I agree with this 100%. Not only Lagos, but Oyo as well. Look at the Cocoa skyscraper that was built in 1968. Yet Oyo is still struggling to build more sky scrapers nearly 60 years later. Lagos should be like Singapore and Tokyo if not for Nigeria and the scores of Nigerian immigrants flooding the city. Just look at how spacious everything was, smh, so much better.
