pirate1: LoL. If only you saw the irony in your statement.1. You came to the US as a refugee which amounts to homelessness, stop lieing 2. You are intimidated by other Africans aka Nigerians which is why you project your own fears in the statements you make about them YOU AINT FOOLING ME BRAH! |
pirate1: i dont know a single nigerian or other negroid ethnic group......what a sick obsession. That's cause you are an illiterate and need to go back to primary one and start afresh. Giving you US refugee status hasn't helped your sun dried brain, has it? |
Hey we can settle this matter. easily I just invented a new terminology that now "exists" since I just invented it. It has come into existence from the powerful words of my mouth and like the word "bling bling" which is also widely used, I will lobby for my new word to be added to webster's dictionary FROM NOW ON just call me "TROPICOID"!!"meaning someone with a body plan that hails from tropical west Africa" |
sweetcheecks: Look here I stand on my statement as long as there is not direct source to the businessday article. Your fellows who as per you " responded accordingly" by hailing insults like people with rabies, they do not phase me. I feel sotrry for their frustrations and if my speaking my mind it turns their insides out clearly they are more affected than I would ever be becouse of their insults. We have given you source. did you listen to the youtube attachments. That's your people talking not Nigerians. You just like to fight when you hear the word "South Africa" on NL. |
^^^ What the hell is a "negroid" for God's sake ? |
^^^^ your obsession with Nigerians is even more bizarre seeing that you are a mixed AA kid, you should be obsessed with Taino ancestry more than your "negroid" side. |
billante: Guy how old are you? If I have a cane and you are near me now I will flog d living day out of you! Stop being stupid and go and get sense! No vex with the guy, e be like say SA woman don show m pepe for that side. |
[quote author=PAGAN 9JA]^youve made your point Sir. THese MUMUS who spread lies should be lynched! (not you brother Cameroon. you are the victim. i was referring to the person who made the video) [/quote]Lynching is harsh in a civilized society. Shaming them with the truth is much better. |
favinvest: Can someone plz tell me d area of the economy that's seeing this economical growth? Cos I want to invest in that area. Is it the stock market; manufacturing etc... Can someone plz tell meYou wont have enough even if we told you. |
@ sweet cheeks here's our evidence. You are just stubborn. listen to the projections. They continue to point to a faster rate of GDP growth than South Africa. Listen to your finance minster's recent speech on issues with the SA economy [flash=200,200] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Upcz9vsveE[/flash] [flash=200,200] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FESL7ch-M7E[/flash] [flash=200,200] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oi8EqEkdcrI[/flash] |

|
HAHAAHAHA! One word DNA TEST!!! Them fools remind me of those Black hebrew israelites. |
Its not necessarily that nigeria is stable only that its GDp growth projection is anticipated to surpass that or South Africa that is maxing out on ingenuity and new markets to tap into. |
andrewza: So is it better to be in a famly where let's say the father is a drunk wife beater. Or just by one mother.Never implied that at all. Those are circumstances that are exceptions to the rule. These things happen in Nigeria as well and what society does is create an extended family unit to protect the child especiall. The communal nature of the African society does not allow the child to go without a father figure in extension of uncles, grand father, older cousins and the like. Western society puts much emphasis on the individual which is why women feel isolated in such instances and seek systems or structures that will protect them in such instances, i.e agencies for battered women and the likes and children are funneled through a child protection system. Again for everyting you give up in society, you get something else and vice versa. |
andrewza: The resoan I ask is because I was raised in a singel parent house hold by my mother. We all so grew up poor and my mother was a pregnant at 18.There is nothing wrong with being raised by a single parent, however it is evidently much better to be raised in a family that includes a mother and a father. Two heads always better than one in a nuclear family situation. Nigerian culture is trying its best not to condone or accept the likely hood of a child being raised by one parent (mother) and understand the implications of changing that culture for the so called "equality" gibberish western socieites have traded in for. You break the family unit you pay dearly as society will definitely suffer the consequences no matter how much you try to patc the system by creating new laws such as child support, welfare or increasing jobs and pay for