CraigB: And of course, the saddest of them all: the very oil industry that they depend on - they kill by stealing from the pipelines, setting up illegal refineries, and smuggling oil out of the country through pilferage.

A huge spaza shop, the whole country is.

Their educated people would rather leave instead of fixing the country. Their "successful" criminals also leave to plant their seeds of crime in other countries. No commitment to fix anything in the long term. And then they sit talking about nations who are actually working and who have results.
Agaugust is the typical example with his MBA and BCOM (Finance) decided to leave Nigeria for good and acquire citizenship of a foreign country. Why is it that everywhere these dudes go they always adopt citizenships of their host countries. Where is their patronage?

chris365: then if our bullets don't kill them, the AIDS will... Then there's no need for a war grin
Prevalence of AIDS in SA is much the same as in Nigeria. The worst of it all, the WHO recently wrote statement that the second most AIDS infected country in the world (Nigeria) does not do routine HIV testing. There is a greater possibility that Nigeria could lead the world in AIDS statistics.

NaijaPikinGidi: Don't bother! I don't need to read your link. Nigeria is ahead of 2015. SpySats and drones in use by the Nigerian military as of now. Educate yourself the SANDF please!

Okay, how about educating yourself? You have to my boy!
Lies!! Bwahahahahaha!! Nigerias drones are still in the womb. If you had them why haven't you used them against Boko Haram and instead allowed America to deploy their Hellfire drones from thousands of kilometres away. Your satellites failed to locate Boko Boys in the dense forest and instead America offered you help with their new found technology.

NaijaPikinGidi: Low level gibberish ... mainstay of the immigrant's son in Mthatha. He has tried hard, but cannot climb to the level and depth of debates in this online forum because in his mental paradise, basic intellectual comprehension and analysis of information is amiss!

There is one thing alone that stands the brunt of life throughout its course: a quiet conscience. Hippolytus (428 BC).

The Nigerian Armed forces continue to stand the brunt ... steadily and with a QUIET mien!!
FACT!!! Nigeria has never fought against any country. Is that difficult to admit?

Your country cannot do anything alone, they always need a helping hand.

Msauza: You are such a fool. TV communication satellites are completely different to spy satellites. TV satellites communicate effectively with ground cameras and in turn download images captured by such cameras. Spy satellites have to utilise their own integrated cameras hundred of kilometres away from the earth. Even America did not use satellite cameras to capture the unfolding of events during Bin laden raid, they effectively used drones.
This will educate you.

Here's another proof that the USAF controlled Hellfire drones are in full operation in Nigeria. Not satellites which cannot see human being.

agaugust: so why did south africa buy 4 valour frigates and 3 type 290 submarines ? to fight low intensity insurgency war ?

nigeria is using its satellites and spy balloons and that is what located b.oko h.arams new anti-aircraft guns, then nigerian amry launched attack and captured them, the rest of b.oko h.aram is now running into cameroon and niger republic scattered into forests, mountains and deserts.

south african military has a major weakness, go tell your leaders, i said it.

why is it everytime we post a weapon/equipment that south africa does not have, you guys reply that south africa does not need it ?

okay, nigeria too does not need Gripen jet, valour frigates , and submarines. equation balanced.

okay me too i reply you that all the weapons you posted in the photos yesterday, nigeria does not need those types and we dont need a local defence industry making those types of DENNEL weapons. tell me that i am wrong and i will quote your above posts for you again !
Lies!!! Your so called fancy satellites could not help you with tracing Boko Haram. Satellites are only good as research tools. It was only after the US secretly deployed their drones to spy on Boko Haram that you managed to root out the location of Boko Haram.

Here's the proof that the US secretly deployed their drones to Nigeria.

agaugust: you just proved us right, B.iafra was a country recognized officially by Gabon, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Zambia and Haiti

tamil tigers were hit and run guerrillas fighters and suicide terrorists, classified and banned as terrorists group by 32 countries of the world including the european union.
tamil flew tiny sized propeller combat aircraft in year 2007 when b.aifra flew them long 50 years earlier in 1967, also tamil had no heavy bombers like american B-26 aircraft of biafra, tamil had no european pilots, b.iafra had sweden's good combat pilots and other europeans too.

at the time b.iafra was flying propeller aircraft, most african countries had no airforce at all. south africa was still european servants and the sabre jets you used in 1953 korea war were donated to you by america after you lost 80% of your air force to china's army anti-aircraft guns and wasted america's mustang aircraft given to you.

tamil never had a country, they were fighting to demand for it and never got it for one minute. biafra was a country made itself one by force for 3 years until defeated in war. In 2002, the tamil dropped its demand for a separate state because it never had a country with borders on a map.

