@OP, is there a part of your body called Mouth? Is it your teeth, tongue or lips?

If you lose all your teeth, have you lost your Mouth?

Does your mouth become incomplete when you lose your tongue? Yes.

Does your Mouth become incomplete when you lose your tongue?

I contend that we have a Mouth that actually contains those other organs. It is only the willfully deluded and spiritually blind that will deny this super-glaring fact.

THERE IS A MOUTH THAT CONTAINS THE TEETH, TONGUE AND LIPS cool

Reyginus: I don't understand. Is this the same thing as Euthanasia. As in, what role does it play in this argument?
Lol, do you not see? The anaesthetic patient is akin to a dead man. Feeling neither pain nor pleasure. Surely it is better than feeling pain while undergoing surgery, no?

I think I understand now when you speak of dignity. But there is still a problem. The problem is, murdering him will not restore his dignity.
bros, it will spare him and his intimate family the indignity of such state. It is called relief, not restoration. How can you be this dubious rey? There is no restoration possible in cases like that. The humane thing will be relief from such a pathetic state. This is what we have been shouting here since. Sheesh!

Btw, it is not murder. See the extract I posted. You have not made a coherent rebuttal of it, just needless rigmarole.

Frankly, I don't even know where Folykaze is basing his arguments on. It seems he has this idea that if some racist scientist makes a spurious conjecture from the theory of evolution therefore the theory is false and every NL atheist that accepts the theory is a white man slave and follow follow. It only goes to show his willful ignorance and his desperate bid to appear as a black supremacist.

Edit: PS:

By the way: since you still don't get it I have highlighted the words in yours above for your attention. Your disgusting logical gaffe is repeated in it: you set about explaining causes of death. Lol. That was never the question, nor was that raised. I am really shocked that that could be your come-back. Really trying to explain causes of death? You are a true and well bred clown.

Really, I thought only Logicboy was capable of this kind of thing.

The very hands with which you type this, will rest in a grave one day. And rot.

You are not your body. Reflect on that.
can you point to any part of your body and say it is your mouth? Where exactly is your mouth? Is your lip your mouth? Your teeth? Your tongue? But togther they constitute your mouth, or is there a mouth that contains your teeth, tongue and lips?. Think on that.

I don't have the energy this morning for a sermon on the obvious.

Oh, and talking about st.upidity, please read your post again, and ask yourself if the processes that lead to death, have any bearing on the question as to whether a non-material being survives the body or not. I have highlighted the luckless logical gaffe in yours above. Good grief.

Honestly, good grief. Elementary thought processes are beyond you, and still, wide open, you allow your mouth to hang, the ill-formed thoughts therefrom to blast, repugnantly, into the world.
let me educate this your arrogant ignorance a little... say a man is electrocuted to death. Among other things, the principal cause of death would be from heart fibrillation and a sudden over heating of all the body fluids. It is a complex yet simple process that has absolutely nothig to do with a spirit exiting the body of the man. His internal organs simply fried up and he died. Same thing with other processes, you bleed too much, your heart does not receive enough blood to pump and an infarction ensues, your cells die of starvation and you die. No spirit man involve.

If you have evidence of a spirit man pls show, otherwise shut up and carry this your fake intuition bullshit to uneducated sheeple.

That will depend on my understanding of what is absolutely right.

If I have absolute understanding of what the truth is then I would have a reason to misjudgde it but where I have no absolute knowledge of good then I have no reason to justify my anger.

My display of any emotion does not automatically make any action against me wrong or right.

Religion / Re: Euthanasia. Discussions with Quivah and Any Interested Party. by MrTroll(m): 12:22am On Dec 19, 2013
Reyginus: Are you still following at all, bro. I think you should have concentrated on the burden your question created but you seem to be mixing it up with the information from wikipedia.

The problem was whether a dead man feels pain or not and not about what Mr A has to tell our dictator, Mr B.

C'mon bro, with the little we have been through, I don't think I will make a mistake in assuming you are man of science.

If I am right in my assumption. This is why I think you are wrong in saying that it is irrelevant.

The wikipedia article you presented always with the aid of an 'either' conjuction, presents two options.

