I just stumbled on this on going interview. I wish someone can get the transcript of this interview & posting it here. It is quite educative. This man is informed, really that's what I love about him. Someone who is hard to fault when heard out on his decisions.

I had wondered why the old man owner will not be "reasonable" with the price tag on this plot, but I realised he doesn't care if a buyer takes it @ his price now or not: He's watched land appreciate rapidly around him in the last couple of years & knows it's going to get "better" with time. So a later buyer will pay higher.

*How much of the 40M has been recovered?
*How come a gang so sophisticated in their operation are naive as not to envisage such simplistic trap?
