5) after looking at your pic, i would say that you aint ugly, BUT there is nothing special there. you have to stand out IF you want to compete out there. work on yourself!

6) your post clearly shows that you want a man for all the wrong reasons. i thought you would have said you are longing for LOVE, AFFECTION or COMPANIONSHIP  but all we hear is that you simply want to BRAG like your friends. . . . . . .and maybe thats the reason why you dismiss guys, because you are so focused on this "competition mindset" that you cant really see men that approach you for what they truly are. surround yourself with friendly men (rather than dismissing them like the plague) and you will have more chances of attracting OTHER friendlier men.

I see your points, however she need to focus on her inner beauty and allow that to shine.  One thing I have learned from my days with men that men like women with good personality.  I have seen men with ugly arse women, but they had a rock solid personality.  I am not saying OP is ugly, but as you said she doesn't stand out. 

It is like a group of doctors with the same experience and dress attire, no competition.  Men like to hunt and search for treasures.  Men are visual so appearance is important if you want to attract a decent man because men judge women base on their appearance FIRST then search for other areas to sustain their appearance hence men with ugly girlfriends. 

I asked my husband, if my appearance and body wasn't right would you have approached me?  He said no.  I believe each women have something on their body that calls men to them whether it is the smile, legs, booty, chest, or hands. I know my booty called my husband and he's trying to say it was the smile.  Whatever. But you get my point about men being visual.


Straight men also want women that are feminine looking so wearing jeans could be a turn off to some men, however dressing up the jeans with a cute dressy shirt matching earrings, bangles, and short heels can make a man lose his mind.  She would still Be Intimate appeal but she will not display her goodies entirely. 

It is proven that men will seek a hoish woman even if she looks hoish but will not take her serious because of the mind set of most men.  I am not saying her appearance is discouraging but it is part of the problem. 

Working on a decent appearance and shining inner beauty will definitely bring decent guys her way.
