Tech JobsRe: Excellent Programmer Needed Asap For A Very Lucrative Opportunity by mpowa(m): 9:25am On Jan 26, 2016
bababode825:
My brother, I am not forcing anyone to accept the offer. The problem we have in this part of the world is that we do not like to share. Everyone wants to be an Island and in the end get nothing. Please do not discourage other as some need opportunities such as this. Read my message very well. I am not disturbing him/her from doing other things. If you ain't capable, move on and establish your own website.
Thanks
The problem is not Collaboration here but what you as a partner are bringing to the Table, what's your offering, JUST IDEA? Idea is worth nothing, Implementation is everything. You don't expect a programmer to sweat day and night on your idea, just to get a paltry 30%.

You have one of two options, Go get the skills or go get the money to pay a developer.

laying claim to a hit is not new, have you forgotten the pakurumo saga too? an unknown female artist claimed wizkid stole the song from her after she performed it in a show, but because she was unknown some fanboy was saying she was seeking for fame.
i don't know how his songs are been stolen or kept but the fact that he is openly accusing them says a lot. let me ask you this question. If you were blackface how would you feel when someone steal what you toll day and night to write? you think it's easy to write a song abi? and as for ojuelegba? is the song also not part of the "Hard knock Life" too?
It is simple, he sang 'African Queen', he also sang 'Ojuelegba', beautiful, that means he's got it in him, he's talented, let him sing another one then, because all these ones he's doing will not affect anything, he doesn't have any prove, it just for attention, God won't allow him to keep failing if it's his sweat, he should sing another and make sure he save guard it that another person won't steal it - but truth be told I don't believe him and I don't have any reason to, the songs he's claiming are beyond him, he should make another hit and prove doubters wrong.

let be realistic around here, not Bcus black face is not too farmouse u guys should come here n judge him. why will 2baba stell his song in d first place#101#
How many years ago was that? let him sing another one, abi song don finish for this world? let him pray for inspiration and stop looking for pity, people will give it to him but it doesn't change his life.

hmm. i don't support theft, because he is not relevant in the industry doesn't make stealing his property the right thing. he may sing it and not blow but leave him with his song don't take, because i am not using my 1million naira doesn't mean you should come and steal it.
How did they steal his song? where did he keep it? why is it that it is a song that becomes very successful he always claim they steal? all the 'hard life' wey he they sing up and down no reach anywhere, the ones people sing and become successful with he's always claiming, he's never sang any song close to the ones he claim they stole, how can we believe him - Is it that when he sees that the song will be very successful, he now put it at the reach of the thief? so many questions to ask, he should get a life.

Even if Tuface steal him song I go happy cos I can't imagine this guy being the one that sing African queen, it won't have garnered any momentum - If you want to be popular now, just claim a very successful artist stole your songs you go see sympathizers.

I won't waste too much time on Achebe's book. Professional and non-Nigerian critics with no vested interests on the issue have already done enough justice on the book with the inherent bias. No fault of Achebe's, since he lived through the bitter times. He only knows his pains so I won't dwell on it any longer.

You on the other hand have been opportuned to chart your own course based on daily interactions with Nigerians. It's time we demonstrate that, us, Nigerians, have a responsibility to elevate the black race. Of what use is our intellect when all we do can't be differentiated from what the folks in Rwanda did.
I wish this can happen, I wonder why youths can be so engrossed in this evil past, must we relive the evil days? when you see young people make comments you will just lose hope, how can we drive to the future when we never stop looking at the rare mirror.

No matter what anybody say, every tribe was wrong, no tribe was justified, they all played their parts in whatever evil happened, live your own life, move on. But will this ever happen? the problem is indoctrination, generations passing evil information about the other tribes to their lineage as if it is a precious inheritance - The best decision I can make is for myself, I won't allow anybody's hatred to change me to an hateful person and i won't pass down worthless hates to the next generation, life's too short to live that way.

You're yet to understand the reason why an average yoruba man would like to marry 4rm igbo?

But from what i see here, it's not these people that hate you, you're the ones who hate them so badly that even a beautiful thread like this turns into tribal war, check out Nairaland and see who always start most of it, WHY CAN'T YOU JUST CONGRATULATE THE COUPLE, some will go and bring a case of 1970s, is it that we don't want to move forward. You said it's Yoruba men pursuing Igbo, women, now let's assume that you're right, I have two questions 1.) As terrible as you people said Yoruba is, these your 'Angels' still agreed to leave all your wonderful 'Princes' and marry them 2.) Did the Yoruba guys jars them into it or did they put gun in their head as they walk down the aisle?

Let's stop bigotry.

in a sane country.buhari l offer himself for investigation on the simple fact he got 2 jeeps from the nsa office and adesina will resign on the simple fact that he got money from the nsa and cbn governor will also resign on the account of his involvement, releasing moneys that were not properly appropriated and he and okonjo iwealla will offer themselves up for investigation.
Buhari collected what is rightfully his as a past head of state, how will he know that the CLUELESS Govt. gave money from Arms purchase?, did they right Arms purchase on the money? the same applied to Adesina - but can the CBN or the Financial minister Okonjo Iweala claim that they're unaware of the source of the money? they're in charge of the management of Nation's Finances.

All these corruption issues is getting boring. Any of you who believes that buhari will not loot Nigeria has lost touch with realiTy. He's corrupt, he can't fight corruption. PTF funds comes to mind
So what should we do? we should probably sweep it under the carpet to avoid the boredom, i guess.

