I'm totally open to being with a guy who has dreads. I was with one before and his hair was beautiful. It was curly and was light golden brown. I believe I mentioned it before on a thread once. I used to love playing around with his hair, especially when he'd get then re-twisted.
i Inkie!!!!! How far na? |

tpia1: If a woman likes a dominant man, nothing wrong with that.True. |
Yield: I like men who're confident, but not to the point of arrogance nor dominance.Moderation is the key. |
dont8: You're lucky I'm not Mr. Chima, I would have meted out Rihanna's treatment on you ![]() Keep fucking with me or I go stab you! ![]() |
my ystikc77: I experience the same thing with my Igbo man, we dated for a year and with time the relationship fell apart due to his lack of communication, when I told him we need to spend time together, his response was..I working or watching the game. I started to feel like the last thing on his list. Needless to say....I walked and now looking for a mature man to have a relationship with. Enough with the child's play dates. You have some that are traditionally raised that way and you have some that learned that the highway doesn't stop with them. It is about the person and what they feel is important. You have to make a decision which you will tolerate and which you will not tolerate. Stick with it and do not deter from it. |
Fulaman ole |
'Dominant' reminds me of Lions n wolves. Don't mind having a man take the lead, but if he thinks he's gonna dominate then he's got something else coming.
That's overbearing type men. Doing too much to prove nothing. |
carefreewannabe: Mrs Chima, what about you? Do you like dominant man?I like dudes that know their roles and don't front just to look good for their "boys". In my opinion...dominant would be demanding and overbearing. |
dont8: Are we in this journey again?you don't have to reply to every thread you see. ![]() |
well i am all about 50/50 so as far as being the "shot caller" no, i dont want that BUT i like guys who stand up for themselves and are the no nonsense type. I definitely dont want sensitive guys...i despise them. You know the self absorbed attention seekers who want things to go their way....i like mello "im chill and easy going but dont play me for a push over because im no joke" kind of guys.
I can dig that. ![]() |

odumchi: Then it's time for them to wake up and realize themselves. The blacks across the Atlantic are undeniably rooted in Africa, whether or not the connection is felt. What's important is that Mother Africa's children on both sides of the world learn to cooperate and push for mutual goals and objectives because if they don't, then the "black race" has only itself to blame for its woes. You are more than entitled to your opinion about the "root" thingie. There is no such thing as black race however the societal classification base on ethnicity is necessary to distinguish for identification purposes. Back in ancient times...there was a nation that was governed by a powerful black king and queen. They managed to grouped a few individuals with similar mindsets until "judas spawns" contributed to their untimingly demise. Before the coming of transatlantic slavery..."blacks" were divided by clans and tribes and fought each other for land and power. Women and children were kidnapped during the invasion and held as prisoners/slaves. Some women were raped and produced babies of other tribes/clans. It also explains the variety of "looks" within Africans in certain regions. Now transatlantic slavery begun and "blacks" are divided again and this time the POW's and innocents were given/sold in exchange for some flip flops and mirrors. The "merchandises" were from various tribes/clans which explains exotic looks of those aboard. The point of all this to say disconnection began in Mother Africa and extended all over the world. It is too late for millions to wake up...the damages has exceeded beyond repairs. The best thing people can do is start at home fixing their personal issues and hope for positive change. You are right..."blacks" are responsible for their own woes. |
Mrs. Chima, there's nothing entirely different when he can be refered to as a Nigerian. Our deliberation was duly centralized and i won't allow your sequestered resolve on the Nigerian-American and "Nigerian-Nigerian" by using the word "entirely". On that thread, I ascribed "better" to the Nigerian man in rebut to the derogratory contents. I'm sure you'd a choice of marrying a "white-man" but you picked from "home", that same reason is why Nigerian men are better. Haven said that, permit me to refrain from discussing Nigerian girls marrying "white men" as these reasons are somewhat glaring.
Just because YOU don't think there isn't any differences between Nigerians that were raised in America and Nigerians that were raised in Nigeria won't change the fact. You have every right to indulge in denial...it is a safe zone for those who aren't able to accept reality for what it is. Let me repeat my question again......what make Nigerian men better? (getting ready to hear more dumb answers) |
bigfizh: They say boyfrends wil come & go & a frend is 4life but wen frends move on wit dia lives & leave u behind, where wil dat leave u?That's true. |
odumchi: Sometimes it seems as if the "black man" is constrained not only by the physical and psychological chains fastened upon his ankle by his traditional adversaries but also by the hate of his fellow peers which continues to checkmate his attempts at progression.by Not everyone from Mother Africa by birth or descendent feels any connection with Mother Africa. |
She could be bisexual and never cheated on you. ![]() |
An article came out with a quote from Rhianna, the singer that stated she like a dominant man. She inserted that she likes to feel like a lady and want her man to take lead. Source: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2232023/Rihanna-strips-naked-GQ-cover-reveals-likes-dominant-men.html Your thoughts? |
Ladies..when you see a fool slap him. ![]() |
D-Explorer I couldn't respond to you on the thread that is locked but to answer your comment. I married a Nigerian American which is entirely different. I have asked you what make Nigerian men better and your response was "you married one". ![]() Hundreds of Nigerian girls marry White men...does that make White men better because Nigerian girls married them? No...it doesn' There are millions that won't marry Nigerian men but does that make them terrible? No...it doesn't. |
In what ways are nigerian men better? |
Smh. |
If all the harsh things she said stems from heartbreak....then what that say about the men that said the same things about women ![]() |
