Empiree:Shaikh Empiree, a little bit more clarification on question one is needed, please. Do you mean where only Adam is mentioned or also the creation of man in general? Shukran. |
Empiree:Shukran and well understood now. Yes, I'm a first timer. ![]() |
Empiree:Shaikh Empiree, Please how should we submit our answers? Through an email or just paste on here? Thank you. |
Empiree:Hmm! Mysteries upon mysteries. Allahu Akbar! |
ikupakuti:From the bolded, the little I know is that these heavenly bodies DO have some form of control on mankind. Take for example the full moon. It is because of its effects on us that the Rasul (SAW) advised Muslims to fast the three white days of every month. Those are the days that the moon is at its full peak. It causes an increase in the overall body fluids and frequently results in things like mood swings, extreme anger, melancholy, sadness, impatience, etc. As a matter of fact, one should take it a step further by watching what they consume those three days. Do not fill up your belly with food; eat as little as possible. I mean food that is just sufficient to abate one's hunger and that should do it. Avoid as much as possible oil foods and stick with fruits and vegetables if possible. Someone was relaying to me how he always noticed that his colleagues at the rig site always got into heavy arguments whenever the moon was full as well as the amounts of rig accidents that occurred during such nights! As for women, this is their most vulnerable period where their emotions could get the better of them and hence they become the toys and portals of jinns. So, be more aware of yourself and don't let up on the protective duas. This is just a pinch of what a celestial body can do. Imagine the other bodies! |
Alhajiemeritus:Same on my mind. And also the case of recycled qareens...my question is, why recycle when it's very possible and doable to have a unique qareen for every individual? I am not doubting the experiences of people, I just want to really understand the whole concept of akudas as well as jasads. |
yasolan:Very good question! From the little I have experienced and spoken to sound religious people with very high Iman and Ihsan on, there are four stages of forgiveness between ourselves as humans and between us and Allah. It graduates from the lowest level to the highest level and each stage that we are in physically with ourselves is also a mirror reflection of the stage we are in the spiritual plane with Allah! Each graduating stage corresponds to a higher level of Iman and Ihsan. stage1 Ghaffar - this is the very first stage of forgiveness. Think about an act of sin someone has committed and due to human weakness, is often repeated. We call on Ya Ghaffar (istigfar) to forgive us of our human weakness every time the sin is committed but we feel deeply somewhere in our hearts that this may almost never happen?! this is a very low level of faith, as we are eaten up by so much fear and guilt and shame in this stage. Such is the case when we get offended by people in such a way that we habour the revenge, hurts and pain and bitterness within our hearts and soul, even after saying we forgive! stage 2 Ghaffur - this is the second stage of forgiveness. We feel in our hearts sometimes that Allah may forgive us or He may not! A 50-50 possibility. A step in faith above the first stage. People offend us and we feel that we have truly forgiven them, but an event might trigger the revenge, bitterness and unforgiveness to come back. There is an ebb and flow in this stage..back and forth motion. This stage can and usually happens simultaneously with stage1. stage3 Tawwab - this is the third stage of forgiveness. We turn confidently to face Allah because we now believe that He will truly forgive us of our sins but also we pledge to Him that we will never return to the sin again. The faith here is stronger than the first two stages. You tell someone who has offended you badly that you have truly forgiven them and you mean it so. No spirit of revenge! The echo of the hurt feelings may appear in your heart once in a blue moon, but you are able to reject it and keep it away. You may even form a stronger and better relationship or friendship with the one who offended you. stage4 Afuw - This is the fourth and highest stage of forgiveness. Here, we ask Allah to blot out, erase and cause to disappear all our sins as though they never existed. This has the highest state of Iman. We totally and completely forgive the one who has offended us such that there is never the occurrence of the hurt feelings, not even in a mild form!. We feel nothing bad towards the person and we accept the situation as the will of Allah with absolute faith. This stage is very hard to achieve, except with the divine help of Allah. So, if we are praying to Allah to pardon us of our sins and erase them completely, then we should remember that such level of pardon is a mirror image of the one we give to others here on earth. Let's always ask ourselves truthfully if we are giving to others what we are earnestly asking Allah to give to us? That is why when we make istigfar dua, we say: Astagfirullah Wa Atubu Illayhi - embody stage 1, 2 and 3. You will only get to stage 4 when you have perfected stage 3! |
Dreydoe:What a timely and beautiful reminder! Thank you. |
Ramadan Karim to everyone. May this be the best of all Ramadans yet, and may all our duas be accepted by Allah with the best acceptance, Amin. |