In one of our options it was assumed that it could be as a result of acute pain. In medical science, we are told of the existence of two forms of pain-acute and chronic. Correct me if I am wrong.

The acute type is minor and usually non-repetitive over a vast duration, and cannot cause complete muscoloskeletal degeneration, and responds faster to musculoskeletal resorption while the chronic pain type is deadlier and only of the two types capable of bringing man to extinction.

If the above is true as my lecturers and anatomy textbooks would have me believe, then the only pain capable of metaphorically dwarfing a human into contemplating Euthanasia will be the chronic type.

Except the article meant acute for local pain.

You are seriously asking, bro? Ask your wikipedia brother

Maybe I understand the below in the wrong sense:

' 3 (b) there is sufficient current evidence for either A or B that causal means to A's death will not produce any more suffering than would be produced for A if B were not to intervene. Please explain.

Read for yourself, bro.

(4) the causal means to the event of A's death are chosen by A or B to be as painless as possible, unless either A or B has an overriding reason for a more painful causal means, where the reason for choosing the latter causal means does not conflict with the evidence in 3b.
the whole of that extract I posted tries to show how euthanasia is NOT murder even if it wasn't done with the consent of the patient. If you have a problem with the explanation simply show, I'm getting tired of the rigmarole. Show how euthanasia is a wicked act or how instead of letting someone die painfully, you give him a painless death.

I dont even know the twenty elements. I ringed my dad on phone that am having malaria. And he said 'shebi you still get garri there, go buy lime water and mix it together. Call me back after you use it'. And behold....I feel good. Wetin concern me with chemical elements? I am not in the field nor have apparatus to check it.
ok. But my point was that there are chemicals within the herbs that are responsible for the treatment not the incantations or rituals.

Healing ailment. What exactly does aromatherapy aim for?
how exactly does the incantations heal the ailments. Does it not seem suspicious to you that even without the incantations the herbs will still work fine? Imagine this scenario...herb+incantation=treatment, herb-incantation=treatment. So what exactly do the incantations accomplish?

Aromatherapy is not incantation.

pls educate me on it. I will appreciate to learn from you.
the major problems associated with incision type treatments are risk of infections. Apart from surgeries, incisions are mostly advised when draining abscesses(pus) but these native doctors usually do it for a wide variety of illnesses including but not limited to fevers and epileptic conditions, with their reasons being the drainage of 'bad blood'. It is not only useless but dangerous in those situations as it could put the patient at risk of bacterial infections thereby causing more fever or if carried out for too long might lead to anaemia. Although it has its benefits, the risks of carrying out incision type treatments in the local traditional settings outweigh its potential benefits. I hope this is simply and clear enough?

Adding those that do not know the medical explanation will call it bulls.hit. You see where am pointing at?
see, the issue is that when you ask the babalawos to explain exactly what it is the rituals and incantations do, they start pulling the mysteriousnessseesssess card and you have no choice but to dismiss it. Sometimes they don't know but they are too proud to admit that they just do it because that is what they saw their fathers doing.

manipulating the energies/gods for healing a patient together with the use of herbs, incantations, incisions and spiritual arts
you still have not shown how exactly the incantations and spiritual arts help.

Everything is natural and within nature. What is all this with supernatural you holding unto?
the claims of ogun manifesting? People breathing fire? A healing river? Btw, ask muskeeto how effective is the river Ganges in India.

we will get there someday. Research on herb medicine is on. You agree incision have medical explanation. Incantation now have explanation and incense burning too have close related explanation. What you call crap tomorrow not too far would all have explanation.
bros, its not every traditional activities are useful. Some ar simply nonsense, like stories of talking dolls, bullet proof humans etc.

Being skeptic doesn't make things that have no explanation yet bullshit.
some things like what? Osanyin? Bullet proof people? Animal rituals? No thanks.

Conjecture, proposition, inference and hypothesis are crap. Until we have plausible theoris and analytical explanation.
if the conjecture or hypothesis is outrageous and without supporting evidence then it can be safely considered crap until proven otherwise.

lmao. I dont agree it ignorant superstition..... There is sense in nonsense. Only those that lodge themselves into it can see this.
