See how Igbos and Fulanis will be jubilating in this thread.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I implore ALL Yorubas to come to the solution they ALL foreigners in Yorubaland are your ENEMIES. We first need to establish Oodua Nation and then expel them ALL. Otherwise your unborn children will suffer the consequences.

And for the One Nigeria Yorubas damning the future generations to hell on earth, may God give you the justice you deserve.

Igbos will be focusing on lagos instead of asking why their region is so low that it reaches the depths of the gutter. Second to last, and.if not for boko haram the SE would be the WORST region in all of Nigeria. Yet they are the loudest noise makers. I just laugh. Absolutely pathetic.

Rosskiiku:
What truth?

You people calling for break up of the country because of 'Fulani' are not thinking straight.

Since when did Fulani become so all-powerful that Nigeria must break because of them?

All it takes is for Buhari tro be voted out at the next elections, replaced by a southerner, possibly an Igbo man, and the so-called almighty power of the Fulani is HISTORY.

So what is all this nonsense?

When PDP were in power, what did Fulanis do? Nothing. The power was all over the country.

Meanwhile, the Buhari experience will only make Nigerians more reluctant to vote in a Fulani president in future, so the democratic process will intervene. By the time another Fulani is elected president, say in 12 years time, the country would have been significantly restructured and arranged in a way that no president can alter it, whatever ethnicity he belongs to.
What truth? The unadulterated truth. The north west and north east make the least of the IGR. Yet take the most. It's simple mathematics.

First nuclear power are you okay at all? You think nuclear power plant is like a soldier based?
You must be mad. The southwest is clearly already focusing on military technologies. Nuclear power is a natural evolution of this. There are so many brilliant Yoruba pHDs in Chemistry and Nuclear Chemistry around the world. You may have limitations on your people, but there's nothing that Yorubas can't do. It is inevitable.
PoliticsRe: Do You Think The Nigerian Government Takes The Yorubas Serious by MrMaestro: 4:08pm On Apr 22, 2021
Nigeria won't engage in war with the Southwest. It will never happen, it is the heart of the nation. If that happens the country is finished. Also, the southwest produces our own Bulletproof vests, armoured vehicles, air vehicles and, naval vehicles. Nigeria understands this. They'll probably try to push for restructuring instead. That should be what we should be wary of. Not war. Restructuring will only be a stop gap to go back to centralized control in a decade or 2 like before. Don't fall for the trick. It's disintegration or nothing.

You seem to miss the fact that the Fulani do not really take Yoruba seriously in terms of impact. Let me show you. They do not believe that Yoruba has what it takes to resist Fulani conquest. Let's assume that this is based on antecedence. They know that if they could make inroad in one part of Yorubaland such as Ilorin, they could replicate that all over Yorubaland,
Secondly, the Fulani controlled government are aware that you guys are not the obstacles to their domination, but Igbo. That, combined with your docility is the reason they never send in troops.
Three reason:
1) In the South, they need allies to hold the country on stranglehold. That ally is Yoruba as seen in 2015.
2) They are aware that you guys are not warriors but can easily bow to domination. That is why what the military can accomplish in the East, herdsmen can in Yorubaland. Didn't you notice that the few time that Yoruba villagers resisted the herdsmen and the need arose to send in soldiers to escort the herder, all the soldiers needed was were whips and koboko to cause the people to fall in line? No soldier would dare that in Igboland. The dominated Igbo is the dead one.
3) Cross-check, which ethnic group is actively resisting or has actively resisted Fulani conquest? Apart from the Biroms and Jukun, which as smaller ethnic groups, Only the Igbo through ESN has done that successfully. Considering that Yoruba is a large ethnic group, everyone expected that you's have response since you already lost territory to them, in fact, the only southern tribe that has lost territory to Fulani is still the most unresponsive. That's why it's easy to sense your fear. You only are covering up with the pretension that you're a part of the government. Even though you guys know fully well that you have no say in this government, In fact, you're outsiders.
I'm still waiting on the resistance seen in the SE to the government and the herdsmen? Can you explain? More of your people have died from the government/ herdsmen, whether you count IPOB deaths or deaths from war. You can try to explain it all you want, and use round about thinking to prove to you why that means you're resisting anything, but let's be honest, you're not. You're being dominated en masse. There's no place on earth where that math adds up.

Now you're trying to equate Fulanis herdsmen to military domination, as if it's even comparable. I really do weep for your ancestors for making the comparison. It's unfortunate that many Yorubas were displaced, but millions of Igbos died from the war. There's no comparison to that type of domination. You're deluded to think otherwise.

Ilorin wasn't a loss to a war, it was an invitation by a yoruba traitor that was already warring within Yorubaland, and Yorubaland at the time refused to help him for the traitor he was. You seem to lack a basic understanding of Yoruba history, so it's best to not bring up something you clearly don't understand fully. Outside of that, which area have they been able murder yorubas en masse like they did Igbos? Millions of Igbos died in the war, Yorubas were no where near that number. Over 150 IPOB members were killed by the military, whereas zero Oduduwa agitators were killed. These numbers are hard quantifiable facts, that can't be explained away. There's no part of Yorubaland that is owned by Fulani. The only thing they have now is control to positions through Nigeria. It's nothing of their own volition, in that case you could say Yorubas had control over Nigeria through federal power in Obasanjos reign with his appointments.

Stop the nonsense and deal with reality. Oduduwa agitators are doing exactly what IPOB is doing, and the govt won't dare send an army. Amotekun arrested and auctioned off 250 cows (can ESN even claim to that), and the military won't dare be called in. They call in the military because the east is weak and lacks leadership.

More Igbos died in a war against the Fulanis.
The Fulanis have killed more IPOB people than Oduduwa agitators for doing the exact same thing.
Yet Fulanis are not dominating Igbos more than Yorubas? Funny joke.