I have an interesting question regarding doubt and suspicion when it comes to answering duas or prayers. But before going into that, Q81:29 says that: "And you cannot will, unless it be that Allah wills, the Lord of the A'lamin". What I believe this means is that for you to make a dua, then Allah already willed it for you to make that request or dua because Allah won't let you make empty duas or requests to begin with. He is not a beign who plays jest! Allah forbid. According to a hadith qudsi in Sahih Al-Bukhari and Al-Muslim, Allay says: "I am upon the assumption of My servant. So, let him assume as he wills!" This means to me that if you believe with no doubt that your prayer will be accepted, then by Allah, it shall be so. Which brings me to my question which is: Which of these two do you feel or believe to be a better representation between answered duas, certainty(yaqeen), doubt and suspicion? There are no right or wrong answers. My hope for this is that we have something to draw attentions to our duas every time, so we are very mindful of our state of heart and mind and how we perceive Allah with respect to our Duas. A. Answered Dua = Certainty(yaqeen) - (doubt + suspicion) B. Answered Dua = Certainty(yaqeen) - (doubt x suspicion) where: certainty can be from 0 to any positive value on the number line. 10 in this case. doubt can be from 0 to any positive value on the number line. 3 in this case. suspicion can be from 0 to any positive value on the number line. 3 in this case. Please feel free to disagree on either or both A or B. Let's discuss! ![]() aadoiza, you have been mia. hope all is well? |
Razram:Subhanallah! My Uncles own now is the opposite! One of his neighbours is now giving him hell because he says terrible heat engulfs him and the whole compound when my Uncle engages in zikr, SubhanAllah. My Uncle does not do zikr in a loud voice or shout, but this man seems to know exactly when he is engaged in zikr! He is the only one in the compound who has this complaint as everyone said they don't feel any heat and they sleep very well. I asked my Uncle about the man's character and he described him as a shaitan in human form. Allahu Akbar! |
Razram:You have understood it very, very well! InshaAllah. |
Empiree:Gbam!!! |
Excel70:Allahu Akbar! You know children are still under the natural fitrah and not soiled with sins, so when they invoke, it must surely "catch". |
Empiree:Yes, I remember you narrated the experience some time back. Wallahi, I believe if the element of fear can be reduced to the very minimum, one would experience so many wonderful things. One gets afraid because those experiences are not what we are used to, more like "strange things" are happening. They will eventually become normal with patience and constant practice. |
Empiree:Na'am |
@ Razram: EDIT: I forgot to mention the other thing my Uncle said which was: The zikrs you were engaged in were basically Jalali in nature, meaning they are "hot" and show Allah's tremendousity. - Ya Allah - Ya zhal Jalal wal Ikram He said you will need to temper them down with Jamali zikrs, meaning "cool" and show Alla's beauty or soft nature, such as - Ya Ghaffar - Ya Ghaffur - Astagfirullah - Salawat Rasul (Allahumma Sali) He said you can just choose astagfirullah and salawat Rasul and do them in abundace to cool off the effect of Ya Allah and Ya zhal jalal wal ikram. |
Razram Salam Alaikum, I decided to have my Uncle read your post to see his view on your matter and he laughed and said why now? Why did you stop?! He said Allah already promised in surah Inshirah that verily, with every hardship comes ease. He repeated this twice in Q94:5-6. According to him, he said Allah truly blessed you and that there is no blessing that is not surrounded by hardship and that those things which you see that make you scared are very, very normal. He said in the world of Barzakh, one would even see more of such things never thought about and that your's is just a tip. He said your tahajjud is your armor and the zikrs you were doing were your strength. He said you need to continue your tahajjud and zikr and begin by stating your intention for Allah to give you strength not to be scared of anything you may encounter or see, to fortify your heart to be able to look past those things because according to him, there are like curtains, mere distractions from the main things awaiting you. He said you should also constantly give sadaka no matter how small and give with your intention for fortification and strength from Allah not to be scared. He said you should fast as often as you can as that gives spiritual strength too. He said within a short while, you won't see such things as a big deal anymore and that when they occur, you would not lose your heart in fear or lose concentration in your zikrs. He said you should incorporate Ya Mureed for heart strengthening/ will-power to undergo anything and not be scared, in addition to the ones I already started some days ago to overcome fear. He said anyone who is undergoing unveiling would surely encounter such, so no need to worry yourself. In a nutshell, resume your tahajjud and zikrs asap and always start with intention to be guided and protected by Allah on anything you see or encounter. 'I hope these would calm your heart and give you the strenght to resume InshaAllah. |
Razram:A kind of unveiling. |
