Fact is, I dont want to turn into Arsenal or Liverpool where their legends overstay their time to the detriment of the club. If SAF isnt up to the task anymore he should bow out gracefully.

Another awful performance against the worst team in the league and we were at home. The squad make up is poor despite the amount spent and the weaknesses in the side have not been addressed.

Some positives, Fletcher was excellent. Anderson changed the game AGAIN. We got 3 points. that is it.

Another deserved defeat being served up. I think we need a few more before Baba's eyes open to the limitations of the squad or he admits he needs to step down.

Decent performance despite the defeat. Was always going to be tough. But I thought the performance was mostly ok considering the lineup. Good to see jones back. Hopefully the injury situation improve.

Fergie and Jose on their best man management day couldn't save that kid. Not all can be saved/tamed no matter how talented. Kid was on the path to destruction and he found it.

Good game. Not too disappointed we lost. Those youngsters will learn more from the defeat. Played well enough that Chelsea had to bring out their big guns to save them and if I had to pick a match to win I'd prefer the league match we won on Sunday. More concerned about arsenal on Saturday.

On another note, it seems we'll be thinking of Pogba as the one we let go as he scored again lastnight this time a last minute winner. He's going to be a beast and we let him go for free. Too bad.

Its either we conceed goals early b4 we wake up or play a good first half only to start strolling in the 2nd half. The inconsistency is annoying, how we manage to stay with the top teams is amazing.

Nope it's not the one we've known but it's the one we've currently got!would still be shocked if we win the league or got past the last 16 in Europe because we still have the worst midfield of all the top teams. We have to suck it up till we sort out the midfield.

I thought the first 30mins we were almost perfect. Played the right counterattack style stopped Chelsea and were just clinical. After that though, they dominated,mainly because we couldn't get to grips with their midfield movement. I thought Cleverley was pretty poor overall. He covers ground but did very little with the ball. The ref was also pretty poor.obviously the first sending off was correct but the Torres one I thought was harsh. Also David luiz should have conceeded a penalty for handball but he ignored it and the linesman missed Hernandez' offside. So overall it's good to get some decisions at the bridge as we're been robbed there a few times.

Atleast we were the only british team to win a match in the round a games in the CL.