It's time to wake up from your fantasy and start dealing with the bitter truth.

I laugh when I see all these Yoruba liberals speak big grammar, the angry common man on the street no hear big grammar.
If they can win-over the common man, Yoruba liberals go speak grammar tire they won't be able to stop Yoruba nation from being actualized.
And that is why it's inevitable. They see they're losing and outnumbered, and it's good. Because many Yoruba intellectuals have lost that Yoruba patriotic spirit unfortunately. Ask them why Nigeria is better for us than Oduduwa, and they can't seem to come up with an answer. They'll be telling you that being in a country where most of the National Assembly is comprised of the north, will lead to a greater prosperity for Yorubas. They want to leave our fate to a people who believe in cattle rearing across lands in THE 21ST CENTURY. As if modern farming methods haven't been discovered CENTURIES AGO. These are the people they want to leave the fate of the Yoruba race to. Don't let me start, these yoruba intellectuals are some of the dumbest I swear.

TrueNigerian300:
I don't know what you are talking about up there I have not seen them intimidating or forcing anybody to accept yoruba nation. If they are doing it by force they won't be creating awareness so where you see the use of force is what I am struggling with. Either we like to accept it or not yoruba people are tired of this useless country - well I don't know about your family but my circle of friends majority are in support. There is already a silence consensus of leaving Nigeria by many yoruba sons and daughters even if they are not speaking out. Just as an example for you how many yoruba condemned him for what he did in Iganganhuh Majority back his action even if they have some reservation for how he did it even Wole that is known not to be tribalistic supported him with his utterances and fear that yoruba people might become slave on their own territory.

He knows there is no space of leadership for him or whatsoever because of his education and he has made that known that he is never interested in becoming a leader - he only wants to see a progressive yoruba nation.
They know once majority of yoruba are in support then it is a done deal and it is the reason why they are creating awareness here and there but the only thing you could see in all their effort is intimidation and force. How many of them have come to front of your house and say you must accept yoruba nation by force. If they do not want to carry people along they won't do campaign.

Oga stop spreading rumors that they are intimidating or forcing people.
He knows that no one is actually forcing anyone to support Yorubaland. He's just angry that Igboho's method is awakening the youth and he's proving to be successful in his endeavors. He's a one Nigerianist, so doesn't want him to be. It's a straw man argument.

The people that matter most in this movement are the average common man in Yorubaland.

The movement is gaining ground in the grassroots, let me tell you a secrets if they suceeds in gaining ground in all south west state, Yoruba liberals(intellectuals) opinion won't matter anymore because they won't be able to effect anything.
And that's my point as well. The Yoruba intellectuals never did anything. Never made a change for the better in this country. Yet they can act as if they're the sole arbiters of the direction of Yorubaland. More often than not they are the ones who refuse to speak on the killing of Yoruba farmers because it'll be "politically inconvenient", or it "may come off as xenophobic". Left to the yoruba intellectual, the Yoruba empire would not exist. They use "discussion" as an excuse to sit on their ass and not do anything. Let's be clear, warriors create empires. Not intellectuals. Warriors can be intellectuals. But not all intellectuals are warriors. And in Yorubaland, most intellectuals are not.

You're mistaken if you think British policy has changed because they announced asylum for IPOB. It hasn't. As far as they're concerned. Nigeria should be one country under Fulani. If you're thinking that the Fulani are giving up on your land, thats a second error. Take it from me that you guys are the only Southerners that don't know how much trouble you're in. That's why you're still playing politics.
1. Fulani are hindered by Igbo resistance, that's why you guys haven't all gone over to Benin
2. When the next Fulani takes over in 2023, that's when your eyes will start opening to the realities.
3. In fact, unless your Oduduwa happens before 2023, I see most of you relocate to IDPs. This is what I'm sure of since you guys lack the ability to defend yourselves due to cowardice.
4. The bad news is that Fulani knows you're a tribe of cowards.
5. The good news is that your diaspora understand the urgency of your exit.
6. Another good news is that you have no oil and nothing the British want.

So if you guys are smart, you should work with your diasporic, since they seem to not be distracted by your long throat for free oil money.
We agree that the British would still want access to the oil. But that's no longer our portion anymore. Regardless, they realize they can't support the Fulanis anymore, as the Yorubas have shifted the balance of power, so they're shifting their plans. The writing is on the wall, Oduduwa is almost upon us. Everyone from the female Yoruba diaspora in Brazil and other south american countries (who came to the oonis palace), to ex- US military Yorubas meeting in US, there are Yoruba groups around the world working on this. When you hear the Ooni of Ife and Iba Gani Adams talking Oduduwa, it is a done deal. Because it is coming from the leaders of the culture. And culture rules EVERYTHING when it comes to the Yorubas. Some political people will still have problems, but they will be overtaken and will have no choice.

We should be grateful for igbo because Fulani are hindered by Igbo resistance? how exactly? The same thing happening in the west is happening in the east, only difference is there have been more IPOB killed by the military than Oduduwa supporters. In terms of results, theres no quantifiable difference. Accept the ones you might have imagined and created in your mind or with IPOB propaganda.

The Fulanis knows we're a group of cowards? Yet kill you all with zero remorse? Are you ok? Do you realize why they never brought the military over to the SW against Igboho and others? Yorubas will finish Fulanis with such speed and ferocity that Nigeria will literally end overnight. Thats why they must be cautious with the west, pose as friends, and hope people don't notice their true ambitions for control. Whereas with the east, they bring in the military to stomp you out because there's no consequence for doing so.

Please understand that there's a difference between how Fulanis approach Igbos and Yorubas. And there's a reason for that.
