Bauchi state governor Bala Muhammad has ordered political appointees and public servants vying for political office in the forth-coming general elections to tender their resignation before friday 8th April 2022 in compliance with the electoral act 2022.

That is absolute fraud and lack of due process in everything going on in this country.

Is it that the government did not put measures in place to checkmate issues like duplicate entries in the payroll systems and also automatic removal for personnel that attain retirement ages or what?

Also the personnel that intentionally enroll twice in the system just to defraud the government what where they thinking?

Sadly we are our own problem in this country. Most of the citizens are looking at every opportunity to commit fraud.

PRESIDENT BUHARI NOMINATES OLONISAKIN, BURATAI, IBAS, ABUBAKAR, USMAN AS NON-CAREER AMBASSADORS

President Muhammadu Buhari has forwarded the names of the immediate past Service Chiefs to the Senate as non-career Ambassadors-Designate.
In a letter to Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan, President of the Senate, the President said: “In accordance with section 171 (1), (2) (c) & sub-section (4) of 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended, I have the honour to forward for confirmation by the Senate, the under-listed five (5) names of nominees as Non-Career Ambassadors-Designate.”
The nominees are: Gen Abayomi G. Olonisakin (Rtd ), Lt Gen Tukur Y. Buratai (Rtd), Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (Rtd), Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar (Rtd), and Air Vice Marshal Mohammed S. Usman (Rtd).

The President urged the Senate to give expeditious consideration to the nominations.

Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said that the night of laylatul qadri starts immediately after magrib prayer and ends before subhi prayer. Meaning whenever you pray from magrib to subhi you have the night. but the peak of every night according to Islam is from 2:30am to 4:00am thats when Allah S.W.A descended closer to earth and answers prayers for everyone. And also you can ask for anything in the world and here after. But asking for forgiveness is key.
Regarding the person that stops fasting due to ulcer, that person can still pray, so he can participate. Rasulullah (S.A.W) says even those menstruating and not praying can still participate but they should not pray or fast or take full quran to recite. But they can recite the quran without touching.

President Muhammadu Buhari has won Nasarawa state for the first time since 2003 defeating Alhaji Atiku Abubakar by 37,896 votes.

Results collated by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Lafia shows that President Buhari polled 279,315 votes to defeat Atiku who polled 241,419 votes.

Buhari won in eight local governments while Atiku won in five local governments marking the first time the Peoples Democratic Party has lost Nasarawa state in a presidential election since then return to democracy in 1999.

The president got his highest number of votes in Lafia, the state capital, where he polled 55,254, while Atiku got his highest votes in Karu local government after polling 49,292.

He defeated senator Abdul Ahmad Ningi and Senator Ibrahim Adamu Gumba.

The serving senator of Bauchi central senatorial district, Senator ISAH HAMMA MISAU representing MISAU, DAMBAM, GANJUWA, DARAZAU, NINGI & WARJI L.G.A in Bauchi state held a grand rally in misau were he officially collected PDP membership card in his ward and formally decamped from the ruling APC to PDP.

Thirty seven members of the House of Representatives elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress have dumped the party.

The Representatives in a letter to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara officially announced their defection during plenary on Tuesday.

Of the 37 defectors, 33 went to the PDP while four others from Oyo state moved to ADC.

This is coming after 15 senators in the Senate dumped the APC for PDP.

The defection in the house of representatives threw the chamber into a rowdy session as the remaining members of the APC
in the House staged a walkout from plenary to address newsmen.

A senator representing Bauchi South, Ali Wakili, has died at the age 58.

A distraught family member told DAILY NIGERIAN that Mr Wakili slumped at his Gwarimpa residence, Abuja on Saturday morning, and was rushed to Viewpoint Hospital, where he was certified dead.

Mr Wakili, a vibrant lawmaker, was the Chairman Senate Committee on Poverty Alleviation.

The true fact can be unravelled after seeing the full list of appointments made by this administration.

But base on public perspection north has most of the juicy appointments just as the case was during jonathan administration.

They tend to make appointments based on people close to them that help in bringing the government to power.

But to my opinion the northern appointees most of whom are performing below average should have been better off relieved of their post.
