stephens2012:Those agents are mostly useless, I think most of what they do there is guess work. If you argued too much, they would end the call on you |
stephens2012:I have heard a lot of people complain about airtel, I never cared till it hit me. I have called NCC and I hope the thing stops. As for the combined lawsuit, it can't be such a bad idea if we'd all keep valid evidence against them. Imagine getting #20 from 1 million Nigerians, that's 20 million daily. |
madridguy:Thanks bro |
madridguy:please shed more light on this |
It started about a month ago, I noticed that #20 is being deducted daily from my line. Actually, it might have started earlier, but that was when I noticed. So I called airtel customer care, and I was told that I was suscribed to one service that my phone did the automatic subscription while browsing on the net (apparently, my phone can just redirect to a site and subscribe itself to a service without my notice). Well, not to argue with them I did what they told me to, in order to unsubscribe. After I noticed that the deduction continued and and I called again, I was given other procedures which I followed. mind you in all this deductions I never received a direct message, I just received message from airtel saying "thank you for subscribing to airtel data". To cut the long story short, I have sent stop to 8841 for like a million times, sent to 902 and a bunch of other useless numbers I can't quite recall. But they keep deducting me. I have recorded 2 calls with the customer care agents, and am quite sure I can record more because am certain, I would be deducted still. What do you think I should do? |
dochenaj:Thanks It was oral contact. what do you mean PEP is not a piece of cake? |
what do you do when you get in contact with breast milk of a suspected sex worker? When do you go for tests? Should you go for antibiotics and PEP? who can explain PrEP to me, and how to go about it in Nigerian hospitals? What percentage of protection does condoms provide against STDs ? |
igbodefender:More 4 yrs of hardship, joblessness, killings, all for what? A shot at Nigerian presidency. Anyi achoro your stupid presidency. God would not forgive anyone that votes again for buhari, and those that have refused to get their pvc's to vote out this dullard, they are equally wicked |
Which one is Catholic Religion again? |
Enugu state have always been blessed with good leaders back to back. Although Gburugburu isn't keeping up with the standards set by previous leaders, but for him to do this much under buhari, he is a good governor |
Serves you right. You helped install this government, enjoy the fruits of your labour |
I still wonder how that a**hole ended up as an Igbo woman |
I noticed recently that when ever I recharged, I get deducted. The most annoying is that I just bought #2k airtime to subscribe, and #34 was deducted from it. I got fed up and called MTN, and the customer care representative told me that #2 is deducted from my account each time I dial a code for mobile banking. The issue is that since today I have been trying to recharge directly from my bank account, and each time I got this error message "connection problem or invalid MMI code" (note : this error message is due to MTN network, and if you dialed the code on another SIM, it will go) . I tried recharging from my fidelity account, no way,I switched to my UBA account still the same error message. I eventually had to go out and buy the recharge card and MTN saw it fit to deduct my airtime for something that didn't even work, saying that I dialed the mobile banking code 17 times, and that it is one of MTN's hidden charges. This makes me think that MTN intensionally give the error message, so you will have to retry and then they will deduct from you each time. Please have anyone else noticed this or is it just my sim?, also for those using other Networks, are you deducted anytime you dial *904# or another banking code? Also please if you know have any info on how I can switch my mobile banking to my airtel line tell me, because it's telling me that my account have already been registered in another SIM. |
Natu19:I used phone It did not open, then I used a laptop it showed an error message 'to set my time', I did then it opened. That was on sunday around 11 am. Just use a laptop or desktop or better still save the required files on your phone, go to a cyber cafe, buy time and do the registration And the browser I used is UC web |
Holargyde:Thanks for the insight bro |
