste of my time. I'd rather just masturbate to her playing dead.
Therein lies the very big problem. Finding a wife who will play dead for you to masturbate to the sight of her.

Moreover, what does she stand to gain from the whole thing? She won't be sexually satisfied from playing dead. You need to find a way of making her gain sexual gratification from the whole thing. If you don't penetrate her with your dick, I wonder how you hope to satisfy her. It's not all about your own pleasure, she's your wife and not some prostitute.
RomanceRe: I Have Decided To Quit by Mordson: 3:20pm On Feb 11, 2023
This man did not come to tell us how he wants to stop violent p0rn and masturbation. He came to lure a lot of people into it.

It's very clear to see.

I really pity you cos you are not normal anymore. You've obviously never had sex all your life. You've only masturbated with these evil videos. Your brain has adjusted to it and will never let go. You will never be able to have normal sex with a normal lady.

HealthIs It Safe To Assume That COVID-19 Is Now A Thing Of The Past? by Mordson(op): 10:57am On Feb 06, 2023
How time flies! It was around the month of December 2019 that planet earth was invaded by a deadly and highly contagious virus which reportedly originated from Wuhan in China and ultimately claimed the lives of millions of people globally. The sheer horror of that episode has remained indelible in the minds of most of us. Our TV screens were awash with videos and pictures of coffins upon coffins containing the dead bodies of its victims being committed to mother earth. The lockdown that was imposed by most governments on their citizens as an emergency and precautionary measure to avert the massive spread, dealt a serious blow on the masses, even moreso to the people of third world countries like Nigeria where palliatives were not distributed or poorly distributed to cushion the severe economic effects of the lockdown.

Who would easily forget the laws enacted to make the the use of facemasks and hand sanitizers compulsory, which inadvertently made the production of these items a booming business at the time? What about the restrictions or outright ban placed on public gatherings, which affected places of worship, people organizing parties, funerals, etc?

The most frustrating impact of these restrictions was the dire effect they had on our banks. We had to wait in very long queues to enter the banking halls for our transactions and stand at least 3 feet apart. It was pure nightmare!

It was in that period that most of us became acquainted with words that were hitherto unknown to most of us, such 'quarantine', 'lockdown', 'palliatives', 'hand sanitizer', etc. That was indeed a trying time for most of us as we can all recount what we suffered in that period of uncertainty.

The immediate aftermath of that period saw the massive influx of COVID-19 vaccines to every country of the world, including Nigeria where it was mandatory for everyone to get vaccinated or face the unpalatable consequences. Civil servants without proof of having received their vaccination risked not receiving their salaries, while those traveling out of the country were denied visas without the vaccination, etc. Although the vaccines were not enough to go round, we were all assured that they will eventually be enough for everyone. I still remember how many people who didn't trust the vaccines paid money to acquire the vaccination certificates illegally in order to evade the repercussions which included non-payment of their salaries. The president and other government officials supposedly took the vaccines on live TV to allay the fears of Nigerians about the vaccine. That did not in any way produce the needed effect as most people were adamant in their stance about not taking the vaccines for fear that the vaccines were laced with substances inimical to the health of humans. Videos flying around on social media purportedly showing the adverse effects of the vaccines on humans did not help matters at all.

It's funny how nobody talks about these anymore. In fact, all of these are now consigned to the dustbin of history. The world has emerged triumphantly from that dark period and is trudging ever forward. It is indeed a lesson to all of us that a tough time in our lives will run it's course and pass. It is a testament to man's resilience. Man with the intelligence bestowed on him fought the deadly virus to a standstill and now we can safely assume that COVID-19 is a thing of the past.

Please share your worst experience of that COVID-19 peak period in the comments section below.

Iamicekid:
If u still have ur slip for the transaction take it back to the pos merchant and asked them to issue a complaint for you that you use there pos but the money didn’t remitted into there account, this complaint can be done on there pos device they don’t need to call the bank or go to the bank, so if they are telling u otherwise then u know something is up but if they do help file the complaint it will help facilitate ur reversal process, cause with that there bank will be aware, and all u just need is to now make another call to your bank and then wait
Thanks for your suggestion.

I kept the receipt for some time but I can't find it now. Can I still go to the POS merchant and tell him to check the day I made the transaction on their POS device and tell them to send the complaint to their bank?

BusinessFirst Bank Is Yet To Reverse A POS Dispense Error Transaction by Mordson(op): 4:53pm On Jan 09, 2023
Hello everyone.

On the 2nd of December 2022, I went to a POS stall in my street to make a withdrawal of fifteen thousand naira for some weekend expenses. The first attempt by the POS attendant to make the transaction failed, as was stated in the receipt, yet I was debited the said amount from my First Bank account.

I never experienced such before and I enquired from the POS attendant as to the next step to take to reverse it. She said to wait for 24 hours for a reversal and lodge a complaint at any First Bank branch if there's no reversal of the money to my account within 24 hours.

I waited for 24 hours and it wasn't reversed, so I had to go to the First Bank main branch in town. At the Customer Service desk they gave me a form to fill and said to wait for 2 weeks for the money to be reversed.

I waited for 2 weeks yet it wasn't reversed. I decided to call the First Bank customer service line, I.e the First Contact line, it's the customer care line at their head office in Lagos. The agent who picked the call after hearing my complaint and taking my details assured me that he will send an email immediately to the POS bank concerned to know the status of the money. And promised me that I will receive the reversal in 3 working days.

Yet again, I didn't receive my money. I had to call them again, the agent that picked the call this time apologized and said he'll send another mail because there was no response to the complaint that was earlier lodged. He said it is the POS merchant bank that will respond and tell them where the money is, whether it's with the POS agent where I made the transaction or with First Bank, so that they will take the necessary action.

To cut the long story short, I have called them 3 more times since then, yet the same story. I have gone to my local branch again and they expressed surprise that it hasn't been resolved since it shows in the system that a complaint has been lodged severally. They advised me to keep calling their head office. I am really tired of the whole stuff.

Please, I want to know if anyone here has ever experienced this and steps they took to resolve it cos I'm totally pissed off by this. I'm contemplating going to my local branch with sledge hammer and breaking stuff in the banking hall to make them take action immediately, but I want to make sure I've exhausted all the peaceful means available.

I know 15k isn't too big, but it can buy a few things in this current dispensation and hardship we're experiencing. Someone please help with useful ideas. Thanks in anticipation.

Mods, please help.
