kokoye:Men with little condos isn't typical masculinity. ![]() |
kokoye:It has nothing to do with being a "typical female". It has a lot to do with my PREFERENCE. ![]() |
What are some of the stereotypes that are prevalent in relationships? Do you think stereotypes are a blessing or hinderance to your relationship? Here are some stereotypes that are common in dating, marriage, and friendship relationships. A man must ask a woman out and pay for the date. If a woman have sex with a man on the first date, she is damaged goods. A woman that is expressive about her sexuality is a lesbian or "easy". If a man move into a woman's home, he is not a man. If you are without child after 35 years old, you are barren/impotent. All successful relationships are with someone of the same culture, ethnicity, and religion. Do you think stereotypes are necessary? Your thoughts? |

kokoye:Why would I befriend a LovePeddler? I don't run in those circles. |
No. |
kokoye:Thank God, I don't have to worry about IVF. However, there are women and men who must confer to IVF to have children especially if they are not into adoption. IVF is very costly and I have a few clients who have tried IVF five times!!! |

Chima and I were into PDA before we were engaged and married. It is not a big deal to me. It is how you do it and how much respect you have for yourself. Some people do take it far though. |
LesbianBoy:That's some gay shet! ![]() |
If you are talking about double date as in having multiple partners, I don't do that. Not my style. However, if you are talking about going out with other couples. We have done it several times and usually my husband and I play hooky alone. Chima doesn't like other people in his business nor stealing his personal time. |
kokoye:SMH. I can't stand old men sometimes. Spits. |
kokoye:It is funny you said IVF cos I asked Chima what if we had to use IVF? He said he doesn't want clone babies. ![]() I am like baby, they will be using your sperm and my egg. ![]() Help your brother! |
kokoye:I got the hunch praise. ![]() |
REALITY101:Most Igbo men do especially boy children. I have about 200 boys I need to pop out in the next five years. ![]() Some women have that pressure to refrain from pregnancy because of their husband/man. |
kokoye:You need to read my post again and this time with bifocals. I said MOST MEN will argue that a man is the head of the household. I didn't say anything about KOYOKE will argue that a man is the head of household. Secondly, I don't make anything into a battle of sexes. It is what it is. |
Why wouldn't you be excited about YOUR OWN child? ![]() |
Some men who are not ready for children will frown even kill themselves. |
Lawd I am in the religion section! Koyoke boo boo I hear what you are saying although I am not religious (religions were set up by man), but I do believe the spiritual word. I do think that humans often time like to use part of the bible when it fits them and not when it is commanded to. I understand most men will shout out that men are the head of household and women should just sit back and listen. I often time argue with religious leaders when I asked them those very same questions, if a man leaves his parents and CLEAVED INTO HIS WIFE how can he be a head over her? It is like you are being in charge of yourself with an extra body in my opinion. Some people actually take that verse out of context not realizing that in the beginning of the bible, it was established that man and woman cleaved together upon marriage. We also have to take in consideration that the original Word wasn't written in English and it has been translated REPETITIVELY. You have King James version, New King James version, New International Version, Amplied Message version, and so on. So when people throw in the Word to validate their opinions the debate becomes a moot point because it is like interjecting vinegar in jollef rice. I believe that if the CHURCH is going to stick to the WORD then they need to partake everything according to the WORD with a spiritual guidance. We shouldn't try to read the WORD with our own understanding or otherwise it would be like reading a picture book without pictures. |
kokoye:What if the condo was so goood that you can't just stop loving it? |
I want to confess something. I went to Idris Elba's facebook page and sent a request to be his wife. |