women. You cannot fool nature. For everyting you give up in a society you get something else and vice versa, it just depends on what you are willing to give up. South Africa is heavily influenced by western cultures that condones single family parents, what's worse still is that most of the single mothers now pass on this responsibily to grand mothers while the young girls leave for the city, When they find city life hard, they are unable to send support back to the townships and in turn grandmothers are burden with raising children with inadequate support. Those children will likely grow up semi- educated with a sense of entitilement because society did them wrong right from the start, and when they see how tough it is out there, they become resentful and take out their frustrations on society itself i.e criminality, rape, theft, don' care attitude. |
Much respect to this literary genius who projected African culture in a beautiful manner. All honor to you and hoping the afterlife brings you bliss. To all those who speak ill of a dead man. You must judge a man by the entirety of his lifes work and not just pull an excerp out of his dealings to pass judgement upon him. Only an enlightened man can understand such a concept. R.I.P. old man you had a good one. |
CAMEROONPRIDE: You didn't answer my question, does Massob represent all Igbo? You answered your own question when you asked it. CAMEROONPRIDE: It might b not rosy, because of tribalism which is the cancer of Africa but not because of marginalization. Is 29 early 20's or late 20's. read my response again. |
CAMEROONPRIDE: don't you have Massob? Do they represent all Igbos? I guess no.1. The people that pointed out this fact to me were not old or senile, They were young people in their late 20's and early 30's much like the individuals in your "video". I didn't bring up the topic. They did. 2. Using Massob as a comparison is simply strengthening the point that a group of people in your country feel marginalized to the extent where they are advocting self determination. 3. Lets just admit that the false picture you are trying to paint of cameroons so called ethnic unity is not as rosy as you are trying to portray it. |
Please all you superstitious people. The man probably suffers from some sort of mental illness. |
Nayah: Exactly! these people are SAWA morpheus just check more about this people, I'm a SAWA lady too and Cameroonpride is right and that's what I tomd you they feel closer to Cameroon than Nigeria, by the way I don't really know why some of us talk about marginalization and separation while in Cameroon we're talking about Cameronian, go to Buea ( South East of Cameroon) or Bamenda they will tell you they're Cameroonians, maybe you're confused because of the fact many of them disagree on Paul Biya policy, but I can testify they feel Cameroonian not Nigerian at all.If they feel so cameroonian then why were there groups wanting to form an independent state there? Personally I have come across many strictly anglo speaking cameroonians who express issues of marginalization and wasn't even aware of the territorial issues and how they almost joined with the union of Nigeria until they brought it up. You wonder why they did? I am not buying that they were more simlar to Sawa. Hausa-Fulani of Northern Nigeria are very similar to many tribes in Niger, why didn't any pockets over there opt for an amalgamation with Niger. The borders are both french and english speaking like they are to the south east. |
CAMEROONPRIDE: You can twist that the way you want but appointing only your kins is tribalism, others are also valuable, if +3millions decide to leave that means there is a problem. You are making general statements. What appointments did groups in the south east reserve for Igbo's. The three regions in Nigeria were alreadey divided into provinces and the igbo were a larger number who had dominance politically NPP in the east, militarily in all regions and largely in the civil service of the remnant administrative system of the colonial era. |
CAMEROONPRIDE: probably.I also think Igbos's tribalism was the main cause.proof? I would lean more towards political dominance in the south east and not necessarily tribalism. If that was the major cause then why did't the efik, calabar and ibibio leave seeing as they were closer in proximty to the Igbo states. |
^^^^ Actually I think they got scared during the last soverign national conference in 1961. The heat was too much for them coming from the Nigerian side (particularly the dominant south east igbo group who domindated the politics and they knew they would be a minority if they joined Nigeria so they swapped for the more docile and French assimulated cameroon. |
OOh OooH I have a question. Why did Anlgo speaking cameroon decide to join the francophone speaking part of cameroon when they had less in common with them and do you consider these anglo speaking cameroonians as fake since they are always marginalized by their francophone counter parts? |