the size of tamil region is just about 2% of the size of b.iafra nation, dont compare a sardine and a shark.

a country has an economy, tamil had none, bi.afra had an economy, a currency, a central bank/reserve bank, government civil service, laws, etc.

show us the national currency of tamil, the way i showed you national currency of B.iafra.

almost no tamil soldier came from regular government military of sri lanka, b.iafran army, navy, airforce was started by the same nigerian government military officers in service.

tamil was a militia and not a world class professional military force, check the difference in your dutch afrikaans dictionary

you seem not to know the difference between an ant and elephant.

the way you compare wars is bad for a soldier, so i still keep your navy uniform hanging on my tall mango tree, until you learn the art of war.

weblink source : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberation_Tigers_of_Tamil_Eelam

show us a bigger war in africa than b.iafra war.
The bigger war ever fought in Africa that involved many countries is one and the only 23 years long fought Bush War between capitalists and communist forces.

agaugust: UAV flies only for few hours. satellites orbit 24 hours a day for many years. UAV cannot see more than few road or streets. satellites see the whole world. UAV can be shot down by ordinary 35mm guns, satellites cannot be shot down by anything. i posted photo last week of nigerian satellite watching an airport in far away america. nigerian satellite can watch all south african air bases where you keep your Gripen jets. south africa has a very big weakness if it faces nigerian military power.

very few or maybe no country in the world today has a secret satellite as at now, especially an african country. south africa does not hide its technological achievements, even before it build anything, all the details and photos with specifications are available on the internet for both the friends and enemies of south africa to see and calculate how to defeat.

south africa is too exposed, no big secret.

south africa has NO satellite and NO hi-tech space spy balloon like nigeria, that is why seleka rebels moved in 2,000 soldiers into south african army's face before you could see them, south africa has a major military weakness in modern war,
nigeria has a major strategic advantage over south africa in war, nigeria will be watching all south african troops and weapons movements from far distance and set surprise heavy ambush traps for them and all those fine looking weapons you posted will be rendered useless.

south africa has NO satellite, @Msauza the great liar has admitted this truth, @Andrewza the trainee liar has shut his m.outh about satellite after his boss confessed like a w_itch about to be s_toned in public

https://www.apfn.org/thewinds/images/spy_satellite.jpg
Unfortunately satellites are very slow to download pictures. People are moving and change positions from time to time, hence satellites will not help you. With all those big satellites Boko Haram managed to contain your armies and release over 100 prisoners. Satellites experiences mechanical defaults (jamming) from time to time, hence they are not reliable method of recce operations. America do not even use satellites anymore, they rely heavily on their drones to explore the activities of insugents. Satellites will not help you to war my friend, your Army, Navy and Airforce will.

Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria, Ethiopia, Eritrea all produce less weapons than south africa but have stronger military forces. that is the topic of this thread. thank you.

did south africa too fight war against israel, germany, russia, italy ? no. south africa fought war against tiny cuba nation as small as only 10% of south africa,
the size of one small state kwa zulu natal in south africa that is the tiny cuba that fought a whole south africa to standstill you could not defeat cuba for 8 years of war !

tiny cuba had zero war experience and its army was built of young conscripts drafted with very little military training

cuba was about to win, then south africa called for peace negotiations.

we have discussed this topic over and over again.

cuba had USSR support, south africa had AMERICA, CHINA, and also ISRAEL, FRANCE ,BRITAIN.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_African_Border_War

b.iafra was a nation officially recognized by many countries, and i had more soldiers than cuba. period.
Lies!! I was taught about this war in school. America and China's support to SA forces was never military, because they only supported the notion. They have never offered SA any weapons, soldiers or money.

Russia supported Cuba militarily, they provided them with weapons, fighter jets, soldiers and special forces. Many Russian planes were crashed by SA special forces in Angola carrying personnel and money.

agaugust: south afica was fighting near homeland, against germany and cuba that were 10,000km away from home. the day south africa fought war away from home she lost to seleka in CAR. think before you do your comedy show.
South Africa never lost against Seleka, there is something that South African politicians are running away from. Our forces managed to contain Seleka rebels by killing hundreds of them and even the Gripens and rooivalks which were sent to give air support were never utilised. Instead, the parliament pushed for our troops to return back home.

