Sisterly, I am just bringing out a point.

Sincerely, even among human beings, the best don't come out until we are criticized and you know what! It helps, it makes you work harder. If everyone keeps saying it is good then how do we know the best. If my former statement sounds like an attack, sorry dear, its just part of our expression especially when it is meaningful.

Keep pouring more dear, we are all learning from each other.

Someone said one very annoying thing is the fact that some ladies are not bold enough to contest but they are very good at criticizing the queens when they emerge. I think without CRITICISM, the winner can't even emerge.

Well, I think Guy Bruce and the rest of the organizers have to sit down and think of new ideas in organising THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN NIGERIA unless changed to BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN NIGERIA. No doubt, the most beautiful girls we have in the country might not come out due to their own personal reasons and other circumstances but for those who are proud enough to come out, real and natural beauty should be chosen among them. If the most beautiful girl was chosen due to IQ, what kind of questions was she asked which others could not have answered? were they asked the same questions abi? and apart from that, mere looking at the audience (from my point except those who attended can say No sha), there were not too much young at heart at that venue, they all look like old senators and big time oldies from what I saw on the TV.

Also, I think as a guide, it should be made known to the pageants that whosoever is picked as Miss Sera will not continue in the competition and most probably, I think this particular winner should be picked after the 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner up. To me, I think picking Miss Sera before the end of the competition could risk the contestant the opportunity of the most beautiful girl in Nigeria and at the same time if she was not chosen at the end of the day, it is God’s favour.

I think all these should be a matter of time.  A friend was with us few weeks back and i could remember that he said he had to pay N15,000 to the DJ to play his music for few times.  The DJ's reason was that when the music becomes popular and everyone start buying, the singer will not come back to settle them at least for putting the music on air.

it is just unfortunate that at least 75% of us cannot do without them no matter how we find it.

Please can anyone forward any up-coming secretarial training most likely coming up around Lagos to this forum. Also, from what have learnt from you all, the training has to do with ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY. Thanks.

my major problems with IBPlc is that they are very slow towards customers. I could remember that it took them over 7months to give me my ATM and for the past one year despite different mails and filled forms at their bank(especially my branch at FALOMO, Marble House) regarding INTERNET BANKING, there has been no response till now. You can imagine that I spend my money calling customer service every time to find out about my balance.

Really, N8,000 is very, very expensive but if you want stuffs like what "cream 2" mentioned below then think along paying some thousands per day and depending on location also.  No landlord will give out their house for 3months except agents who manage such apartments on behalf of them. That also does not mean that you won’t get………,


On a lighter note, by the time you get an apartment which is not yet furnished, you might be surprise to find out how much you will spend to make it comfortable except you are not going to leave there or would not care about how it looks like.  If you have followed Agents to look for houses, you will dread searching a times.  It could be stressful and some of them will even show you houses where ordinarily, a dog can stay.

oh sorry, i just realised you said 3 months apartment, the one I just spoke about is a short lease for about a month and not a 3month apartment sort of, I have gotten one before and it cost about N120 for a month and was even from a friend not through an agent, though sophisticated house with everything intact.

of cause Seun it is possible to get, i got one recently for my sister who came from abroad around Ogudu Estate. But it cost about 8,000 for a day but might not be that expensive if you want a lesser one, have been there and quite secured and nice.
