Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Mpeace(m): 5:23pm On Jul 23, 2016 |
kentoto: Guy,
FBNH result : impairment is about N50b, PBT about N32B.
I don't know if that a good result, it depends and relative on what UBA and Zenith will do
IMO.
K Impairment for the year or just Q2? If its for the year, then thats manageable but if its for just q2 then CBNs intervention might just be inevitable. |

kentoto: Take time to read the rich content the forum has to offer, it will see give you insights on the way the market works, cos i too have benefited from it. .
OANDO is sentimental stock, they rarely flow the norms. Trading is based of your view of the market and your conviction.
why do you think they say " There are many routes to enter the market" and don't waste your time trying to know why a teenager is in love with a Guy, . they just fall in love.
and by the way whose is MPEACE I so much doubt that you have benefited from reading through the rich content of this forum if not you would have known the character of the sentimental oando and how people have made predictions of excellent result, N100 share price, 2% shareholding etc only to either change their monika or disappear from the forum entirely at the end of the day. The forces that move oanda are not of the market, they bring you in, and just when you think you're profiting, they dump on you. For your info, Mpeace is only one of those whose believe is that the essence of this forum is not to lure innocent newbies into monkey hunters and other regrettable traps. |

locodemy: you will regret this soon..........dont remain perpectually poor bro.......na true talk be this oooo I wish you the same. Perpertual poverty is when you see a sinking ship and still choose to board with all you have. A company with liability of more than N400billion to be paid within 5 years, record yearly and impairment loses. Or do you think Buhari will still be in power or in good terms with the tinubus when creditors come for their money at the end of the day? |

Biakwa: Good one,at least banks should give guys nothing less than 11% for 364days.I believe this is as a result of the fact that the economy is experiencing crises. This is the time to invest,i foresee a higher yield next auction too. why should you be interested in 364 days at the present rate, when it is clear that the rates could get to 14 % in a matter of months. Latter you go come dey ask how u go sell am. |

kaboninc: I share in your sentiments too.
But to me, the best among the three (GTBank, Zenith and FBN) is GTBank. They have been consistent with impressive returns to their shareholders. For my liking, I think First Bank is a very very large bank. Really large bank - largest by assets. I also think they have the largest customer deposits and if true, that tells you a lot about its reach.
Going forward, I think they will rebound and for those who want to look up to that future, now is a good time to invest.
Cheers.... When I look at the bank's NPLoans, I think the bank is already dead, its only the burial that is left. from 83billion in Q1 2015 to 410 billion in Q1 2016. Hate him or like him, I must admit that Mr Peterichy or what ever his name, must be taken seriously by any one investing his had earned money in NSE. |

The gap is widening. FBNH done retire some of their board since na. This result happens to be the first from the new board. |

myjoy085: I will suggest you think less of impact of the impending third world War on materialism vis-a-vis world oil prices and stock market. The most important thing forthwith is your soul. Seek the face of God because the impending war will bring collateral damage to mankind. Pray fervently for God intervention to forestall that prophecy from manifestation.
It is well So in short, all you are saying is that if true it wouldnt be good for the economy. But y u com dey shine teeth for me na. |

So, as I surfed through the net, i stumbled on a certain set of prophecies purportedly release by a certain Apostle S. of OFM. Amongst other things, the said Apostle was quoted to have prophesied a third word war(or something of that sort) between the US and Russia, to occur this year 2016. Not that I agreed or disagreed with his said prophecy. However, as an investor in Stocks, I cannot help but ask: Should this prophecy come to pass, what would be its effect on the price of oil in the global market and the NSE in particular. NB (Disclaimer) This is just a poser, and thus not a direct or indirect expression of my personal opinion. You are therefore advised not to refer to the poster as a prophet or describe him using any adjective in that nature. |
