I show no sympathy nor do I need to share any form of condolence to one of the people whom have been in the positions to make this country better, but have continuously placed the country in a detoriatory state for selfish gains.
A lot of people have been in one way or the other adversely affected by decisions, some might have died but they didn't get any condolence from them either.
We would all die one day, I inclusive, but in death I want to leave a legacy, not of climbing to the highest political post, but of really helping the lives of those I could touch.

Once I withdraw more than 4 times from another ATM in a month, from the fifth withdrawal, I get charged

Faulty ATM transactions is not a new thing. It has always been happening to me, but I noticed something this morning.

I went to withdraw, and I was debited without receiving value, I was also charged the normal #65 ATM transaction fee.

My money was credited back to my account within few mins of the faulty transaction, however the #65 wasn't credited.

I withdrew again, this time, it went well, but I was charged another #65.

Does it mean that I get charged even for faulty transactions?
Or, is this a bank thing? I used a UBA card on an ecobank ATM

Who else have noticed this?
