Good morning house,
Please I need your advise,
Is it safe to use this "water proof seal cement in plastering?"
I was told it helps protect wall from rising water and all but I have never heard of it until recently.
Thanks

I specifically asked if heater n ac would not be too much for 2.5mm and he said it will be fine but I am not comfortable topsy23: 1.5mm should be Red 3 black 3. Let him start with that
Also, the technician is using 2.5mm for AC and water heater based on the cables listed above |

The house I presently live in has this, unfortunately with every wind that blows, it literally scatters the ceiling. The owner used it both inside and outside and as I type now the veranda is open. How can this be rectified, is there a glue/adhesive that can be used to hold it? n3xt: Type: T-Grid Type
I’ve really not explored its usage in residential buildings but I don’t think it’ll be a bad idea is if creatively infused into your design
I’ll avoid using it in wet zone and other areas where you need adequate security.
Here are videos of over 800sqm t-grid suspended ceiling installation done by NextHome:

If you want to explore creative ceiling ideas and alternatives, I’d suggest you visit Great Omegason in Mushin. You’ll see several alternatives to POP in their shop. Luxury range and affordable ones.

Thank you, Finally finished the roofing today. Kudos to everyone building, e no easy. Roof person grossly underquoted most of the materials, but In all thank God. micgray100: Such advice is not correct.... You are free to cover any wooden rafter after installation.... it has no meaning.... the best time to drive a nail into a wood is when it is fresh so that the grip to the nail forms a kind of grip when it drioes...
Makee sure the woods are well treated with wooden chemicals preservatives in a right ratio.. ( Solidgum, anti termite, engine oil and the rest)... |

MrDraey: Good afternoon senior men,
I have a question, is it true that after roof woodwork one needs to wait some days before placing zincs?
I am being advise to wait days because when the woods start drying with zinc on them, it tends to affect the zinc |

Good evening experts in the house,
I'd like to seek your advices, I am at the roofing stage of my building, I have bought most of the materials except woods and workmanship.
I decided to get quotations for burglary, front and back door as well as windows. (Mhen prices were kinda high especially the windows)
Now my question is, would it be advisable to divert the little fund I have now into the burglary and windows because I learnt the prices of these materials keeps going up almost on daily basis, or should I just roof the house.
Thank you.
NB: na Kobo Kobo project, save and use, save and use. |