If Buhari too embezzled, the opposition should strive to wrestle power from them and expose his government, if that's the way we can fight corruption for now, it's better than nothing.

It is a known fact that Awolowo was prepared to work with Zik, in fact he had asked Zik if they could form a Government together, but Zik prefered Ahmadu Bello. Why do you think people then referred to Zik as the beautiful bride. Awolowo and Ahmadu Bello were sworn enemies hence Awo was jailed in the 60s. But both could work with Zik. If the Igbos have a problem today, they should trace it back to Zik.

And when Igbos call Hausa the slave masters of the Yoruba, I can only laugh. It is on record that the Hausa and Yoruba have never voted in similar fashion except in 2015. Just check history.

Zik accepted to serve under Balewa in 1960 and 1964. Ekweme accepted to serve under Shagari in 1979. Both Hausa and Igbo voted Shagari/Ekweme. In 1999, the Hausa and Igbo voted Obasanjo remember. So who really are the slaves here?

The summary of the police calculations in Nigeria was shown in 2011. The South united and voted in Jonathan. It means if the South unites, they will always defeat the North. The North always seems to be in charge because the South is hardly ever united.
Thanks for the great History there, hope some people will learn from it and will not keep Hating till their grave.

you say insurgency will go to zero - Insurgency is going down already

Yea, I later saw I misyarned, you're right, didn't read the post u responded to, but now with your new statement, I insist if he faced Ali the greatest, he can't survive 1st round, he go chop at least one heavy blow and that's it - Ali was an heavy weight but moves as fast as a light weight boxer.

If APC fails to the extend that we can't vote for them anymore, we'll adopt the lower parties like KOWA. APGA etc. PDP is a Party of Thieves, For the theives and for the Corrupt - They have the department of Thieves which is separate from the Corrupt dept since STEALING is not CORRUPTION, they're Goats who love to eat all the yams of the country and that of the generations to come - MAY WE NEVER HAVE A MISFORTUNE CALLED PDP AGAIN.

PoliticsObama Appoints 34-yr-old Nigerian, As Deputy NSA by mpowa(op):
U S President Barack Obama has appointed a Nigerian, Adewale ‘Wally’ Adeyemo who served in top roles at the Treasury Department to succeed Caroline Atkinson as his deputy national security adviser for international economic affairs.

wallyAdeyemo, 34, has served in Obama’s administration since 2009. He joined the White House’s National Economic Council as deputy director. He was the Treasury’s lead negotiator on the currency agreement that was part of the Pacific trade deal.

A statement by Obama reads “For the past four years, I have relied on Caroline Atkinson, most recently as my Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economics, as we’ve navigated pressing challenges to the global economy.

“As my representative at the G-7 and G-20, she played a key role in coordinating our response to international financial crises, worked with our allies to devise and implement targeted economic sanctions to advance our national security goals, played a vital role in our economic engagements with China, and helped to achieve breakthrough agreements on climate that will strengthen our economy and our security.

“I’ve relied on, and benefited from, Caroline’s knowledge and judgment and, as she concludes her tenure on my national security team, I am deeply appreciative of her service.

“I am grateful that Caroline’s work will be carried on by Adewale “Wally” Adeyemo, who has served in my administration since 2009. At the Treasury Department, he was part of the team that helped coordinate our response to the global recession, laying the foundation for renewed growth at home and abroad.

“He helped establish the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and he’s been our point person on a range of international economic issues, including negotiations on strong currency agreements around the Trans Pacific Partnership. I will be calling on Wally’s intellect, judgment and dedication as we sustain America’s global economic leadership, which reinforces our national security, and as we work with allies and partners around the world to create jobs and opportunity for all our people.”

Adeyemo holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and another degree from Yale Law School.
Spirit of Naija, God bless our hustle.

It was right for Buhari to collect his entitlement by the law, I think what was wrong was collect it from the arms deal which was meant for fight against the insurgence, but it's not Buhari's fault, it was the fault of the GEJ government who don't follow due process and decided to settle him from the arms deal, they probably planned to do that for a time like this when they'll be able to say he's part of it.

People can shout as loud as they want

The man has spoken his mind and he has reiterated that he has no regrets for his comments

The most annoying part is the condemnation from outside America. He wants to be the President of the USA and not Europe, Arab countries etc

His message is for Americans, some of who support him 100%. I dont agree with his statements but he has a right to express them.

The level of political correctness in the world is becoming nauseating. Anytime anyone expresses anti-Islam or anti-homosexual sentiments, the left brigade use the social media to hound them.

Funny enough, his popularity ratings among republican voters has increased since his speech. Maybe it will be short-lived but it shows that a lot of people actually agree with him.
If his statement is for America, why are you discussing it in Nigeria? everybody can analyse anybody's statement, it's a global village - The world might not vote, but the opinion of the world can affect how Americans vote.

You don't just come and slander people's image because MTN dashed you 10mb.
They don't need a special social media bills to stop people from slander, there are already laws in place against slander, it covers every media, they should implement that, Social media is the last hope of the Nigerian youth, they can't steal all our money and steal our freedom of speech at thesame time, if the kitchen is getting too hot, they should get out. They want to pay themselves exorbitant salaries without questions, embezzlement without questions, it won't work. The bill they should pass is that the senate should be scrapped they're burden to this nation, they do nothing tangible, only embezzling money house of rep is enough.
