From the second image, there's is an evidence of weathered basement so you might not need to go for a full casing except if discovered during drilling procedure that the weathered basement is loosed in this case you will require a cased down, also casing is charged based on quantity and not length, except in a situation where you are giving out the drill as a contract.

For this your report, your estimated cost should be around dept X charges per meter drill(5,500-8,000) for air compressed drill rig

While casing is sold around 16,000 to 21,000 per piece(each piece is 2.9m in length.)

But if going for rotary drill(small machine it's based on negotiation it goes between 10,000 to 15,000 per meter

Binding wires 1roll = 11,000

Joy Soap 2rolls = 2,500

Total cost of material= N213,600

Labour N1,000 sq meter = 54,540


Total = N268,140

You could, but you'd probably spend more on labour.

But remember you have to run the cables before POP. Cabling and POP can be done same time. It will be difficult to run the cable after closing up the ceiling ..
