daveP: Does the Super Eagles coaching crew have a set piece specialist and trainer?
Appointments should follow the modern game if we want to maximize all fronts to win that Afcon, else we can only wish. We need to make teams scared of our prowess with Corner kicks, short and long freekick and Throw ins. It's one big distraction from our main team play, especially if we aren't measuring up. They'll at least be so conscious and that is a mental advantage.
I don't want to review our setpiece conversion rate under Rohr and now JPes, but we really need to step up 4times over. It is a super integral part of the game jow. Only one that doesn't love this team would sideline such aspect. God bless you for this. Unfortunately, those at the Glass House are just there for the dough. A team boasting of Ndidi, Ajayi, Osimehn and Boniface should find corner kicks as big chances. |

Guys, has there been any changes in offside rule. That Martinelli's goal should have stood since the ball came off an Everton player and Nketiah pounced on it. That's more like a backpass naa. |

And Saka and Trossard should try and come inside, their R2s might be needed to go pass this stubborn Everton. |

lovewins: I will blame her and I explained why earlier.
We all know the Nigerian system is by default built on corruption and impunity. It's why the government is the way it is and the NFF the way it is. Sadly that has become our constant. The variables are we the people. We have to demand better of ourselves in light of this. We shouldn't be the one adding to the rot in the system.
Do you know how much pull players like Mikel had in the NFF, and if he still wanted to he'll still he playing today? He just was a better human being and knew when to stop when he was no longer 100%. At some point, Joseph yobo was useless to the team and kept getting invites just to add to his cap. He however knew when to stop and a testimonial game was done in his honour. Musa used same guise to stay z announced himself that the last AFCON was going to be his last, only to be preparing for yet another AFCON while playing less than 5 games cumulative minutes the whole of last season. It's just wicked.
Of course we won't stop calling out the NFF, but truth is we don't expect much of them cause of who they are and how they came into office. Players however will be held to the highest ideal. What onome is doing falls below all moral standards and she knows it. She was given the due respect by her being included in the world cup roster. Now she's just being wicked. Actually, it is the duty of the NFF to help her 'stop'. The fact that she is clubless is enough criteria to stop calling her up. By the time she misses like two or three consecutive callups, she should be able to decode what's going on. |

I won't really blame Onome that much, na NFF I go blame. Age aside, I believe if you want to be called up, you must be playing competitively. No be by doing attachee to one club like that. And about insulting the fans, she would lose the prestige she has built in all these years. |

On Ashleigh, the only thing I'm worried about is her competitiveness and improvement. She is a starter in our national team. Will she still be able to replicate her previous performance given the low level of competitiveness in Saudi? |
