The point of argument it seems to me now is that the Government should not have the right to prevent people from doing evil. i.e people have the right to choose their actions and the Government ought to respect that including when these actions (or inactions) lead to the death of other people.

Ok. You've got two things to do now:

1. Show what obvious lie I told or obviously erroneous argument I made in that example

2. Show how my position changed.

I've asked you (2) before but, as expected, you ignored the questions. As expected, you guys are only good for making wild claims that you can hardly ever defend and which more often than not are altogether false.

You ihedinobi asked me to prove it. I showed you an excerp from a thread where you said some quite insensitive things to deepsight. Everybody else saw it for what it was but you still clung on, twisting, turning and claiming you were misunderstood. What did you then do again?

That command was to the Corinthian church which was a very canal church and Paul said it to bring calm and order in church and was not a general command bt specific to d church and@ Corinth that's why you can find in other Paul's writings and he said clearly in Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

interesting! When a clear verse comes up you hear them saying context, history, translations etc.
Maybe the galatians you quoted was specifically for the church in galatia and had nothing to do with everybody.
How about we all acknowledge that in fact all the letters were written to specific churches and they had nothing to do with 21st century people?

You simply failed to understand what you were witnessing or participating in. And the evidence is in the very example you offered to prove your point.

Tell me how I changed my position in that matter. Did I renege on my stand that Deep Sight was culpable in his own misfortune? Where exactly did I do an about-face there? Can you show it?

I was not exactly blaming Deep Sight for anything except for not accounting correctly for Nigeria's realities.

I'm sorry for what happened to him and to your family. But, I hold that his experience was avoidable. I don't think that anyone can do anything to prevent danger coming to his doorstep if the danger is determined to get to him. But, in Nigeria, driving past midnight is a danger in and of itself. As much as possible, one should avoid it, not say that it shouldn't be a danger because it isn't in the US or Europe.

Referencing an xtian apologist site, not even an atheist one. That pic may not be the most accurate around but there's some truth there.
