Advice needed:
My car is quite low and I use it for Uber., I have lost one fog light, broken bumper and my exhaust pulled. Is it advisable to raise a corolla sport a little bit? I love the balance of this car when I'm driving 120km/h. I hope it won't affect the balance if raised a bit? |

Hi, even those who were born in Lagos don't know all the routes in Lagos. I advice you use Google maps, and always ask riders to help out. You will also encounter riders taken you dead areas especially on the mainland. Goodluck LordVarys1: Good morning guys, I have being a silent reader here.
I recently lost my job and things are relatively tough for me right now, I really want to go into Uber/Bolt business, I have a corrola and I really would love to deploy it. I will be relocating to lagos soon. The only problem is that I do not know much about lagos roads. I am good with driving direction apps though.
I want to ask, is driving app enough for me to do this business in a location I am new to?
Your candid advise please. |

Felicity0001: Its a fare price. Enjoy it bro.
Thought its good you update trip destination for security reasons.
Most importantly let the rider update from his end... Bolt can act funny some times... Rider can report trip and your account can be blocked permanently.
Got it. Thanks for this. I am grateful |

davit: End the first trip there. Ask rider to request you again. Or they go offline with you. Allowing them to change destination is a way of making them cheat you. Peace. Ok. Thanks |

Actually, I didn't end the first trip, Since it was on surge, I just changed the Location to Lekki. Trip ended 6,400 for 1h.30mins. Hope it's a fair price or should be higher? Felicity0001: From experience, don't allow rider change destination especially if they didn't add the stop from the request just continue like that till the very end. But if the first request was without a surge and without a added stop and you suspect there could be surge in your present location then explain to the rider you are chasing bonus so you want the numbers to add up so he should make another request by making sure his location and location of requestion is ok so he can get you. In the case where he didn't agree tell him you cant wait besides you don't want to go to lekki now due to the water. |

Thank you. Day 4 as a driver. Hopefully, with time, i'll get used it. Pearl1910: If u are using the old version let them change destination, if u have updated App to d latest version, end trip, let them request again. |

Guys, how far with riders changing destination Oooo? I was on a trip within Surulere, next thing when we got to destination, rider said, we're heading to Lekki. What's the best thing to do? Sshould I change direction to Lekki; will Bolt calculate the first trip within Surulere, and then from Surulere to Lekki? Or should the driver allow Bolt app to calculate fees for the entire trip? Felicity0001: Don't joke with any recommendation I give out here... My moniker is a brand and can't afford to dent it. Check my records its straight with lots of integrity.
If the guy Bleep up call me.

The rider has no right to slap the driver. It's wrong. If you were in his shoes, I'm sure, you'd have hit her back. ndubuisi2021: You should be more concerned with getting paid and forget about how riders feel so long as they are not bordering you with it. You are not there to save the world or make anyone happy, that's not your job. You are to pick up and drop off. Learn how to mind your business.

My VL will be out in 2wks. Can I use the first owner's Vehicle License, go for inspection, training, onboard and later upload mine? deedee44: Proof of ownership has nothing to do with inspection, and yes try and remove the tint if you don't want to be paying tithes to the men in black blue |

Also planning to remove the tinted, since I don't have a permit! Pearl1910: If u mean Gross Earnings, then the answer is an emphatic YES. That's just 20k daily.