What I suspect is that our politicians could be running away so that they should not be held accountable for the mass killing of child soldiers in CAR and consequently their sordid deployment to CAR which seemingly did not have valid justification.

agaugust: ....all the wars south africa fought it did not win. south africa has war experience of either a draw with cuba or a loss with seleka grin grin grin

.
Lies!!! I have shown you with proof from your most favourite wikipedia that South Africa won against Britain in their first war ( first South African war) during the first attempt of the British to colonise South Africa. The British lost bitterly in that battle and even lost to the Zulus. It was only century later when the British reinforced with the Aussies and New Zealand that they managed to defeat SA and colonise it.

SA defeated Germany and take over Namibia as a trophy.

SA fought for over 23 years with the communist forces (RUSSIA, CUBA, ANGOLA and guerrillas ANC(MK), MPLA) without being defeated. Defeat in war means that the whole country has to be invaded and surrender as a result.

South Africa has a good war record.

you say that orania is not a country because it is not recognized as so, yet you are asking me if it could be recognized even though it is not recognized !?
Look, I am not a psychiatrist ! I recommend you go and see one.
Your education is indeed a shame to the whole of Nigeria, no wonder NaijapikiGidi tried to stop you because he could clearly see that you are making a fool of yourself. This is final, Biafra which decided to break away from Nigeria has never been officially recognised as an African country. Nigeria was the only recognised state.

FACT!!! Nigeria has never fought any country. I know it hurts you so much that the giants of Africa has no such history. Even the Zulu nation have more credentials than Nigeria because they once defeated the British.

patriot4: Biafra was recognized by France and by Ivory Coast among others. But still, I don't think you need foreigner's recognition in order to be a country. In an intelectual level, foreigner's recognition is meaningless.
Is this the kind of education you receive in Nigeria? Any country need world recognition in order to assume the status of a republic. Biafra was never a country. In South Africa, Orania which is white-only territory has its own flag, currency and banks. So, do you want to suggest to us that Orania can fully be recognised as a country without plebiscite/ referundum?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 9:33am On Jun 20, 2013
patriot4: You do realize you are talking like a child, don't you ?
As I told you, Biafra was a country, a breakaway country !
Have you understood that simple sentence ?
If Nigeria (the remaining part of the country after the eastern region broke away and called itself Biafra) had lost the war, then Nobody would even consider calling that war a civil war.
has that entered your brain ?
I also gave you an example where a breakaway country won and Nobody calls that war a civil war: "ethiopia-eritrea"
I hope you are more intelligent now.
I have tried to educate you but you are one stubborn kind. Perhaps, I blame poor Nigerian teachers for no reason.

My dear fellow Nigerian, Eritrea has always been a recognised established state colonised by Italians http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eritrea and later by Ethiopia. It is completely different to your so called Biafra which was never even recognised as a country by the world. What makes South Sudan a country today is because is fully recognised by the UN and the world in general. Biafra was never a country and is more like Orania in South Africa which want to be declared as an independent state by plebiscite.

chris365: Abeg you guys should stop this dick contest. It's now boring. Fact is SAs and Nigerians will never like each other. Nigerians are ready to mend realationship with SA, but SAs are to xenophobic to have good relations with their own neighbours not to talk of Nigeria.

Nigeria vs SA is like Egypt vs Ethiopia. Nigeria has more friends than SA. Even countries in your bloc (SADC) will betray you cos they hate you and are just putting up with your arrogance.

So let this argument end.
Lies!! Our contribution in Africa is more than what Nigeria can only dream of. The xenophobic South Africa has offered asylum to millions of foreigners from Africa, Asia and Middle East, including Nigerians. Your country with so many friends can never do the same. Why refugees do not choose it as their preferred destination?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:49am On Jun 20, 2013
patriot4: I guess you are one magician who guesses reality he knows nothing about.
And what exactly do you call a village ?
By definition, a village is a town which is not densely populated. That makes South africa a big set of villages.
Is this a crap that they learn you in Nigeria? Go and do your Geography lessons and understand the difference between RURAL AND URBAN areas. Homesteads, farms and villages are categorised under rural areas while towns, cities and metropolitans are categorised as urban areas. Stop fooling yourself by referring to villages as towns.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:38am On Jun 20, 2013
patriot4: Biafra was a country (a break away one), it is called "civil war" only because we won.
Would you call "ethiopia-eritrea" war a civil war ? I don't think so.
Moreover, I have already given you other examples of wars we fought.
BIAFRA was never a country, it was still part of Nigeria. It was an igbo state established by those who were disgruntled. Lol!! Civil war is not what you tried to define above. Civil war is a war fought within one country and not between two countries as in Japan vs USA. In this case Nigeria was fighting with its own people, hence is called civil war, not that the war was won.

Oops!! Nigerian education again.
