Jackal.:

@ Pataki,

Of course, we can do worse than this but United fans don't brag over normal achievements!!!!
Should we win the league in May, it's title NUMBER 10 out of 16 seasons. . . . .Its our BIRTHRIGHT!!!!!
We try to do everything with HUMILITY.

Look at yesterday's game for example. . . . . We beat our main rival and we just hobbled off the pitch. It's business as usual for United.
In the corresponding fixture at the Emirates, i saw Gallas forming a circle and dancing like a buncha ZULUS with a 2-2 result. grin grin
The difference between Man Utd and Arsenal is CLASS . . . . and we let it speak for itself.

Is your hand not paining you? shockedgrin Can't you just for once stop punishing those keypads of yours? tongue If you expect all this your tomfoolery to silence we Gunners, you are making a mistake! cool

As you said Arsenal is CLASS. So go bite the dust. grin

Take time out to google for the information you need from credible UK visa websites, or else you would be swindled off by Visa agents here.

Politics / Re: Next Yoruba President - How Long Will It Take ? by MrPataki1: 6:39pm On Apr 14, 2008
The last Yoruba president, we are still trying to get out from the horror he gave to us.

Tribalism is killing us in that country. It is a great shame.
Politics / Re: Government's Estimate On Energy Need, Very Faulty by MrPataki1: 6:35pm On Apr 14, 2008
@ Tayo-D
Once again, you have displayed excellent knowledge on this subject matter. Far better than what I can say on this topic.

@ Afam,
What exactly do you mean by Energy Policy of replacing a 60W bulb with 5W? Agreed that you will want to imply energy savings in respect to energy consumption, however Policies goes beyond what you are proposing here. Who effectively monitors this set of policy that you want to bring into place?

There are better means of bringing the issue of Energy Policy into place without making mention of a 60W to 5W statement, which I clearly remember was also part of your bone of contention in the first topic you made in respect to Energy production and consumption in Nigeria.

Is the Nigerian Government going to place a policy on every product that consumes electricity, by stating that there must be reduction on the amount of energy each product consumes? Would that not be a silly task for the government to undertake? Until there is a societal behavioral change towards power usage and consumption, Energy Policies are just another means to waste millions of naira.
Romance / Re: Beauty Or Character, Which One Would You Go For? by MrPataki1: 6:19pm On Apr 14, 2008
A very tricky question for me here.

On one hand, I want a lady who has an intelligent character, and very peace loving and not like a rambunctious fellow that I am. grin

On the other hand, I want a lady who I can always look into her eyes every time and never stop telling her She is Beautiful. . . . . James Blunt. (lol)

Very hard to find such a woman in a single status. grin

@ Topic,
I would go for both. wink

@ Mr. Pataki

thank for answering my query, but i just wanted to know what if BHC doesnt send bundle, and appeal is decided in their absence then r there more chances of getting approved appeal or chances remain same in both cases,
Chances remain both same again. Although often the appeal gets to be allowed, there are also cases of it being refused.

All the best.

OMG, what happened? Dang, I missed the film-show.

After discovering that - according to the American Journal of Psychiatry, internet addiction (more than 20 hours a week online) should be regarded as a compulsive mental disorder, and also finding out that experts in China and South Korea run state-funded internet addiction boot camps complete with electric shock therapy - I managed two whole days without visiting Nairaland in order to combat my addiction before I started displaying "withdrawal symptoms" like Mr Patrick grin (Sureng's moniker for Mr Pataki), who's always posting "last post" in order to be able to go off to complete his thesis, and just realised that I missed some "action".

It's not fair oh cry
Are you ok? Hope those law books have not been battering you beyond recognition. tonguegrin

Thank God you missed the show. It is something that would never be replayed again! cheesy

See how sureng has turned my nairaland name into something else. I would sure keep onto the Moniker given to me by him just incase I need it another life of my nairaland sojourn. grin

No way!!!

I most definately will @ every given opportunity!!!

So long as my ass is covered!!

What is wrong withg these guys & all this gentlemanliness!!!!! undecided

You are only making her to be double secured about what she does behind your back if you continue to peep into her phone. Would you feel secured if she does the same to you?

Everyone wants privacy no matter how and in whatever form it comes. Learn to respect that in a woman and give her space even if she is your wife.

@fellow gunners
Dont even take it personal they have every right to gloat i mean lets place ourselves in their shoes
I would have done far worse than this. This is their time to shine. I do not blame them them. I am even disappointed that this is all what they can come with though.

It goes to show the composition of dull ideas resident in the camp of the scummies. They can actually do better than this, but lack of ideas is killing them. grin
Romance / Re: Would You Read Thru A Phone Left In your Care? by MrPataki1: 5:13pm On Apr 14, 2008
@ Topic,

Yes I have once gone through the phone of my girlfriend. It was through that I was able to know she was dating someone else in University. When I saw the text she sent to the guy, I confronted her with it, she denied it and left my house in annoyance.

Only for her to send her brother to me, begging me for playing and dating someone else. It sure did remove the trust I had in her though henceforth

However, I have learnt to respect the privacy of others with time. And so, I will not look into her phone anyother time again except she so wishes I do.

erhmmmmmmmmmmmm. See how these men are making excuses, yet they will chastise a woman who is not a virgin, Such a travesty of justice,
Oh my dayssssssss

Was it not on this same nairaland, a guy opened a thread saying he was 24 years old and a virgin. His worst critics on that thread were WOMEN. Chastising him for being a virgin at that age. grin

What can we do to satisfy you women? tongue

jennykadry:

guess you're begining to reason wt your brains now and not your third-leg

END OF ARGUMENT
Am sure this is how you go out insulting your man as well? No wonder you can come here and label men as prostitutes. grin

If you care to know, PROSTITUTES are used based on offering sex in exchange for money from two or more different parties. Get your thought process in order before you spit your rubbish next time.

This should be a lesson for you to learn tonight.

END OF ARGUMENT!

jennykadry:

pataki its very obvious u have never been in matrimony, hence don't know d value of married women, not to talk of giving them respect,so i have nothing to say to u

NEXT PLEASE
Was that meant to be a swipe at me? Please try again. What has my not being in a matrimony got to do with the statement of not knowing the value of a married woman? Did I state I am chasing married women or I solicit married women for sex based on money for you to label ALL MALES AS PROSTITUTES.

A married woman is only valued in the eyes of her husband and it is only HIM she must shower her love on, and same goes for the man.

If you had said males can flirt or are good flirts, I would have kindly flinched my eye away from that statement and move on, but your general statement is very gross and wrong.

Enough said.

jennykadry:

men will always be men,so all a woman has to do is take herself has d best, and not let things about men and their ways affect her, inorder to avoid hypertension

men are prostitutes no doubt, because even with the fact that you're a married woman, they still chase after u,,what do u call that
Tell me as a woman, do you not wish to be admired or given a second look or approached? You must be a dead stinking dog if you do not expect men to give you a second look.

That they chase you, have you agreed to their moves? Prostitutes only come into play when it is done for pecuniary reasons. And in as much as you never gave them the right to sleep with you for financial reasons, then MEN ARE NOT PROSTITUTES.

Or does your husband sleep with women for reasons based on money? undecided