Razram:Subhanallah! I pray that those in the house who are gifted to view this in 360 degrees/more holistic view; would come in to explain things better, Inshallah. My humble two cents will only be regards fear. Fear has a crippling effect in any area of our lives and as such, we, especially as Muslims do not give into it. You could recite any of these constantly to ease and clear your state of fear as well as strengthen your heart, Inshaallah: a. Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum Birahmatika Astagyth - Oh Living, Oh Everlasting, In your mercy I seek Relief. I believe this was mentioned by Empiree. b. Q13:28 - Allah says our hearts will find rest in his remembrance. c. Q26:62 - Musa (AS) said: Verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me. d. Hasbunallah Wanimal Wakil, Nimal Mawla Wa Niman Nasir - Sufficient for us is Allah and He is the best Guardian, What an excellent Protector and excellent Helper. Allah speaks highly of tahajjud here in Q17:79. So please continue with it. May Allah be with you and us all, Amin. |
Alhajiemeritus:La Hawla Wala Quwawata Illah Billahi-l-Aliyin Athim! Collaboration? So wentin come remain again? Honestly, these times are so scary enh, it's not even funny anymore. All I can say to myself and everyone is to hold on tightly to the rope of Allah and always be vigilant. |
Razram:Wa Alaikum Salam, Razram. I believe Allah will lead those who can assist you here to successfully answer your questions, Inshaallah. But in order to do so, you may need to be a bit clearer in your descriptions for the sake of 2 parties: a. The one/ones to InshaAllah assist you with advice, etc. b. We (I believe everyone) who would like to InshaAllah learn something new through your experiences. So having that in mind, would you go a little deeper into: 1. What was your spiritual state/ situation before the dreams started? 2. What sort of duas/zikrs were you practicing as well as frequency before the dreams? 3. What Ism i Azams were you reciting in the dream? 4. Are the dreams of you in a gathering the same as the ones with the Shukuhs? 5. Did you see or know these Shuyukhs before the dream(s)? 6. Could you give example(s) of some things you say that would come to pass? 7. What strange things did you begin to see in real life? 8. Did you stop your adhkar due to fear? 9. How long ago did you stop your adhkar? 10. Example(s) of what particular gifts did you lose? Thank you and we hope to learn and benefit from your experiences, InshaAllah. |
Alhajiemeritus:Wa Alaikum Salam. 1. Please refer to page 25 of this thread and see the question asked by Raintaker regarding dua for job seeking and answer given by Emeka Raj. 2. Please refer to page 81 of this thread and see the Nakali of 4 Rakaat and to 2 salamas by Empiree for all your needs. 3. Please refer to page 96 of this thread and see the Yasin recitation for your needs by Empiree. 4. Recite Surah Yasin and when you get to verse 58, repeat it 70x and then continue surah till the end and ask for what you want. This can be used for any of the six listed above. Also for job, rizk, wealth, recite Ya Wahab, Ya Razzak abundantly. 5. Looking for a spouse: Surah Waqiah verses 22, 35-37. Recite an odd number of times as much as you can. Recite Ya Wadud in abundance too. 6. To ask Allah to put Barakah in one's studies, knowledge, frequently recite (rabbi zidni ilma Q20:114;Q4:113 - towards the ending of the verse startingwith Wa Anzala Allahu 'alaika al kitaba...till the end of the verse. 7.To continue on the path of Islam, frequently recite surah Ikhlas, Ya muqallib al qulub thabbit qalbi 'alaa deenik(oh the one who turns the hearts, turn my heart to stay upon your deen). I hope these help out and don't forget to recite istigfar before dua. Allahumma salli also before dua and after dua. |
emekaRaj:Yes, large amounts are usually distributed amongst others so everything could be completed at a specified time. Alhamdulillah that you were made to see the release of your relation in a dream. |
emekaRaj:Okay, understood now. Thank you for explaining. |
Empiree:Hahaha! pretend ke! Sheikh Empiree, you have been a tremendous teacher, you just don't know! Learning from you is a huge blessing, wallah. Na you dey shine light for road give us oh! I am just your humble student, that's all. |
YUNGCONCEPT11:You are most welcome ![]() |
YUNGCONCEPT11:You see the place where it says AFTER reciting the prayer, then close off by reciting 3x Suratul Inshirah (Q 94), 3x salutations upon Nabi Muhammad (SAW), after these two, you can now put your request. So, there is: 1. Before 2. The main prayer 3. After 4. Then your request/wish/dua/niyyah/etc EDIT: I would encourage you to incorporate at least 100X Istigfar with the Before. |
YUNGCONCEPT11:YUNGCONCEPT11, nice one! You can recite it at any of these times: During Tahajjud Immediately after salat Fajr Between salat Asr and Salat Maghrib It's very nice if you can incorporate it into your daily wird. But if you can't do it daily for now, then once every week (preferably on Frida) should suffice. Please as you read it, do study the wordings to really understand this beautiful dua and feel its impact as you recite. |
Bakar1:Wow! Your sensation during zikr and salat is interesting. And yes, very true that we all can't get the same feelings. I believe it's an opportunity to learn from others because if we were all the same, there would be nothing new to gain or learn. May Allah continue to be with you and everyone, Amin. |
Empiree:One came by recently and saw Hizb Al-Wiqayah by Ibn Arabi on my table. Come and see face like they just sprinkled atarodo all over! ![]() Fear did not let the person say a word because they know I don't put up with silly arguments. |
