TO an extent, it isn't their fault! It's the bad situation of our economy and our crippled educational system that gives birth to all these!

Politics › Re: Witness Tells Court How El-rufai Allocated Land To Himself, Family And Companies by msb247(m): 2:00pm On Mar 24, 2012
See them talking as if they won't do even more than El-Rufai did if they were to be the FCT Minister. If none of his family members or relatives was allocated land, the same set of people here would instead, rain all sorts of insults on him to insinuate he's a greedy man. I tire for Nigerians wallahi. Let this man be, Please! Go get lives of your own okay? Its an advise. He's made it in life already and whether or not you like it, neither him or his family & relatives is going to return any piece of land! All these negative talks won't take you anywhere; neither would they bring him down. No leader is 100% just but in the long run, El-Rufai did a GREAT job in the FCT! MSB says so. I rest my case...
Career › Re: How Strong Is Your Personal Brand- Are You A BMW, Honda, Or Kia? by msb247(m): 1:44pm On Mar 24, 2012
That was a very good piece of write-up! Nice one cool
I've been thinking towards the same and I'm still designing my website and doing other things as well but my only challenge right now is the brand itself i.e. the unique name to use. I wish not to use my name or nick-name sad

Olaolufred: A military coup is required.
We need another Nzeogwu or Orkar.
Military is the next option after this failed demon-cracy.
On point! God bless... Come to think of it, democracy is better than dictatorship in the sense that the people get to vote for their leader BUT this is not the case with Nigeria. cry Right now, the best solution to our problem is COUP! cool Unfortunately, military men of nowadays no get that king Liver cry cry cry.....we need the likes of Abacha and Al-Mustapha not the likes of Dmbz, Ihjrk et al lipsrsealed
Education › Re: Facebook Nursery & Primary School (Picture) by msb247(m): 11:12am On Mar 20, 2012
grin these are the kind of topics nairalanders want all the time. come-on guys be serious for once. the school was named as facebook not the social networking site but as a naming strategy using face and book. (face as a verb not a noun). face your books, the pupils face their books, etc thus the name 'facebook' cool

By the way, what evidence have they that they were forcefully retired unjustly? And the President, NASS & NSA, what is their basis for ordering their immediate retirement? These are the questions on my lips. So-called democratic system grin grin cry
Politics › Re: Confusion In Police Headquarter Abuja by msb247(m): 10:46am On Mar 20, 2012
:oAn interesting piece indeed! Wonders shall never end in our fatherland. I have never heard about or seen a situation whereby such an order was reversed. The only thing i know they usually do is to offer a kind of compensation in form of cash or another job. So those that were promoted should be demoted back to where they were promoted from? Hehe! grin
Politics › Re: Qualities Of A Man That Will Change Nigeria by msb247(m): 10:13am On Mar 20, 2012

Business › Re: Cashless System In Nigeria: Are We Ready For The Down Side? by msb247(m): 9:27am On Mar 20, 2012
Cashless policy ke? We really aren't ready at the moment. Here are some of my reasons:

1. High level of illiteracy in terms of reading/writing, using the internet/computer/gadgets, understanding banking systems & knowing what the cashless policy is all about, and so on. How many people go school sef? Even some wey go no sabi read/write. cry I can't count the number of times I've helped someone withdraw from an ATM with their own card because they can't operate the machine; not to even talk of those i fill-in deposit slips for in banking halls. lipsrsealed

2. Poverty! How many people can afford personal computers, modern mobile phones and other electronic gadgets huh? Or do we expect people to go to a cyber cafe for internet banking? Definitely not!

3. How many sales points and individuals can cope with losses all the time with the cashless policy knowing they won't be free from hackers?

4. What security measures have been put in place to safeguard people's funds?

Yes people learn everyday the hard or soft way but definitely not 'Cashless Society' at this time! I support it but a lot has to be put in place first else people and banks would only lose money and the policy won't last as some of my intelligent fellow nairalanders have said.

ELECTRICITY, EDUCATION, SECURITY!!!!!!!!!! Let the government address these first before thinking of a cashless society. MSB cool says so...

If he had zipped-up, all this wouldn't have happened. I see no reason why they should engage in pre-marital sex after the long distance relationship. They should have just gotten married. So OP didn't think of the consequencies of doing that when he was about to but just the pleasure, what a pity! Well,  what has happened has happpened. This should serve as a lesson to us all. I guess that's the price they both have to pay for bending it like Messi, Bekham I mean
Health › Re: Heavy Bleeding After Aborting Pregnancy With Cytotec by msb247(m): 9:03am On Feb 29, 2012
You were doing well till you got to the parts in bold.  You really wouldn't give a relative the same advise would you?
Hahahahaha I can but that depends on the situation at hand. I actually forgot an 'lol' after the statement. It was intended to be partially sarcastic grin. Mind you, that helps in some cases. Using the search terms 'continuous bleeding after using Cytotec' can fetch you a whole lot of information! Many other homo-sapiens have used this drug & experienced the same or similar problem.
I rest my case smiley
Health › Re: Heavy Bleeding After Aborting Pregnancy With Cytotec by msb247(m): 8:30am On Feb 29, 2012
@lillyadet: PRAY! PRAY!! PRAY!!! Meanwhile, act like an adult which you are and go outu there & seek for help. Don't just sit down there like a slowpoke & expect help to come to you. In fact, It's disappointing to just give your contact e-mail & wait for someone who can be of help to come to you! Go out there!
Sorry to say but your gf is in for it & this can cost her her dear life if you don't act fast. Her system needs to be cleansed. Something should also be done about the remaining traces of pregnancy in her blood. Also, it might be a case of allergy to that Cytotec. The common truth is that most of these drugs have negative side effects. Try going back to those doctors that refused to carry out the abortion and narrate your ordeal to them. Thay should be willing to help this time around.  Or perhaps search for the solution on the internet just aš you got to kήow about Cytotec & co.
I just hope you won't eat the forbidden fruit after all this & I think you should marry her ASAP! Well, wishing you all the best & quick recovery for her.
Phones › Re: Rim Launches Blackberry 9790 In Nigeria by msb247(m): 1:29am On Feb 29, 2012
Hmmm see them criticizing BB as if they won't rush to get one if they had the money! I use 2 blackberries for what I can get out of them not because people are buying it. iPhones are too expensive and nokia sucks! I use one for my general calls (Pearl 3G) & the other (Bold 4) for only e-mail, chatting, etc and I must confess I'm a satisfied customer of RIM. I'm definitely going for the 9790 as a replacement for 9780 just the way i got 9780 in place of 9700 cheesy
